*** AT nATIONAL bUSINESS bROKERS IS THE WORST BROKER THERE IS. hE WILL NOT DO ANYTHINHG FOR YOU---WANT S HIGH COMMISSION AND HE WORKS FOR THE BUYER NOT THE SELLER. hE IS VERY IRRESPONSIBLE AND NOT KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT BUSINESSES AT AZLL. wE WOULD NEVER HIRE HIM AGAIN IN A MILLIONYEARS. tHE GUY HASNO CLASS OR PIZAZZ IN LIFE!!
Unfortunately Mrs. has unfairly accused Mr. of not representing her but representing the buyer in the transaction just completed. Mr. was a "Transaction Broker" and therefore not representing either the buyer or the seller, only the transaction. Our Marketing Agreement clearly states that our company was acting as "Transaction Brokers"
Mrs. engaged National Business Broker in August 2013 to assist her in the sale of her business. During many months of this engagement, there were times when the business was taken off the market. Mrs. vacillated between selling and not selling, and became more demanding who she would sell to, or her reasons for not selling to certain individuals. Mr. was persuaded by Mrs. children to continue marketing the business. No other broker in the office would work with Mrs. after the many months of indecision regarding who she would or would not sell to. Phillip M. ***, President
This is al llies. I asked *** t o check on these ***, the *** who said they were going to come to Colorado to live and keep the agency open!!!Lies--I requested that the agency be sold to people in the area. After much access int o the *** several agents in the office looked in California for the lawsuits and we found 30 lawsuits filed against the *** because THEY DID NOT PAY THEIR CONTRACTORS THAT WORKED FOR THEM. ***? M Y SON ASKED ME " I THINK THAT LARRY *** HAS LOST HIS MIND--
