For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowWhen speaking with *** on November 20th, she stated the original order was to be shipped to the OLD ADDRESS. not the current address. Therefore NO UPDATE to any address was ever made in your systemto the chipping address or the pending order. THIS IS A FLAT OUT LIE.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The customer has been removed from our mailing/call list since May 8th. Please allow 2-weeks for complete removal. Our marketing team may have something already ready to go out, and there is no way to stop those, but after 2-
weeks, the customer should not receive anything else from us.

This case has been reviewed, and it has been approved to pick the wrong order up and issue a credit. We can also process a replacement order with the correct spelling. We tried contacting the customer yesterday to inform, but we were not able to get in touch with him. We
will continue to try to reach the customer to arrange the pickup and replacement order.

Very easy to place the order, and design the pensI ordered a very cheap pen (super ball) but I'm getting very good quality from the penI will certainly be ordering again once my pens are gone! The only thing I didn't like is the fact you don't get an estimated delivery date until the item shipsI would've liked to know how long processing might takeHowever I ordered the pens and received them in about days so I have no complaints

I was sent a sample Pen from National Pen company with my company's name on it and it looked like a great idea for promotions, since the promised cost was only c per pen I ordered them and they came about days later but the invoice was double of what was promised After all the "Set up charges" and "shipping and Handling", each pen came to a $in price The set up charge was never mentioned during my order and I feel this was very deceptive and a "bait-and-switch" tactic I refused the Pens and sent them back About weeks later I receive a phone call from a representative of National Pen company, telling me that he could credit me for the sfee but I nee to pay for the rest of the invoiceAt this point I no longer want the pens nor do I have them (they are back with the Pen company) We'll see what happens next

I took serval calls to get a return label
Once returned...I was unable to receive refund
Called customer service 2-times...and was lied to about a returned call to my voice mail
another person emailed asking me to call customer service..I explained I had had unpleasant experiences,,,and just wanted a refundmails with NO response
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
I finally broke down ands called...she advised she would transfer me to correct dept...but stated A refund had been sent....and that the dept would cll me back...they NEVER called me back....and I still do NOT have my refund

I am a small business and I ordered several items before national pens weeks shut downThe sad part is that I have been a customer for about yearsI got the items only to be dissatisfiedI ordered items and was dissatisfied with of their items I spoke to a *** *** that lasted like days long (I sent her several emails and phone calls only to get responsed by email) (when I asked *** to call me she - she didntshe called when I said I wanted her supervior but the odd thing was she she responsed saying complaints take 24-hours for a response) I got bad customer service from *** she argued the point about of my complaintsI want to return all the items because I am dissatisfied with the products I purchasedFinally her supervisor called me and the conversation started the same like if I was talking to *** and I finally said what about the customer service about keeping the client happy?? She said I am trying to keep you happy by offering a replacement order that takes - weeks longher too argued the point that the stylus pens where acceptable and offered me a discount more than *** so I thought we were off to a good start but I fooled myselfMy back is against the wall because I needed the items before the 14thI trusted national pens to get it done right since I have used them yearsshe too will not accept the return because she said there is nothing wrong with itI could see the double spacesI got upset and told her I wasn't happy and wanted to return everything I didn't want to give national pen any of my moneyfyithe 100% satisfaction is ONLY for demange or misprint on their partapparently I am stuck with the items that were in good condition and the other item the stylus pens I didn't like I am stuck with them and got a SMALL discountAt this point, I hardly have any marketing materials and they weren't too concerned about me or my business all they can offer is a replacement at the same cost when it was their fault
Ordered letter openers - they printed white lettering on yellow when I ordered black lettering - can't use and can't even see white lettering on yellow transparent
Highlighter pens the name was bold and squeezed in - you needed glasses just to see what it said - offered a replacement at the same price only trying to waive the shipping -
Mugs were broken aND cracked from the bottom - offered replacement
Stylus pens - got a small discount
I will NOT use them any longer - I argued I wanted to return every item but the 100% guarantee is only for their mistakes and as you can see I had alot of mistakes and only got offered a small discountthey offered replacements but will take - weeks - the purpose of ordering in December was so I can be ready for the tax season and now I am limited on supplies and I have no time for replacementsThey didn't care about my concernsI am being forced to stay with the items that was produced correctlyI wanted to return everything!! I will not recommend this company - try some one locally or a small business that cares because this company didn't care about my datelines or my businessso now I am forced to pay my invoice and honestly the customer service stinks - and their mentally is not about the customerlook for another company don't useI called a new company and they were happy to hear about the errors this company made and even offered me free items for something they didn't even do!! Now that's customer service and deserve my businessso national pen take me off your mailing list and customer list

I have reviewed the customer's claim, and I do see that we have note of the product being short and a refund to be issued. Our records indicate that the customer ordered and only received cards. The cards were $per piece. Therefore, the refund is for $98.28.
This refund check was mailed on Feb2, 2015. The customer should receive the check in the mail very soon. Please let us know if the customer has any futher questions/concerns in regards to this order

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We had no record of the box being returned to us, however, we have tracked the package and see that the package was never delivered. According to the tracking, it is being returned to National Pen, however, we have not yet received
it. We will be issuing a refund for this order. The customer can contact us at *** if they wish to receive a replacement order.

The national Pen Company sent my company a solicitation to purchase as many pens as I wanted for cents eachThe mailed promotion stated nothing about set up or shipping charges
The solicitation said to send no money now and that I'd be billed laterI figured that their could possibly be issues down the line so I kept the solicitation so there's no way I could make a mistake on this
The pens came a few weeks laterThe work was goodI searched the box of pens for a shipping slip or an invoice but there was noneI figured they'd bill me laterand they did!
The first invoice I received was dated 5/23/and was for $156.40! The bill was supposed to be for $(Rememberpens at each)
I called the number to question this billing and evidently it's their 'collection department'I told the fellow about the solicitation and what I ordered and he said yesfor the pensThen the 'set-up' charge (YepsI was set up alright) then another $19+ for shipping and then $for a late payment feeI told him that's ludicrous as nowhere in there solicitation state that there would be any other charges other than for the pensHe said that doesn't matter and that the charges are reasonableWe both got a little loud with each other and he threatened to end the conversationI told him to go ahead and end itHe said that he'd step up collections efforts on me and then he hung up
WATCH OUT FOR THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

We are very sorry for the confusion on this order. Our records indicate that the customer's original invoice was credited for pens and the payment for that portion of the invoice was used to cover the cost of the replacement order. This cusotmer currently has a zero balance on his
account, and he should not receive any further collection attempts or calls on the order. Again, we apologize that this payment transfer was not completed before the invoicing began on the replacement order.

Was sent a promotional pen with my photograph, address and personal cell phone number printed on it, with a letter to try to sell their pens This was the most invasive inappropriate thing I have ever received and am completely disgusted and am completely creeped out by such a sleazy sales tactic

I talked to ups said delivered wrong address so don't want pens or bill

Nowhere on the promotional mailer was there a $setup charge and a $shipping feeI would've known in advance, I would have never ordered from this company

I had to use generic pens purchased at *** for our fundraising banquet because this company did not tell me the pens were backorderedHad I known they were backordered I could have picked a different penThey contacted me to get approval for the design so there is no excuse for not contacting me about the backorder!!

My first order with National Pen Company was in May. They sent me 50 custom logo pens - each and every one of them with a dent and some with overlapping logo. They were returned. I have them another shot , in hopes they corrected their issue at the end of August , begining of September 2016. It is now November, no order has been delivered from them, but I am receiving daily calls and collection notices for an account I do not have. I have emailed them several times and was told "we are looking into the problem" but no one gets back to me. Do yourselves a HUGE favor, and for a hassle free, smooth transaction, use someone else.

I miss understood my husband and it was not a call but more mail that we have requested to be stopped.

We ordered several promotional products from National Pen when we started our new firm, including a cooler bag with several items such as pens, notebooks, coffee cups, etc., as well as two types of umbrellas. We had requested a sample of a few products, but the ordering person aggressively convinced us to go ahead and order and save the additional shipping and other fees that we would incur placing a second order. She assured us we would be happy, and if not, they had a very easy return policy. Well, what we received was a bunch of substandard products. Out of the 10 things included in the cooler bag, only a couple of them are worthy of giving to a client or prospect. One of the umbrella types would not even open and the other had messed up our logo on most of them. When we tried to return the umbrellas, we received the run-around. We had to make multiple attempts to return them and, even after we escalated it with a manager, they did not want to refund our money. It took us more than four months and hours on the phone with them and was not until we threatened legal action and sent multiple photos of the misprints that we finally got a refund. We will not purchase anything from this company in the future.
