Our service manager spoke with Evon on 8/and she informed us her husband would call in to discuss We have yet to hear backWe are confident that the issue with the windows is a result of condensation and that the issue does not stem from our product Our technician was most recently out there on 8/9/and there were no indications of seal failure which could cause leaking We would suggest ventilating the rooms and removing any in-room humidifiers to reduce the home’s relative humidity and reduce the potential for condensation All work has been completed as contracted and as covered by product warranty
