I selected National Car Transport to move my car from San Francisco to Philadelphia. Jimm C was very responsive and answered all of my questions up front. The price was reasonable and comparable to most of the other quotes that I received. The two men who picked up my car were from Starway Logistics. They communicated regularly about their status and the pickup location. Although they were late for the pickup, this was mostly due to the terrible traffic in the Bay Area so I completely expected that. Since I lived in places where it would have been hard if not impossible for them to navigate, they made a concerted effort to find places within walking distance where I could meet them for the pickup and dropoff. They were two days early delivering my car in PA and were right on time with the dropoff, with again very good communication. No damage to the car. It was a little dirty, but that's to be expected with 3000 miles, and nothing a car wash can't take care of. It was my first time handing my car off to someone else and I was very relieved to have such a smooth experience. I'd definitely use this company again.

He worked very hard to get my vehicle picked up within a few days of getting a quote. Everything went smooth with the driver and my car made it safely to its destination without any problems and quicker than expected. I am not a commercial car dealer, so the process of getting an car I purchased on the internet transported from a Florida dealer to my home in Michigan seemed like a huge and expensive undertaking. Then a friend recommended National Car Transport and I should ask for Leo R.. Well, Leo was very patient with me and understood my ignorance of the process, and was extremely helpful walking me through the process, and the cost was less than I expected. The car arrived a few day later in great condition and the haul away driver (Igor) was also very courteous, and kept me informed about his ETA. All in all, things went very smoothly, and I would highly recommend National Car Transport/Leo to anyone needing a vehicle moved cross country.

Everything went great, pickup was within 10 minutes of the time the driver said he would be here to pickup the car. Driver was very professional, told me car would be delivered at 5:00 pm next day (from Houston to Decatur), and it was there at around 5:15 pm, I would call that pretty darn wonderful that you can count n a service where all goes great.
