I was helping a friend get a car shipped to Las Vegas and had no idea of how to go about finding a carrier After hours of researching different companies, and different pricing, I decided to go with National Car Transport I worked with Diana, who was professional, helpful, and responded to my calls in a prompt way I had talked with American Freight and got a non-responsive contact person whose pricing was about $more than National's, so decided to go with them It's really a risk when you think of buying a house sight unseen with a realtor you never heard of, but this company is a true class act They quoted me a price of $950, of which $would be a deposit on my credit card and the rest would go to the driverHowever, when I spoke to the carrier, he quoted me $more than what the price would have been, so the company ate the $and only charged my card $ Who does this in today's business?? Also, the carrier, Donny McGlasson of De Emce could not have been more reliable and friendly, answering every phone call I made to him, and being very accommodating in the piand delivery If you really want peace of mind with shipping your car, you have to use this company and ask for Diana!
Just had my truck shipped from North Dakota to Pensacola Florida. Service was excellent right on time with no issues. The driver was in contact with me a few times and the pickup and dropoff times were exactly when he said they would be. Jimm C was was great to deal with,his prices and service are the best that I have seen.
I was having trouble shipping a car from North Carolina to California. I originally tried to use Uship... Big mistake. I spoke with Jimm over the phone, his bid was lower than the one I received via Uship, the car hauler was beautiful, the pickup was lightening fast and the cross country haul was super fast as well. Plus I was in contact with the drivers the entire time. Strongly recommend National car transport, could not be happier. I wish I had found them earlier.
Jim is wonderful guy. Always answered my phone calls right away or returned the call very promptly. Kept me informed of the progress of the process. I would definitely use him again.
This was my 1st time to have a car moved, & I was nervous scared my car would never reach it's destination. National Car Transport (Jimm C.) was very patient and understanding & helped me get through it all. The drivers were careful and treated my car very carefully and the truck actually beat me home, & the car was just as they loaded it. I'll certainly use them again.
I shipped my car with national car transport from Canada to the US, and they outsourced this to a third party for part of the way. The third party company damaged my car, without an inspection sheet, then lost the transport documents at the border and refused to pay me damaged even though the car was insured.
National car transport has been responsive everytime I call but they never do anything about it. They claim that the third party company is responsible for this and they do not take any respectability. The third party company, Turbo auto transport, does not answer calls, is not in any way responsive and does not even answer to national car transport!
So to sum up, if you do business with national car transport, make sure they are not outsourcing your shipment to another company, because they have put in some fine print somewhere that they do not take responsibility for damages caused by the third party, and they will refuse to pay you for any damages.

He was even able to get my car picked up the same day I called. My car from Miami arrived in Las Vegas one week later. I am completely satisfied.

I've exchanged different emails with [redacted] who's been very helpful, professional, and made this experience a good one by responding to my emails and questions very promptly. We had to reschedule our pick-up dates multiple times because of several issues (not related with NCT) but [redacted] was very receptive and was still able to assist us and find us the best carrier to transport my husband's car. Our car was picked up from MD Tues afternoon and was delivered Thursday morning to Co. The carrier's driver Mike was also very professional and delivered our car with no issues.
