National Small Business Alliance Reviews (32)

Review: Representatives of this company Refuse to take my number off their calling list! They call 3-5 times a day, They are extremely rude! I have asked to speak to a supervisor and they hang up after telling me that the supervisor is not available. They WILL NOT give me any information about the company! They are asking for vital information such as bank account routing numbers. My number is a business line and I simply don't have time to play games! This complaint is solid! EVERY single representative has been unacceptable!!Desired Settlement: I think the employees that have been involved with this problem should be fired! I also think the owners should issue a written apology to my company for the harassment phone calls!

Review: this fake company called me. talked me into their product. I gave them my account number like an it. they said they would charge 1.00 for me to recieve my $8,000 small business credit card. after they charged the 1.00. they tried sending another check through for 150.00. luckily my bank cought it and called me and we changed all my information. they are a fake fraud company.. needs to be reported.

Review: I was solicited from a representative, Frank G[redacted] on 8/28/2014 by phone, stating I was pre-approved for bank credit card up to $8k. He asked me to go to a website of "[redacted]" to review, to do research, to see if I wanted to precede with this line of credit they where offering my business. (He stated'" They where approved by government to help small business to help our economy) He stated, "All I'd have to do is show proof my business was still active with a checking account, by giving my business bank account Routing #, Account # and Check #. (I did for a $1 charge for verification of my business account. A charge of $1.00 was made.)

My bank made me aware; a $1 check with ck# [redacted] was paid to "National Small Business Alliance". not "[redacted]"

I did do more research. There was no phone numbers for "contact us" I call your "Revdex.com" and found more details with phone numbers and then talked to the "[redacted]". The reception person stated "Frank G[redacted]" does not work for them any longer. I went further to talk with a supervisor to confirm.

I then pursued to call "NatlSBA" they reported Frank was not there, but, He could help me with "my cancellation". I was not given an email address to document cancellation, when asked. Nor could they give me theirs! Their rep., Adrian, explained their business to be a different service & product mechanism than what Frank had sold me. Adrian stated, "Some one from their customer service department would call within 24 hrs. to confirm cancellation on their account# [redacted]." (it did not happen)

Another charge of $149.95 was debited from my account on 9/5/2014 with a made up check # other than the $1 authorized charge bank ck#. I was told by their customer serv. dept. rep.- Alice on 9/10/2014, "Nat'l SBA have the cancellation request, undated". Alice referred me to a website "[redacted] to formally correspond to talk to a manager about my cancellation and additional charges from my bank account. (I did not do because suspicious and questionable about their intentions.) I would like to submit a formal complaint on this company for misrepresenting and tricking my business as to a scheme to get money from small businesses bank accounts. I would like a manager to contact me for a formal written cancellation to show processed and for Nat'l SBA to stop taking money from my business account; A refund of the money they have taken without my authorization.

Thanks you in advance for your assistance, [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like a "refund" of unauthorized debit.

I would like a "letter" with proof of cancellation on account and a "phone call" from their Owner or Management with "National Small Business Alliance" to confirm.

Review: National Small Business Alliance ("NSBA") calls my home phone soliciting business several times a day, almost every day. This has been occuring for the last 5 months. I have called them back five or six times on the phone number they have called me from; and asked them to take my home phone off their solicitation calls. Each time they say it will take up to 30 days to get my home phone number off their system. My first request was in September 2013 and monthly thereafter. Today NSBA called me from a different phone number that is ###-###-####. I called that number today and spoke with a representative and again requested them to remove my home phone from their contact list; the reply was the same it could take up to 30 days to be removed from the list. I asked the representative their corporate address and he said [redacted] Washington, DC; your noted address is [redacted] I asked for their corporate phone number and the representative hung up his phone.

Also, when I was on the Revdex.com web site and looked up NSBA there was a comment that "We believe the company is out-of-business because mail had been returned". NSBA is obviously not out of business. Please note that I have registered for the No Call List evry 3 months.Desired Settlement: I just request they stop calling me. My home phone is the evening phone number previously provided.

Review: on 05/02 a representative from National Small Business Alliance call me to offer a service and told me to use it for 30 days without any other charge rather than $1.00 in the trial period. I authorized the $1.00 charge on my account, but they also submit an extra charge of $149.95 that I did not authorized. I call them on 05/03/14 to request my money back and nobody answer my call. on 05/05/14 they Charge $149.95 on my account. Finally on 05/11/14 they answer my call I spoke to them about the issue and ask for my money back and cancellation of the fake service and they don't want to return my money.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back.

Review: My company recieved a solicitation from NSBA. The agent claimed he was assisting my company with a pre-aproved credit line of $8,000.00 dollars and needed to confirm my banking information. This agent was compelling. He asked for banking information concerning my company name, bank name and routing and account number for the pre-approved credit business line.

The agent did not disclose he was selling a membership to NSBA and debited my account for a year membership fee of $149.95. Days later I received the membership certificate in the mail which is non-refundable.Desired Settlement: NSBA should be required in the future to disclose in its phone solicitations that they are selling memberships and not offering business lines of credit to the business community.

Review: this company conned me into a membership with false promise of credit line

misrepresented services

deducted money from my bank account without permission

not responding to callsDesired Settlement: refund my money, and make no more charges to my account

letter of apology

Review: I was contacted by a representative [redacted] from National Small Business Alliance a couple of weeks ago and was informed from him that I would be receiving an $8000.00 credit card for my small business in which I could utilize to pay bills, withdraw money etc. When I received the card today in the mail, it was not a credit card it's a card to use to purchase electronics through their vendors. I called the 800/toll free and main number on the information sheet to cancel membership immediately and both phone numbers are disconnected. This is obviously scam.Desired Settlement: Cancel membership ASAP before $509.35 fees are applied within the 3 day cancellation window.

Review: They call every week...two or three times. The first few weeks I politely reminded them I am on Do Not Call, and requested I be put on their in-house Do Not Call. They said they would...but the calls have continued and increased in the past few weeks. This has been going on since January or February...so I am getting a little angry.Desired Settlement: Stop the harassing phone calls and apologize for spitting in the face of the governments Do Not Call rules and regulations.

Review: This company is a complete 100% FRAUD Inc. This business should be reported on [redacted] NEWS FOR FRAUD). This company should be SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY for SCAMMING EVERYONE THEY CONTACT. THEIR # IS ###-###-####. I am requesting that a FEDERAL INVESTIGATION is performed on this company to be closed IMMEDIATELY with each employee held accountable & punished to the MAXIMUM FEDERAL CHARGES BROUGHT AGAINST THEM FOR THE CRIMES THEY ARE COMMITTING.Desired Settlement: $359.40

Review: I was sold on a free month to preview their services for my business. I agreed to have $1 withdrawn from my debit card. They withdrew the dollar then also withdrew $149.95 without my permission. Three weeks later I finally receive the info packet with membership number and password to log in online to see exactly what benefit being a member of the nsba offered. I was told in the phone conversation that sold me on joining nsba that I would get a credit line of $8000 with no credit check...not true. I was also told in that same phone conversation that I would have access to discounted workers comp and general liability insurance....also not true. Needless to say I wasnt happy with what nsba had to offer so I was simply going to cancel. Before I called to cancel I noticed on my bank statement that nsba had withdrawn another $359.40!!!!! I have called several times but was unable to talk to a living person. I left messages and sent an email asking for an explanation and a refund.Desired Settlement: I simply want the $149.95 and $359.40 refunded to my debit card

Review: they take money from my checking account without my authorization and my account was cancelled years agoDesired Settlement: Want my bank information deleted from their system
