Added 15’x22’ addition to home. Leaked from start. He attempted repairs on one occasion but no successful. Held back final ¼ payment until 8/7/17 when his secretary promised it would be repaired. Waited till later in fall for heavier rains when it started leaking badly after 2 heavy rains. Called secretary 10/26/17, 11/1/17 and 11/2/17. She returned my calls on 11/3/17. Said she talked to foreman, that I was angry and he *** would be in touch with me. Have heard nothing.
