Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Complaint Information: We were in contact with [redacted] ***, I must say he was kind courteous and understanding to our situationThe employees of the company should learn from him how to treat a customerBut because of what did happen to us with this company we are unable to trust staying with them, it's sad that I had to contact the Revdex.com to finally get this resolved [redacted] did agree to Cancel our contract, he said to call him when he returns from vacation to call him and he will send us the documentation stating our service was canceled
