National Credit Audit Corporation Reviews (%countItem)

I contacted a special department inside of the NCAC that was to investigate the validity of charges. Cost was adjusted inaccurately.
I was unable to get into contact with Morgan Properties for over a year and reached out to Mike *** of NCAC. I received his information from a denied loan based on past credit. I explained my issue and that I had not receive any correspondences from Morgan nor the NCAC company. When I initially received this Collection document I reached out (2016).

Mike of NCAC was supposed to reach out to the apartment complex to gather details and "proof" of charges. I never received and email or phone call follow-up (10/3/2017). After a couple months passed I reached back out. (12/19/2018). Still no response so I called the office today (3/1/2018). I was greeted with nasty attitude and poor customer service from Bette.

I was unable to get my questions out as she was cutting me off and rude. I specifically asked for the details of the investigation. Mike said he would be doing background investigation to ensure that the fees charged were valid. The charges seem trumped up. (example - $100 to clean a refrigerator/ stove).

Where are the invoices or proof of those fee or that what I paid was did not cover all the charges? There are charges on there for the month of September, for gas or electric - things that are paid in rent. The history between the Property and I would beg to see proof of any allegations to me.

Desired Outcome

I would like for NCAC to provide the details of their investigation. I would like for Morgan Properties to adjust based of evidence (from both parties). I would like NCAC to adjust the report based on new balance. I would like NCAC to remove this from my record as I make payments (based on accurate bill).

I SAW THIS ON MY CREDIT SCORE AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING. IT SHOWS SINCE 2014

Desired Outcome

No settlement requested - for I NEED TO KNOW WHY IT SHOWS THAT I OWE 1264.00 SINCE APRIL 1TH AND WHY IT IS ON MY CREDIT REPORT

I have tried in vain to receive a receipt from National Credit Audit Corp. for a bill that I have a judgement for. I have made several payments towards my current bill in good faith. I have spoken to the representative named Mellisa, several times about this issue. She has rudely and disrespectfully persisted that she will not comply. There seems to be a policy with this company of non compliance to consumers who pay their bills through payment arrangements: receipts for payments and what is due for future payments will not be adhered to.This has led to a catastrophic problem for myself in finding new dwellings. When asked to speak with a manager or supervisor concerning this matter, Mellisa, did not comply. I believe my rights as a consumer is in violation. Please help me with this matter of simply getting what I pay for as a consumer and rights not be violated.Sincerely,***

Desired Outcome

Other (requires explanation) Please furnish me with a receipt for my debt.

the customer service at this office is by far the worst I have been paying them for about a year now on a debt from an eviction. I pay my debt every month on the day specified by the lady sandra not on my schedule or pay day I am a single mom of 2 & she is very rude I have hada few times where paymnets were late & she calls harassing me about it but I still mame my payment & I think shes the only one ever working there. I dont udnerstand how someone can be so rude to someone whos paying a debt

This is my final complaint to resolve this matter with this company. I contacted the Attorney General and they advised me to follow up one last time. This company is charging me a balance of a ridiculous amount and are conducting business grossly. Despite my very specific and valid discrepancies they continually ignore them and are determined that this account is the say all be all and its NOT. I will fight this thing all they way to court! My letter was very specific unless your company suffers from comprehending! They provided an automatic lease renewal with NO DATE. In the lease agreement provided with missing pages it does not say that I was required to provide a 60 day notice however your company position is that I did not which is mere hearsay as you are NOT the original CREDITOR and all information you convey is 2nd hand knowledge. Why has your company REPEATEDLY failed to provide me with a full contract you provided numbers 1-3 skipped the whole in between and then provided an automatic lease renewal. I dont know how many damn times I said you charged me twice for the same amount of $1766 on the same date of 8/13/17 in the amount of $1766 you just changed the wording one says lack of notice and the other says early termination I am pretty sure that it means the same thing. In response to that you said my claim wasn't specific so let me be as specific as possible and spell it out LOUD AND CLEAR the printout that YOUR COMPANY Provided has 2 charges I repeat 2 charges on the same date of 8/13/2015 in the amount of $1766 .... explain that and provide the part of the lease agreement that says what the policy, protocol, and fees would be if notice was not given, you have the burden of proof NOT ME. is that specific enough? My 2nd discrepancy is that on the very first line of the moveout statement has a balance listed of $2285.75 my request in lamest terms is you provide me documentation and or an itemized statement specifying why there is a charge of $2285.75

Other (requires explanation) Delete this account in its entirety I have had enough of the back and forth with trying to get this matter resolved. I informed your company before that I was prepared to file a lawsuit and I am ready. I was advised to attempt to resolve this matter one last time and this is absolutely the last time!! I have made my request as specific and in the lamest of terms your balance is not accurate and you dont have the supporting documentation. I plan to use this correspondence to file a lawsuit and use this at proof on how negligent, ignorant, and uncooperative your company has been. As a creditor you have the burden of proof. The same documentation that I am requesting is the same documentation that you will have to provide in a court proceeding. You will also be required to present with an executive officer from the original creditor as you cannot testify in reference to this account because you are a 3rd party. Lastly I will request a complete and legit chain of custody! Delete this acct!

I was enlisted in the United States Army and stationed in Germany with a 12 month tour in Iraq at the time of this debt.
I was enlisted in the United States Army and stationed in Germany with a 12 month tour in Iraq at the time of this debt. I have never rented an apartment with the original creditor. NCAC is attempting to collect a debt that was never verified when I disputed it. The original creditor sent fictitious charges to the debt collector. I have never rented an apartment or applied as a joint applicant. I have been overseas in the military since 2002. I called the debt collector and requested proof of the debt. I also sent certified return receipt letters, and haven't gotten a reply. I made another phone call to inquire about the certified letter that I sent. I gave the rep the date and time the letter was received. I advised her of the FCRA and FTC rules and requirements, she stated she would investigate and call me back. The debt collector rep never called me back or responded to my certified letters. I called again and was advised that the property manager wouldn't provide proof of the debt. The rep stated because they couldn't provide proof that I needed to pay to have debt removed from my credit report. I told the rep I will not pay for something that's not for me and that they needed to provide proof of the debt or stop reporting it on my credit. The rep said she would investigate further to see what could be done and once again I never heard from her. I have begun disputing it with all 3 credit bureaus.

Texas Finance Code Section 392.202 requires a debt collection agency or credit bureau to provide the alleged debtor with specific information concerning their debt including but not limited to:
The name of the original creditor.
The original date of default or non-payment of the debt.
The date the debt was transferred from the original creditor to the third party debt collector.
The original balance.
The current balance.
Surety bond information
respond or did not respond in time.

If a debt collector has failed to respond to your debt validation request, then they have essentially admitted, per Texas Finance Code 392.202(b)(2), that the debt in question is inaccurate.

I can provide military orders of enlistment. I have never rented an apartment at Lakeshire Apartments.

Desired Outcome

I would like to have this debt removed permanently from all three credit bureaus immediately. I have never rented, co-sign, or applied as a joint application. I have all my return receipt green cards showing proof of me attempting to validate this debt. I was enlisted in the United States Army and stationed in Germany with a 12 month tour in Iraq. I can provide military orders of enlistment. I have never rented an apartment at Lakeshire Apartments.

I have no contractual agreement with NCAC and would like the alleged debt of $70 to be remove from this consumer credit report.
6/24/2014 Rental/Leasing If National Credit Audit Corporation thinks this alleged debt to be accurate please provide the following documentation: documentation agreement with your client that grants them the authority to collect on this alleged debt, agreement that bears the signature of the alleged debtor wherein he/she agreed to pay the creditor, any insurance claims having been made by any creditor regarding this account, any judgement obtained by any creditor regarding this account, name and address of alleged creditor, name on file of alleged debtor, alleged account number, address on file for alleged debtor, amount of alleged debt, date this alleged debt came payable, date of original charge off or delinquency, verification that this debt was assigned or sold to collector, complete accounting of alleged debt, and commission for debt collector if collection efforts are successful.
Please provide the name and address of the bonding agent for National Credit Audit Corporation in case legal action becomes necessary. Your claim cannot and WILL NOT be considered if any portion of the above is not completed and returned with copies of all requested documents. This is a request for VAILDATION made pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act This consumer would like Revdex.com to makes sure that these matters are handle in the upmost professional way and if National Credit Audit Corporation cannot provide all necessary documents it needs to remove alleged debt.

Desired Outcome

Would like NCAC to remove this alleged debt from all three credit bureaus for it is causing deformation of character to this consumer and credit report.

We are very unhappy with the fact we have not been able to get them to respond to our request to drop this debt because we do not owe it. We have a court document showing that the lawyer dropped it as settled because we didn't owe the money. I have written statement from original creditor saying we are released of this debt and do not owe any of what they are trying to get from us. We are being penalized by this company for a debt we do not owe and have proof!

Resident Data, LLC continues collection activity on account they never validated.
On August 1, 2017 received my certified letter requesting validation of account they are attempting to collect on D2529***. They never responded. Under the Texas Finance Code the debt collection agency has thirty (30) calendar days to respond to a debt validation request. All debt collectors operating in the State of Texas must be able to verify, or "validate," any debt on which they are attempting to collect payment. Texas Finance Code Section 392.202 requires a debt collection agency or credit bureau to provide the alleged debtor with specific information concerning their debt including but not limited to: The name of the original creditor the original date of default or non-payment of the debt the date the debt was transferred from the original creditor to the third party debt collector The original balance The current balance Surety bond information respond or did not respond in time. If a debt collector has failed to respond to your debt validation request, then they have essentially admitted, per Texas Finance Code 392.202(b)(2), that the debt in question is inaccurate. As such, all collection efforts on the debt must cease and any derogatory listing should be permanently removed from any consumer credit reports. As of September 5, 2017 I still have not heard from them. Under state and federal law I could sue them and ask for thousands. However, I would like to make every effort to resolve this matter amicably without presenting this case in court before a jury in my community. If they delete the account and cease reporting to the bureaus I will consider this matter resolved.

Desired Outcome

IF they delete the invalidated account, I will consider this matter resolved.

I RECENTLY HAD MY CREDIT REPORT PULLED AND IT SHOWS AN ACCOUNT THAT I DIDNT AUTHORIZED OR AGREED TO.
IT SAYS THIS COMPANY IS A BACKGROUND AND EMPLOYMENT SCREENING. I DIDNT GIVE ANY AUTHORAZATION FOR COMPANY TO DO A SCREENING ON MY BACK GROUND AND NO IDENTIFICATIN WAS GIVEN REPORT JULY XX XXXX

Desired Outcome

I NEED THIS REMOVED AND DELETED FROM MY VREDIT REPORT PLEASE. PLEASE DELETE FROM MY REPORT

National Credit Audit Corporation violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) by reporting inaccurate information that they are aware of.
I sent a certified mail letter to NCAC to valid debt in about of $741.00, NCAC responded with a Mappleton Square Apartment ledger with an excessive carpet fee for $321. I responded back to NCAC certified mail with pictures take from Move Out of the entire apartment with no carpet stains. I also sent a copy of a letter from my Lawyer that was forwarded to original client Mappletown Square stating that the debt was incorrect. As stated in the legal document, the silence was taken as a confirmation that the amount past due was $536.50. Yesterday, I spoke with a representative to follow up on the status of my proof of move out status (pictures). The representative stated that Apartment companies can add fees if you don't have a move out inspection and next time have an inspection to avoid false fees. He then went on to explain how he would delete the debt from my file for a settlement of $420 however he could not put it in writing. I have to pay first then he will delete from my file.

Desired Outcome

I would like the incorrect information deleted from my credit report. The amount showcasing on my credit report is $741. The representative from NCAC stated "He received the pictures" and deducted the carpet fee from the total amount stating "I am responsible for $420." This is not whats reflecting on my credit under FCRA incorrect information must be deleted immediately.

N.C.A.C is a third party collection agency that I have NO contract with. A collection has been placed upon my credit report and needs to be removed.
I do not have a signed contract nor any contract with National Credit Audit Corporation. I have never done business with this company. I am not liable for collection from this debt from Huntley Glen. I am not responsible for this debt with National Credit Audit Corporation.

Desired Outcome

Delete from all credit reports

Providing false information to all 3 Credit Bureaus
Invalid Mailing address

Desired Outcome

Deletion off all 3 credit Bureaus

My complaint is in regards to this collection agency's questionable and possibly illegal collecting practices. They fail to properly investigate claim
Over the years I have made several attempts to address the debt being reported on my credit report with the company, National Credit Audit Corporation. In the disputes, filed online with each credit bureau and directly with the company, I challenged the validity of the debt itself and the amount of the debt the company and the original contract holder stated I owed. My many attempts were futile and never resulted in a correction of the information. I suffered, financially, due to this erroneous reporting. I can provide proof of the financial consequences to substantiate my claims, if needed. The company not only defamed me by reporting the inaccuracies but they violated my rights, as they are provided to me under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The Fair Credit Reporting Act §623(a)(1)(A) states "Reporting information with actual knowledge of errors. A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate." Furthermore, §623(a)(1)(B)(ii) states Reporting information after notice and confirmation of errors. A person shall not furnish information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the information is, in fact, inaccurate." For many years, the company erroneously reported that I owed a balance of $5,020.94 doing so caused irreparable damage to my credit score and ability to rent an apartment without providing an additional deposit that I, otherwise, would not have to. I would call the company and would be verbally assaulted. On one occasion the agent, without authorization, pulled my report and told me "you just don't like paying your bills; you haven't paid..." as she proceeded to name collections that were listed on my report. It has been the most exhausting experience. All the while, my rights as a consumer have been completely disregarded.

Desired Outcome

I will not be satisfied with any other resolution than to have this agency cease reporting this collection to the credit bureaus as I have paid enough with my time and frustration and the additional deposits I have had to pay because they failed to properly validate the amounts owed.

I sent 2 certified letters requesting validation of debt and I have received no response
On 02/17/2017, I mailed a regular mail request to validate, it was not responded to by NCAC. 03/20/2017, I mailed a certified request to validate debt, give accounting of fees of the debt and other items(2nd letter). 3rd letter, I mailed certified request to delete to the collection agency also, based on FDCPA and TX finance code and the letter on 03/20/2017 not being responded to(sent 04/25/2017), this was the second certified letter. The request was not responded to as of today. Per the law they do not have to, however they do have to cease/stop all collection activities including, reporting to my file with all CRA's. Note: I mailed a certified copy of the letter sent to the collection agency to the 3 CRA'S certified, so they could see what I mailed on the day that I mailed. Today is 05/08/2017, they have not responded to either letter. The second certified letter gave them 10 days to respond. They refuse to communicate with me, and as of today have ignored all of my legal communications.

Desired Outcome

Remove the account the account from all of my credit reports within 10days,and send a deletion letter to me. The account numbers is : *** Please all send a copy of the letters to me and all 3 credit bureaus. Send a letter to the 3 CRA's requesting deletion of the account, based on my prior requests in 02/17 and on 03/17certified(both written)and 04/25/17 certified.

NCAC continues collection activity on account they never validated.

I am trying to pay a bill that has been send to this company NCAC and this one woman keeps calling saying she doesn't think what I am sending is enough but I have told her time and time again that this is what I can afford, at first she said it was not what she had determine that I should send so I ask was she refuse payment and she repeated it not an payment that she believe was not enough., so I send it certified mail. the owner of the debt is Morgan-properties this Jan C is rude and very disrespectful I ask her not to call me anymore as long as I am paying the debt but she said she will keep calling, and she said she is reporting this to the credit bureau, when I ask to speak to a manager or supervisor she said I could not do that.Account_Number: file

Desired Outcome

Other (requires explanation) No further contact by the busiAs long as I am paying the debt there is no reason for this Jan C to call me telling me this is not enough money and that I had a contract to pay this from my rental office which I did not. when I left this property I called the corporate office and told them I would pay the rest of my lease out there was never a amount on how much I would pay each month, so this Jan should stop calling me.

Customer Service, terrible! Called to resolve an issue and the end result was the complete opposite.
I called NCAC to inquire about resolving a delinquent account (broken lease agreement from 2012 in the amount of a little over $4,000) and the rep assigned to my account was impatient and hung up on me when I asked to speak w/ a manager. I called back and was transferred to a manager, she said her name was *** (didn't give me a last name). Her entire approach to resolution was condescending, argumentative, sarcastic and lacked so many components that embody acceptable customer service that a successful company employs and implements. Bottom line, questions weren't answered, issues weren't resolved, there was no clarity given and I was left w/ a take it or leave it conclusion. I would also like NCAC's corporate offices to pull both of my calls into the office on 4/24/17 @ 2:15 pm est and 2:225 pm est.

Desired Outcome

I'm looking to hear from someone from NCAC's corporate offices. I do not want to deal w/ whichever office Melissa the so called manager works in, she was very unprofessional and gave me the impression that she couldn't care less about her position w/ the company. I would to like work towards resolving my delinquent account but w/ true professionals. I would also like NCAC's corporate offices to pull both of my calls into the office on 4/24/17 @ 2:15 pm est and 2:225 pm est.
