Our customer received exactly what was ordered If you go back to our website where she made the selection , you will notice that there is a drop down which gives you the choice of a toe or toe splint She selected the toe splint which is what we sent and what she received This was not a mistake on our part, I apologize if she made the wrong drop down selection when she placed her order This order was shipped via Fed Ex Tracking [redacted]

Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because: There was no way to verify what I chose, either through 'live chat,' or through discussion, as none of the businesses' phones have any 'live' optionsI will happily return the item, unopened, but I see no reason to pay a 'reshelf' fee for something I never wantedI expect to receive a full refund for what I will return, unopened

National Brace & Splint is A COMPLETE FRAUD. Do not order from this company. They will take your order/money and never ship the product. They will not answer your emails, phone calls, etc. The first red flag is that they do not offer shipping or tracking information. An automated order/shipping confirmation email says, "Tracking information won't be available on your order for 72 hours," which is simply unheard of for e-comm. If a package ships, there is shipping and tracking info—period.
I disputed my credit card charge as soon as I started reading the reviews for this company. The money was credited back to me. I never received the product either.

Review: I am not a member of the U.S. Armed Forces, do not have a foreign address, and am not a shareholder. I am a 16yr stroke survivor with right leg paralysis and require a night brace to protect my foot from overnight injury. Since the brace I was using was worn, I decided to order a new one, and the "Baker 90deg Fixed Night Splint" that I saw on the National Brace & Splint website looked good online (of course you never really know until you get it home and use it) so I ordered it. I ordered a splint (Item 11-2000) on 5/16/2013 (order# NBS-31005). After receiving it in the mail, I wore it overnight for (5) overnights, and each morning I awoke, the upper and middle straps of the brace were undone because of the poor quality of the Velcro. Another problem was the wider than normal shape of the calf section of the brace, making the brace impossible to snug up to my calf when strapped in. I ordered the "medium" size (since I am 6'3"), and trust me, no medium sized calf would properly snug up into that brace. The other problem is that the outer material covering the bottom of the brace was too slippery against my carpet, causing me to slip and come close to falling over each time I swung out bed and stood to urinate, which usually is once in the middle of each night. Given the issues that I've stated, I determined that the brace was deficient and defective in its design and overall construction, and decided to send it back. On 5/30/2013, I shipped the brace back in its original package to the address stated on their website at the time, requesting a full refund. I paid $34.97 + $9.95 shipping; however I was only requesting the $34.97 to be refunded. Back when I returned the item in May or this year, the Returns address shown on their "Contact Us" and "Returns Process" page was:Exa-Med Commerce, LLCAttn: C. ThompsonRMA# John Doe NBS-[redacted] Park PlaceThousand Oaks, CA 91362I replaced the John Doe NBS-25000 in the address with Carl Lamb NBS-31005 as instructed, and mailed using USPS. Note that Exa-Med Commerce, LLC must be the company National Brace & Splint uses to process returns. I included a note in the package kindly stating the reasons for my return, exactly the same as I explained to you here above. According to their Returns and Exchange Process page, "If your product is defective (or damaged during shipment) you will receive a full refund." Immediately after shipping the brace back, I followed-up with an email to give them a heads-up about the return (I believe I used their Live Chat link to email them, since the chat feature was offline at the time.) I've since corresponded numerous times with a woman named Molly Sims, who is the Regional Account Manager at Exa-Med Commerce, LLC, asking about the status of my return (Was is ever received? What's the status of my refund? etc.) and received answers like "I will look into this matter for you", "Refunds generally take about a month, thank you for your patience", and lastly on 7/9/2013... "I have forwarded your inquiry to the correct department and they have yet to get back to me"... which all sounded fine, however that was the last I've heard from them. In the past couple of months since then, I've tried to contact them using the customer service number shown on their website (###-###-####) during their normal Pacific Time business hours, and was never able to speak to a representative. I've left messages at their "Returns & shipping" extension (Ext#3) but have never received a return phone call. I've stayed on hold listening to classical music for over 2 hours a couple of times at their "Sales" extension (Ext#1) but never had anyone come to the phone. I've even tried to use their "Live Chat" feature at their website again a few times during their normal business hours, but every time I do, I get a message stating "Thank you for joining Live Chat. We are currently assisting other customers or it is after business hours. Please leave a message and we will return your message during normal business hours. So, I leave a message... but have never gotten a reply from that online or otherwise. I noticed a couple of weeks ago that they now have a new address for Returns on National Brace & Splints Returns Process webpage that address is:Exa-Med Commerce, LLCAttn: C. ThompsonRMA# John Doe NBS-[redacted] Sanford Ave SW #25691Grandville, MI 49418I am sure though that they had any returns being sent during that transition, forwarded to their new address. If my return was somehow lost, I shouldnt be held responsible for them losing it during their address transition. I dont know if thats what happened or not though, Im just guessing it could be one of their excuses. Either way, they owe me some kind of explanation, and I still want my money back. Right now, all they are doing is ignoring me.Desired Settlement: I am requesting $34.97 be refunded directly to my credit card (which is how I paid for the product in the first place). Either that, or via a check mailed to me at my home address.

Review: I bought a knee brace from national brace and splint back in may, and it did not fit properly. I called and requested a return authorization number which I did received so that I can exchange for a different size, I was given the return authorization number but was told that I had to place a whole new for the new knee brace. I returned the knee brace and place a new order for the knee brace. I was told refunds take about 10 days. it has been 2 months and I still have not been refunded the money, when I email regarding my problem they take about 1 week to return the email. when I call no one in the returns dept picks up, it leaves you on hold for about 20 minutes and then says no one is available to take your call, so when I press the option to place a new order, they pick up right away, but that dept can not help me with my return (how ironic, that someone answers the new order line but wont answer the returns line) so I when I do speak with someone regarding my return they say they cant help me but can not transfer me to that dept either and they cant find no one to help me with my return either. this is totally ridiculous. so I finally go an email stating that they received it and that are waiting for the accounting dept to credit back my cc. 2 weeks later and still no refund. I emailed back and now they are saying the dont have the knee brace. I have emailed and still no response and no money either.Desired Settlement: I want my refund and I will never deal with this company ever again

Do not purchase anything from this company. I've been trying to get my money back for a return I sent back 2 months ago. The return was signed for by SLandry in Houston Texas on April 17, 2014. Today is June 4, 2014 and I still have not received credit to my credit card. I wish I would have read the reviews about this company before I made a purchase from them. Apparently, this is an ongoing complaint with National Brace and Splint. Please, do yourself a favor, save yourself the frustration, and purchase from somebody else.

Order not received, no answer from company! Fraud

My order was not received, tried calling their shipping department but only got a message saying call volume too high to answer. Called sales department and they quickly transfer you to shipping without any resolution of problem.

This business is owned/operated by Sean Beshore who is also CEO and founder of "United Health Supply" and "Exa-Med Commerce LLC". All these businesses have an F rating from Revdex.com. My experience was similar to that of other complaints posted here. I ordered product. They never shipped. I repeatedly asked for a refund by emailing [redacted] and Customer Support. "[redacted]" finally wrote to tell me she was sorry for the inconvenience and that the credit had been issued. Well, it was not. She lied and she obviously knew it was a lie. [redacted] and his "employees" are nothing more than scam artists. Stay away!

Review: Order foot brace, but was given one didn't need it again after receiving the foot brace called return office several times the only thing I got was a voicemail to leave my name and phone, no one never responded. So, I called the ordering office, I told her I was trying to return an item. The salesperson said the phone was out of order. So I pay for the brace sent it back without not take it out of the wrapper but same box. Then was sent back about Nov. 8, call again to return office after about 2 week sending the package back no response. Call ordering office salesperson said phone is out of order, I aske what kind of business is this with phone down about 4 week, I send a brace and the money has not been place back in my account. Salesperson there is nothing we can do but send an email to the return office. We went back and forth the whole month of November. The salesperson will not let me speak to anyone else.Desired Settlement: Refubd $80.00
