Review: I ordered a foot splint on Sept. 14, 2013 from the National Brace and Splint company. They said shipping would be 3-5 business days. After a week I contacted them asking for the tracking number when I finally got the shipping information I found out that the City and Zip that I entered was incorrect. I email a woman by the name of Molly Sims who I was initially communicating with and gave her my correct address, she never responded to any of my emails after that. So it is October 8th and I have not heard from this company and there customer service line is always busy. My package is in limbo in Cincinati, OH. I contacted the Post Office and they are not able to do anything without this company initiating the process first. The Post Office doesn't even have a return address on the package for them to send it back. I am afraid that they will never return my calls or emails. I am at the last resort to get my package or my money.Desired Settlement: I want my money back. At this point they are not a reputable company and their device I am now sceptical of. I feel as though they have stolen my money and I want it back.
Review: On 5/21 I placed an order for a knee brace prior to midnight. I paid $49.95 for shipping as I was in a great deal of pain and needed the brace for relief. I received an e-mail from them that it shipped on the 21st. I STILL do not have it. My knee is killing me. I have written to customer service, I have left messages with the "chat on-line" on their website. I have called repeatedly only to be told that due to high call volume, they can't take my call. Finally I got so angry that I called their order line. That line of course got answered. I called it twice, and both of the operators said that all they did there was take orders but that they would send a message to their supervisor to please call me as I was very unhappy. No call back. No e-mail back. No brace. I don't know what to do. I am on a limited income and I can't just go buy another one.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the brace before I die and I would like a refund of the 49.95 I spent for "priority" shipping. The shipping was more than the actual brace. AND I would like an apology!

Review: I ordered a brace for a pediatric patient and paid for it by credit card. I have not seen the brace and cannot get anyone to answer the phone. This was a specialty item that was really needed by the patient. I have received an email from the company asking how we like the brace. They do not respond to any communication.Desired Settlement: Refund the money
