Feldco has been to the property to inspect the windowsAll work conducted has met the expectations set forth by the product's original warrantyThe Service Manager has been in contact with the spouse on 8/and is waiting for follow up from customer

Our Operations Manager has spoken with the customer All outstanding issues had been addressed, and we came to an agreement in regards to reducing the final balance due on his contract We do regret the customer's experience was not delightful, and are happy to have come to an agreement

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:My wife, Evon [redacted] spoke with ED on 8/14/at ext [redacted] after calling numerous times and his response to her was basically the same as original response given by over the phone representative, "he stands behind the work that his technicians have done." Feldco replaced glass to one window in dining area after waiting almost three months, still leak, and are not addressing other windows in house After discussion with my wife and careful consideration, I am no longer interested in more appointments All I know is the quality of my windows is very poor, very dissatisfied with the level of service as well as appreciation for my business Feldco has had many opportunities to right this wrong and chose not to My windows are paid in full and they've moved on installing more bad windows Feldco wasn't disappointed in receiving cashier checks, why should we be disappointed with our windows, after all the windows weren't cheap Sincerely, Robert [redacted]

Feldco left message for customer this morning stating that we would take care of the caulking prior to receiving this complaintWe have already agreed to resolve

The customer’s signed contract was for almond interior/almond exterior windows, and that is what was installed We have already provided the customer a $refund for his project in the spirit of customer delight as he didn’t like the windows once installed Our Sales Manager called customer today, Monday, 6/4, to let him know the cost to switch out the windows to the color combination he wants Customer will advise when he makes a decision and we will proceed accordingly

Feldco inspected the project and confirmed that the windows and patio door were installed correctly and properly insulated

Feldco has an appointment on December 7th to look at project

Feldco and customer have agreed on and resolved issues

Feldco's Director of Operations spoke with customer and have a plan to resolve outstanding issues

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because I do not believe its proper for a business to falsely advertise on T.V "Your satisfaction guaranteed or your money back" which is the FELDCO commercial. I did not finalize and accept money so I can paint the windows and Allen contacted me after he received BBB's response. we spoke about that being a possibility along with some instops but a technician came out and seen the mess and he said its not proper for me to do anything because of the color difference and that changed everything. I told Allen that his employee Stephen even said to me I'm sorry I though we were on the same page I should of told you that we don't do white windows which thats incorrect because FELDCO does. Also upon signing the contract I asked him to explain all this writing and he said its everything we spoke about well BBB above in this response is an attachment of the whole situation. Again,I did not except to have all almond windows. I excepted white interior and an exterior that matches the building and thats what I agreed on. I told Allen I will not pay for Stephens mistake and I expect Feldco to live up to their advertisement and satisfy their customers garenteed because at the end its their reputation. We have the replacement sash and handle for the storm door needed for customer's project An Operations Specialist has called customer and left message so we could schedule a time to handle the service

Feldco has ordered the part and is not charging customer for part or service trip feeAll fees have been waivedWe will contact customer when part arrives

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: So after that response, it just goes to show you after all the complaints seen on Revdex.com and other web sites reviews etc from actual customers that hired Feldco in the past and present that this Company just doesn't care about how it handles great Customer Service and Great Workmanship when hired to do a jobAs I have already stated, I never said that I would not pay for the job, I just feel reluctant to sign an contract for payment until the job is completed satisfactory, and as you can see after the comments from Feldco and not wanting to solve the issues without further court preceedings , I think that speaks for itself in my decision in not signing a contractI just wished I would of made a different decision on hiring a repetible Company, and would of done my homework before hiring a Company as Feldco from a television commercialIts a crime that they will continue to be allowed to do this to how many more customers, whom decide to hire them as I have Sincerely, Steve ***
