The customer has the option of having a technician come out to see if their new phone service is compatibleIf it is found to not be compatible with alarm systems, the customer has the option to add a cellular back up unit to their alarmThis would then use a cell chip to send signals instead of requiring a land line phoneDespite the customer's claims, the customer did in fact have our telephone number as they called in times on August 7th, We tested the alarm with the customer and informed them that we were not able to receive a signal We recommend setting up a service technician to inspect the alarm so that the system can function properlyWe will not be canceling the account, however

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I returned the call that I received on my voice mail and the mail box was full and I could not leave a message I will try again and see if I can get a live person In response to the person who said she talked to the customer and stated the customer did not want to cancel, My Mother is very confused and I have asked several persons involved with this case not to call my Mother and to talk directly to me as they do nothing but confuse my Mother more, and it seems that request is being ignoredMy mother completed the cancellation notice for this contract and it was sent by certified mail to Safeguard AmericaI have spoken to the installer and his boss and they all know she wanted to cancel, so I am not sure where the conversation that "she does not want to cancel" would come into playThe confusion comes from the fact that my Mother's original contract was through [redacted] Security and now it is known as [redacted] The salesmen who came to her door was through Safeguard America and [redacted] installed the unitNow you can see why she is totally confusedThe installer took her equipment that she had paid for through [redacted] and I do not know why they would take it in the first place as she had purchased that through the first security company Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have arranged for Safe Home Security to remove their wireless devices, today Wednesday March 25, between 1:00-5:pm However, I believe that I am not legally bound to the first agreement since the second agreement dated March 5,2015, would have superceeded the previous agreement which ends February Safe Home Security does not agree stating that because the 2nd agreement was cancelled, the first is still binding They will reconnect the old system Your advice is required please Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I want the Revdex.com to see that my initials were placed on this business' copy, and not mine Talking about "the dealer" I am not sure what that means I know this business has told me many times to press charges against the person that did this, as they have again said that in this rebuttal That person (dealer) was hired by this company and represented them It is not my burdon to take action against him, as he was hired by the company He represented them, The fact that he initialed the white copy (yours) of the agreement shows that wrongdoing was done Any changes should be initialed, and he did that I did not The fact that he did that after my copy was no longer in my possession shows that attempted to pull one over on me He worked for you, and represented you You should be going after him instead of me Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: They are wrong the dealer did not tell me about pulling my credit report because I would of refusedAbout the hard inquiry and soft inquiry he didn't know what it was when I called himActually before I called the dealer I called customer service and he didn't know what that was either and told me to call the dealer and I did and he said he'll get back to me and neverdidCalled him back a week later he said was busy and would call me backNever did! I called again a few days later left a message on his voicemailGuess what? He still didn't return my phone callsThe months free? I only got one because I have on my bank statement that February and March was withdrawn so how's that giving me months free when April should of been taken out in Aprilby looking on my credit report all this time it still from day one its a hard inquiry unless my credit report is lyingThe company's customer service is absolutely unreliable I made so many calls nobody ever returned my calls Last time I called was March for like the 20th time and explained myself and ask that I want a manager to call me back so many times and he said they'll write in they're notes like they always do at least that's what they told me and a manager will call meGuess what? No call! I called again March 17th I spoke with same customer service [redacted] or [redacted] I think and remembered me and said he was surprised so he left a message again for the managerI told him though I had enough she can call or not but I don't trust there company don't want to be with them any longer because this is going on for monthsNow guess who calls me the next day, the managerI repeated myself she understands my frustration see what we can doShe said her boss was coming in that Friday which was the 20th and going to discuss it with him and kept saying I will definitely call you and me in the loopGuess what? Nothing new to offer If customer sold home, send in closing docs and we will bill until date of sale If he has not sold home then under contract until January 16th, Final balance of $but we would accept $to close to satify customer We are not forgiving back balance Customer may contact Cezar at the extension I gave in May to work with him directly if he does not wish to have collection calls

Please see the attached commercial agreement you signed Refer to section All accounts require credit authorization and all accounts are credit reported This is not unsimilar to any other entity that extends credit

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: There soliution is a higher cost product with a three year contractWhy would I sign a new contract with a company that has not fixed the current problemI have been waiting since September to have two motion detectors replaced/repairedI have not received the parts and the repairmen has not been here since he determined the problem again in January Recently or weeks ago my security warning system has been doing the same thing(noises/alarm going off) I had to disconnect it; moreover I have nobody to call, this company choose to make a simple repair turn into almost a year project and still countingLet's make this as simple as I can: Called SHS September Repairmen showed said it was batteries I said I replaces them in August The repairman then said motion detectors were sending signal needed to be replaced Security box connected and phone working fine Called SHS November SHS said waiting for parts Security box connected and phone working fine December Repairman shows up with batteriesAgain he says he has to order partsSecurity box connected phone working fineCalled SHS March SHS said parts not inSHS has no record of any parts to be shippedSecurity box connected phone working fineCalled SHS April SHS said they would send the parts and I was suppose to call them when they arrivedStill waiting for partsSecurity box connected and phone working fineCalled SHS May Asked them to cancel my contract because they are not fullfilling their part of the contractI am suppose to have a working security system per the contract; I have waited patiently for months for a working security system to no availJust recently I had to disconnect the security box because it is making those noises again and SHS says if I sign a year contract I can have a new security system What I want: The contract voided I cannot nor will I sign another contract with a company that drags out a repair for months and countingAfterall your supposed to be a security company Sincerely, [redacted] ***

The company has attempted to contact the customer with a choice of resolutions [redacted] ***, Co-Director of the Customer Care Department, has left a voicemail for the customer in order to offer them a working system at no out of pocket charge, a reduced rate to $a month, and up to months of service at no charge to make up for this issue

The customer was offered a new rate and new services, thusly needing a new agreementThe customer decided to not proceed with that new agreementThat decision does not negate the original agreement signed for year in February of
