BEWARE of the sales tactics to win your business, services rendered do not match what's offered. They deliberately keep estimate process vague over the phone so the "guaranteed price" quote is lower than competitors. Once movers arrive and tally your belongings, hidden fees, extra costs pile up. Final bill at move-out was double initial price quote.
Also, demand a guaranteed delivery date. They will charge extra for this, but sales representative will not offer it. Instead, they'll agree to your move-in date, but submit in their system as "requested move-in date." The contract states that they have up to 5 business days from the requested delivery date to arrive with your belongs.
Customer service, dispatch and sales all work off different systems, so what is promised up front is not communicated to those actually carrying out the move and/or those responsible for account management after the sale. Our sales rep "Danny" was so bad that he circumvented their internal system and scheduled our pick-up without us ever signing the contract. He only sent an estimate and labeled a "contract". The General Manager, Phyllis, maintains that they are right and the customer is wrong. We're at four days since requested move-in date and we still don't have our belongings.
Finally, your stuff is offloaded into a warehouse and stored until the driver determines delivery. That's four on/off loads of your things, which is why so many photos (we found after the fact) show broken items. Fingers crossed we receive our things. This place is a total sham.

A day late picking up, we should have known better. We were told that delivery would be 3 to 5 days after our call for delivery. Now 20 days and they have no delivery date. They do not return phone calls. They lie to buy time and get you off the phone. Terrible, miserable experience. Sleeping on cots and air mattresses for over three weeks. They can't even tell us where our goods are.
