I am rejecting this response because:
I did tell the rude lady with the strong accent, thata I was only short fourty and she said to me that there was nothing she could do. That she wasn't the bank she wasn't my move coordinator, she was just a dispatcher and there was nothing she could do.

This customer is fully aware that she gave us permission to run her card over the phone. The form is just a paper copy. But, she knew it was being ran as she was giving us the number. Calling this fraud is not fair because she has to...

authorize it verbally before we can run.

I had an answered from National Van Lines Relocation. I had been thru a divorce, moving from VA to TX and busy finding a job and other things. I forgot to cobtact Revdex.com. The amount $888 was returned to my credit card beginning of August 2015. No further action will be needed.
Thank you

We were on our way to this customer to do the delivery.  She never explained that she was 40 dollars short.  She stated that she did not have the money to accept the delivery after we informed her that it was on the way.  Once the truck was at her home she still did not say she was...

just 40 short.  We would have waived that for her to avoid all of the costs that we are incurring.  IT was not  until after the truck left and placed her stuff in storage that she said she was only 40 dollars short.  At that point is it up to the customer to pick up their belongings from the storage unit that we placed the furniture in.  We fulfilled our contract by loading and delivering the goods but she was not ready to accept.  We have been working very diligently to get this items redelivered to her.  Customer can have access to unit and retrieve her goods at any point in time but she wants us to do the delivery.  We do not have a Depot in Texas so it is not that easy to get back out there and do the delivery that we already attempted to do.  The customer could pay her balance and access her storage unit and this would be done.  If she needs us to re-deliver she is going to have to wait till we can coordinate it and their will be a re-delivery charge that she is going to have to pay.

This information is not accurate.  The customer did not tell us that she was $40 short until the move was already unloaded into a storage.  We, as a company, have incurred over $600 in fees because the stuff is in storage and we are still working on getting her delivered and not charging her for the storage fees.  We are doing the best we can with this situation for this customer.  Patience is what we have asked for but as we said, customer is able to pick up her belongings on her own if she wishes to.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/10/22) */
We are aware of the delay and this customer should be delivered no later than next Friday. We are working diligently to get a discount for her because of this late delivery. Thank you.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I have heard this response from the company customer service and dispatch for three weeks now as of today Friday 10/23/15. They did not provide a date of delivery or compensation amount. This is not acceptable.

Review: I was contacted by National Relocation Solutions on 5/20/14 originally by text message from [redacted] @ ([redacted]) [redacted], to which I did not reply. He then called me today, 5/21/14, from ([redacted]) [redacted] I asked him to remove my # from their data base and hung up. He texted me shortly after and said "Are you moving or is rude part of your daily life" followed by "You don't get far in life being a [redacted] This is severely disrespectful and outright disgusting of a human let alone a business professional. I then contacted the operator who identified herself as [redacted] @ ([redacted]) [redacted], she was taken aback, looked up my phone # in her system, confirmed it was [redacted] that contacted me and placed me on hold so she could go check his activity. [redacted] then got on the line, laughing saying "I apologize", I could hear [redacted] in the background telling [redacted] to say he was sorry. The woman then got back on the line and said that she would talk to him about his actions. I do not believe that either of them took the matter seriously at all. To top it off, the original text I stated above mentioned that they were A+ rated with the Revdex.com, which I do not believe they should be.

Response:

I did receive a call from [redacted] regarding her issue with the text messages and my coordinator [redacted]. I did apologize to [redacted] several times, and told her that I was surprised by [redacted]'s behavior because it was unlike him. I did have [redacted] get on the phone to apologize to [redacted]. He was also upset because [redacted] was calling him names and insulting him. I informed [redacted] that he represents our business and it only matters what HE said to [redacted], not what she said to him. We have a very close team here, but we do take these matters very seriously. Being a female business woman myself, I would not appreciate anyone using that type of language with me, so it is not something that is accepted in the environment that I work in. Again we do apologize to [redacted] and the matter has been seriously taken care of.

I hired National Relocation Solutions to move us from York, Pa to Emerald Isle, NC. We were scheduled for a Saturday 3/27/2015 pick up and confirmed for a 1-4 pm window for pick up. They never showed up. We got a call saying they were running late on the last job and would be at our house by 7. At 730, we still hadnt heard from them and I called the driver and he said they are still at the other job and might not be able to fit us on the truck. I then received a call from a dispatcher who apologized and promised they would be here between 9-11 am on Sunday 3/28/2015. As of right now, 1240 pm, I haven't heard from them and no one will return my calls. They have taken our deposit and no showed us twice. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Review: I get the moving quote by national relocation solution sales person [redacted] , and he give me the moving quote for 1000 Cu.ft for my home moving from oakton VA to TX,

And when the day the movers come on July 28th , they drive a truck which is [redacted] . In the half of the ,moving service that he told me my home item is more than 1000 cuft and almost 1500 cuft . since I sign the contract , so I need to pay for the more 500Cuft. I was so stroked, and request them to stopping moving . Then they call their manager , After that , he said he can make it 1100cuft . I have no choice and accept it .

But the second day , I do some research , the truck they use is only 1600cuft ,and we only use a little bit more than half. not even 3/4 of the truck ,it is never will be 1500 cuft . I So I call my sales person [redacted] , explain him the thing ,and ask him to help me find out what happen and what's wrong . but he never call me back . Then I called the customer service , the lady said she would call me back ,and she never also . Then every time I called transfer to voicemail .

Two month later ,when my TX home ready , I ask them to delivery my item to my new home . This time before they move and after they move I took the photo as the evidence.

It is 54ft truck , it has 39 clapboard. we start from NO.18 and end at No.24 . all our item only use 7 clapboard , and the drive told me all my items is around 900-1000 cuft , which for sure less than 1000 cuft. Cause he charge the moving company less than 1000 cuft.

So after that I called the customer service again , still transfer me to voicemail , and nobody reply me .

I am so upset when I moved , the mover told me my home item is more than 1500 cuft which is a lie . And force me to sign the contract which is charged my 1100 cuft when I have no choice since the fight ticket and everything already booked. Then when the delivery it is been confirmed that he lied . I try to contact the company and ask for the explanation. And want my extra charge back ,but nobody reply to me after I ready paid .Desired Settlement: refund the 100 cuft ($380) that overcharge me .

Response:

We do the best we can with all of our moves to make sure that they go smoothly for our customers. We picked up this customers house hold goods in a timely fashion. We also stored them for two months and when the customer was ready for delivery to his new home, we coordinated that and did the best we could to get it to the customer quickly. Once we arrived at the customers home, his furniture was actually larger than anticipated and the customer also had a few more boxes then we anticipated as well. We informed the customer that he had about 500 CBF more, this did not make the customer happy. So our foremen called his manager and asked if we could give them a break on the move. Their supervisor did allow the foreman to only charge for 100 CBF more. Please remember that all of our men had to still load 500 CBF more and unload this extra amount as well.

WARNING: This company is a scam. They used to go by the name National Relocation Solutions, and they have no central location (sometimes they say FL, sometimes GA, sometimes other places). Not only did they arrive over 24 hours late, but its been weeks and they've yet to delivery our things. They are completely in violation of our contracted delivery date, and continuously say our things have been delayed. It's gotten to the point that I'm convinced our stuff was just stolen, and I'm getting ready to press charges.

Overview:
When my husband and I were planning our move from Virginia to Maryland, I submitted for an online quote and National Relocation Solutions was one of the companies that called me to offer their services. The sales person that I spoke with was Leo, who was pleasant and helpful over the phone, however, he was harder to get in touch with up until my belongings were loaded onto a truck at which point I could not get in touch with him AT ALL. I paid my deposit…they were flexible with payment arrangements at the beginning and with dates for pickup.
PROS: The guys who physically moved my stuff were excellent. They were quick and efficient.
When I needed to make a change of dates, they were accommodating.
CONS: (There are MANY)
Quote vs Payment
Well, for starters, we ended up paying TWICE as much as we were quoted. My thought is that this is because we were under quoted at the beginning…and it was still twice as much even once we decided not to bring 3 sofas and computer desk with us. Our quote was around 3k and we ended up paying over 6k. Keep in mind that you have to pay half of that up front with cash or check and the remaining half once they deliver your belongings in cash or money order.
Customer Service
One word: TERRIBLE. I had to call multiple times a day in order to reach someone. Most of the time, when a person was reached, they were pleasant. On the day that my stuff was to be delivered, I spoke with PHYLLIS RI[redacted] who is quite frankly, RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL considering that she was speaking with a customer. Moving is stressful already (especially across states) and she made it infinitely worse with her condescending tone and juvenile behavior over the phone.
I was not kept abreast of any changes in schedule and I had to keep calling them in order to get information. Of course, as stated before, I had to make these calls multiple times in order to reach anyone in customer service.
I DO NOT recommend this company. Go with a big name company or a small company with a good reputation.

My experience with them was good. My favorite part of the move is when the movers delivered all my things to FL. They unwrapped my major items for me and did not leave a mess! They also put anything together that they took apart in Maryland. The movers constantly asked “Is everything ok?” “Where you want this to go?” etc. They made me feel in charge of my own move. I recommend them to anyone looking to move!

Review: The customer service department within this company is non-existant. I have been dealing with this company for 3 weeks or more and have yet to receive a call back about my issues. When (and it is rare) that I do get ahold of someone when I call, they offer no assistance. My delivery was scheduled for October 12th and no call to me was given to let me know of any delay. I had to call them multiple times over and over to finally get from them info that my shipment of my entire household good was delayed. Even then, no information was provided when I requested more detailed information as to why it was delayed and when the new ETA was. A simple request I thought. That was a week ago and still nothing. I called them 15-20 times today and only spoke with 1 gentleman who was of no use. All other times no one even answered. I have left multiple voice mails with no response. I had multiple other issues with them in the beginning as well, and will file complaints accordingly with those matters. I have already paid over $2000! And that is only half of the WAY upcharged bill I am to pay. Due to these and the other issues I have faced since day 1 I want compensation. Compensation for my lost time due to having to clear my schedule for nothing. Compensation for having to readjust my expendatures during this delay. Compensation for the time lost in having to (attempt) to find information about my household goods and their whereabouts. Compensation for the stress this has caused my wife, daughter, and I for having to sleep on the floor!! All because we couldn't get a heads up or any info on WHERE OUR BELONGINGS ARE AND WHEN WE WILL SEE THEM AGAIN! For all I know they have stolen a truckload of our earthly possessions and have now stalled us long enough to make a run for it. It is a stretch I know, but with NO INFORMATION coming to us I have no other choice but to speculate!Desired Settlement: Our total bill is around $4400. Our final bill due on delivery is over $2000. I want 25% of the FULL amount of the entire charge as compensation for our troubles as mentioned in description. This is an estimated $1000 off the total bill which would bring the total upon delivery to $1000 estimated. A minimal amount when compared to the extra expenses we have been forced to endure and stress we have gone through. Not to mention an incentive for this company to DO SOMETHING about how unhelpful their customer service is. I believe the amounts I suggest are more than reasonable. To think that I would still have to pay $1000 is upsetting, but I am a reasonable person.

Do not ever use this company! I moved from Philadelphia to Atlanta on August 18, 2014. The salesman told me he could give me a quote based on weight , not on cubic feet. But on the moving day, the movers insisted a quote on cubic feet, they refused to admit the original quote, and the price was more than $800 on weight , and they were late for 3 hours.
I asked them to store my stuff for one more month, and they tried to charge me $ 400, the original price is $200, asked foe a receipt, they never sent me. I noticed them the delivery day more than 10 days ago. But before the delivery day , I called them to confirm, they told me they could not deliver, and they can not give a delivery day, they have 30 days to deliver, just ask me to wait.
I lost several boxes worth thousands of dollars, I did not even call them because I know they will not admit and it is really hard to reach customer service, the lady called [redacted] left a fake phone number, and most of times customer service does not pick up the phone.
Some furniture is damaged. most plastic boxes as containers are damaged. This is the worst experience I have had , I have moved from state to state for five times, I have never encountered such a company.
Please note that they hire other companies to move and deliver, customer service seems in Florida,, but the company seems to be in Maryland.

I am writing here to share my experience with this moving company. It was very pleasurable to deal with the movers. They were very easy going guys who knew what they were doing right from the start. They paid close attention to the detail and make of my furniture and wrapped it accordingly. For example, I have a dresser that is solid wood and instead of just wrapping it with plastic (previous company) they blanket wrapped it then did a little bubble wrap then added the plastic wrapping. It was beautifully done. My recommendations are high! They did wonderful with me and I hope they are just as great with you!

August 5, 2015 I contacted Derek from National Relocation Van Lines and discussed hiring his company. I sent him the dimensions of the storage unit where my belonging were being kept. I also sent him 20+ photographs of this unit, which I had taken during the packing of the storage unit.
August 6, 2015 Derek and I reviewed all the photos I had sent and he agreed that no boxing was required. The only two items which I asked be wrapped were a bathroom sink and a base to a coffee table, and Derek agreed. He sent me what he said was a final estimate for the move. He quoted me at 1000cf, which was 65cf less than another moving company who was given the exact same information as Derek
August 7, 2015 Derek e-mailed me the estimate and we reviewed it over the phone. I explained to him that I could not afford anything over the $3000 quoted in the estimate. I explained how I had bought a house with no heat, plumbing or electric and that the little money I had left was to cover those expenses. He assured me that his company was not a broker and that the price would remain the same. I had also told him that I had just been in the hospital with chest pain and was scheduled to have a cardiac cath after I moved. I explained how I had been homeless and how I needed things to go smoothly. Again, Derek reassured me that the quote was final and that I would have no problems. He even told me that my belongings would be insured for $47,000 in the event something did go wrong and that I had 30 days free storage.
August 11, 2015 I gave me friend $750 to deposit into his account and I paid National Relocation Van Lines via my friends debit card. The move was scheduled for August 26, 2015 and Derek told me to call him anytime if I needed to make any changes.
On or about August 20, 2015 I called Derek’s number every day for five days and left messages telling him I had the second deposit for him. I received no return phone calls.
August 25, 2015 I received a call from National Relocation Van Lines telling me they could not move me on the 26th, but rather the move would have to take place on the 29th of August. (this was a bit of a problem because my belongings were in Pennsylvania and my son had taken off work for the 26th and had to work that afternoon of the 29th)
August 28th, 2015 I called the dispatcher at National Relocation Van Lines to find out what time they were coming on the 29th. At that time the dispatcher told me that my son needed to have the second deposit to give the movers the following day. This was at 3:300pm Friday afternoon. I tried calling Derek again without response so I dialed the operator from his number and talked to Eric. He told me I could go to Wells Fargo Bank and made a deposit for $1125 directly into their account. So I ran out to the bank and deposited the money. I spoke to Eric a second time and he told me he received the deposit and everything was set for Saturdays move.
August 29, 2015 My son got to the storage unit at 10:00am. The movers got there about 10:45am. The movers told my son they had to repack everything in the storage unit. My son called me and put the movers on the phone. I told them that Derek and I had agreed that no packing needed to be done aside from the sin and coffee table. The mover and I argued back and forth. I told him that I would not pay to have anything boxed. He put my son back on the phone. My son stayed with the movers about an hour and a half before having to go to work. My son closed out the storage unit prior to leaving and told the movers he had to leave. My son tells me that the movers never asked him to sign a bill of laden.
Later that day the mover texted me saying that the truck was almost full and that my bill was now going to be $6500. He called a little while later and told me they could not fit three of my items in the truck and they were going to leave my belongings in the storage unit (the items were a lamp, a total gym, and something else) I told the mover they could not leave my things in the storage unit, that my son had closed it out. I told him they had to take my things. He said they would take care of it.
Beginning August 31, 2015 I telephones both Derek and Eric each over twenty times leaving them messages concerning what happened with the movers. I e-mailed them both as well …All without any response from either of them.
A week or two later I found another number for National Relocation Van Lines. I called them and got a hold of customer relations. They told me I should have called them earlier. I told them Derek had told me to call him. In any case the woman I spoke to told me she would look into things and get back to me. Six days went by without her getting back to me. I called again and got a different woman who told me exactly the same thing …and again I never heard from her. I called again and spoke to a supervisor, Phyllis. She too told me she would get back to me and never did. About a week later I called again, different woman, same response.
My belongings were supposed to be delivered September19, 2015. I called the dispatcher the day or two before and he put me through to customer service. The woman told me that Phyllis had dropped the price $300. I explained to this woman again all the happenings and Derek’s quote and that I did not have that kind of money. With each of the phone calls I had made to each of these woman, I explained how I was on disability and needed my disability supplies which they have. I explain how I had no heat, electric, or plumbing. I told them my service dog had been bitten by a copperhead and that I could not even use him at the time.
September 19, 2015 came and went without me getting my belongings back from National Relocation Van Lines.
I have since called numerous times, numerous extensions and no one is calling me back. I have had the news station ABC try to contact and get my things back from the movers. They are not returning their calls either.
I am left hear in a home which I cannot repair because the movers have all of my tools. I have none of the disability equipment I need. I am forced to purchase things which I already own but do not have because the movers have them. I have no winter clothes because the movers have them. I have no refrigerator because the movers have it. I can’t even put up curtains or ceiling fans to keep my heating costs down and control my arthritis, because the movers have everything. I am out of money and have nothing. I need your help, desperately.
Over the past few weeks I have contacted the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, who has filed a hostage complaint with National Relocation Van Lines. I have contacted the Attorney general in Florida, Alan K. Schacht, who is trying to close this company down. I have contacted the Hallandale Police at the request of the Florida Attorney General. But the Hallandale Police refuse to help. I contacted the Chief of Police in Reading, PA who had been attempting to press charges against National Relocation Van Lines for fraud and theft by deception. However I just found out that the storage unit where I had my things stored before National Relocation Van Lines took my things, ends up being three blocks out of his jurisdiction. In addition, Russ P[redacted] of ABC news, who has also been trying to get my things returned to me.
I spoke with National Relocation Van Lines a few days ago and they told me I could pick my things up for $1000. Two days later the price rose to $1500, and five minutes later rose again to $2000. The company is refusing to allow me to pick up my belongings until I send them another $2000 on top of the $2000 I already paid them. I offered to pay upon pick-up but there refuse to give me their address until I give them more money.
....and now they want $2500 for me to pick my own things up

This Danny guy called me everyday multiple times, I finally hired them and worst decision I have ever made. All they care about is $$$, they attempted to charge for packing when they arrived after it was already negotiated in the quote, they took 15 days to deliver my items only 1000 miles away, they charged me $1500 over what the quote was, they attempted to charge me $200 in fees because I had stairs.. the drivers were unprofessional.. they asked my wife to leave my infant baby with them so she could go get the #200 in the bank.. all they care about is $$$$.. they showed up at 8pm to deliver everything, and left at 6am the next day.. they broke my chair, left all 50+ boxes in the garage instead of their respective rooms, they refused to put a crib together or any TVs.. they completely went against everything they sold us on. after they took our deposit, we were never able to get anyone on the phone.. after we expressed how dissatisfied we were with their service, they've made no attempt to right their wrong, they really didn't care. My advice to you all, go another big-legit company because in the end, you will end up spending the same amount of $$$. We're currently in litigation, and even now, they're not responding to my attorney as quickly as they do my credit card company in an attempt to keep their deposit that my credit card company refunded me. look in yelp and you can see other similar feedback.. do your research with this company.. this is not an honest company, they care more about the $$ then customer satisfaction

National Relocation Van Lines aka National Relocation Solutions are professional scam artists. They bait and switch the pricing after they have all of your stuff on the truck, basically double the price, and with the current laws in the US governing interstate movers you have zero recourse. I got duped thinking I was going to save 30% over the national big movers, instead I ended up paying about 30% MORE. Do not under any circumstance believe anything the sales guys ("moving consultants") tell you. Even when you have something in writing from them that looks good, trust me they have this down to a science with the loopholes they write into it you would never catch. Yeah, you'll get your stuff in the end (most of it, but not all of it) but you'll end up paying WAY more than if you go with an established mover. I have written to my congressman about this, and hope no one else ever deals with what I went through using this company.
