On two phones were ordered through website On I received an email stating the phone colors were on back order and asked if we wanted to replace with different color It gave two options and we selected to confirm change I then received confirmation that the change has been made and shipping information was sent to *** On I logged in to track shipment and it said shipment cancelled by sender I did not cancel the order and I wanted the phones! It then stated a refund was given My bank account shows no refund given When I try to call the company to speak to someone directly - all that is given is a recording, options for billing service or sales Every option choosen the end result is the same, a recording saying they are busy and to go online and submit a report I want a full refund These were christmas gifts for my kids!

I purchased the cell phone Samsung Galaxy S from the company and also a year warrantyThe problem with my phone started abruptlyScreen started shimmering while I was using gps appI know for sure it was no such physical damage or any visible damage that company after months of keeping my phone until I actually contacted them and asked where is my phone and trying to prove that phone is damage and they will not in title to fix that with existing warrantyIt’s a complete lying and trying to avoid responsibility

I ordered a Moto G5 Plus from them and less than 2 weeks after I received the phone, it stopped charging. I was told I could return the phone, which I did, but because the phone was dead and would not charge, I could not remove my personal data from it. Two weeks after I put the dead phone in the mail, I got an email from the company about the personal data on the phone and that they had tried to reach me "multiple times but got no response." That was the first communication I got from them about this. There is no way to leave a voicemail and they only answer the telephone about half the time. The person at N1 said they could not issue an exchange because it was a refurbished phone and they were out of those, even though nothing on the description indicated it was refurbished. When I pointed out that I had not bought a refurbished phone, he said he would need to call me back. One week later, I submitted a support ticket because I had heard nothing. Two days later, although I had not been contacted, the website said the case was closed. I then initiated a dispute with my credit card company and 24 hours later received an email that they were issuing a refund. All told, I am out $12 worth of shipping for the experience of being sold a defective phone.

I purchased a refurbished iPad mini from [redacted] on June **, The iPad turned out to be defective and I filed an RMA with [redacted] on July [redacted] As of today (August **, 2016), [redacted] has not approved the RMA and I am still stuck with their defective iPad and no refund I am very dissatisfied with [redacted] and their deceptive marketing and business practices

I have order beats wireless buds it arrived damage right away I have email them and call them they ask me to take pic's and email mail them back.it has been 30days no answer and will not exchange or refund the money
