Review: I get very aggressive calls regarding "saving" me money. The phone line is very poor so it is terrible to try and understand anything they try and tell you. I have asked several times to have them send me paperwork regarding the service they are trying to provide me with so I can get approval for the magazines. This is a company subscription and I was never told it was for 60 months the first time they called. They continue to tell me that I am already signed up for a 60 month subscription and I cannot get out of it. Each time I ask for paperwork, that I have NEVER received, they tell me I don't need it and I just need to give them new credit card information. I do not want this service any longer than I have to have it at this point. The people that are supposed "Supervisors" are terrible to speak with and solely rely on the fact that their calls are recorded to bully you into continuing services. I never sought them out, they found me and are telling me that if I cancel services it will be against my credit personally! This is an outrage as I have NEVER given them any personal information and I cannot get a phone number to work to speak to another representative at their offices to get resolution on what they do.Desired Settlement: I would really like to have my account closed with them and NEVER to be contacted by them again. I do not wish to continue working with people that are 1. not going to listen to the grievances I have regarding their practice 2. cannot provide me with paperwork requested 3. are extremely rude and argumentative.
Review: I have received several notice of renewals for a magazine Runners World that we do not subscribe to. I always pay my bills promptly and at one time I inadvertently paid this. I have yet to ever receive a magazine and they keep mailing these to me and they are a scam. I have wrote on their renewal notice and mailed back to them to stop sending these to me and they continue. I have even tried emailing them and it is rejected. I paid them $48 and this is a scam and I want it stopped.Desired Settlement: To stop targeting individuals and ripping people off, this is a scam and I can see by other complaints I have not been the only one to have this done to them. I would also like to be reimbursed and issued a letter of apology.
Review: Mailed my last installment payment to National Publication Billing Services, LLC of $21.97 (total: $43.94) for subscription to Men's Health Magazine on 3/22/13, cashed on 3/27/13. It has been 2 months since my payment and haven't received my magazines delivery. Called the number on my payment stub, allegedly to National Publication Billing Services, LLC (###-###-####) and got an automated message that the service was not responsible for receipt of payment, not responsible when magazines will be sent, etc., essentially absolving itself from any attempt to honor my full payment to receive my 2 year subscription of Men's Fitness Magazine. Was given another number to call, also automated, but it was just a repeat of the first number's message. So I seem to have been scammed out of my total payment of $43.94 and no magazine delivery, since my full payment was cashed on 3/27/13.Desired Settlement: I would like my 2 year subscription honored and start receiving my magazines, or a full refund of $43.97.Also, want this business listed as not a credible business to work with to the Revdex.com

Re: [redacted]
Dear Ms. [redacted]:
I am writing in response to the complaint filed by [redacted]. The mail piece
received is just a subscription offer for a magazine. It is not a bill or renewal bill, it is
simply an offer and can be discarded if the recipient does not wish to subscribe. We offer
new subscriptions and extensions to current subscriptions only for magazines that allow
independent agent sales through various magazine clearinghouses. The back ofthe offer
explains the offer and that we are an independent magazine clearinghouse agent. The
mail piece states that because we are an independent agent, we do not necessarily have a direct relationship with the publishers or publications that we offer. We have a relationship with the clearinghouses that process our orders. The coupon also states that
the offer received is a magazine subscription offer not a bill or invoice, that the recipient
is under no obligation to either buy a magazine or renew one and there is also a box to
check "No Thank You", ifthe recipient does not wish to pmiicipate.
We have not been informed by the clem·ing house that there is a problem filling the order,
and the magazine should stmi arriving within 90 days from the date ofthe order.
However, we have also issued a refund in full and the check will arrive in 5-l 0 business
days directly from our bank bill pay. Our customers' concerns and yours are respected.
Thank You,
Customer Service

Review: I ordered 2 magazines "Golf Illustrated" and "Golf Tips"

I tried to call them, but the number on their invoice was not in service. [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like the magazines issued to me for 2 years as that is what I paid for. Please confirm via e-mail
THANK YOU.
