Please look at the contract you signed. It states clearly on there you can do this yourself and now you have gotten a full refund and your consolidation done on the house. Next time you sign up for something please be sure you want to move forward.

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Not only does this not recognize any aspect of my complaint about how the company is going to approach policy and legal investigation within its data collecting and calling practices, but the response had multiple spelling errors and attempted to suggest that my friends and family are submitting information on my behalf. Not only is this impossible but it is deplorable when my original explanation expressed very clearly that I have no school debt of any kind nor any prior connection with the business or any of its extensions. I expect the company to internally review its information gathering practices and provide the Revdex.com with explanations of how it is gathering opportunity clients' data and through what channels and whether these channels are legal or not. Also, the issue of the illegal calling practice was not addressed in any way. I advised that I am aware that without an existing business relationship, the rules about cold calling are very strict. Thank you for your time, but this is something that is out of control in the cold calling industry and needs to be reeled in. This is a perfect example of how businesses are not being accountable nor being held accountable for illegal data gathering and cold calling.

The way this company collects its data 100 percent compliant and by opt in only.

In November 2016, a reprentative from NSAC contacted me via phone asking if I had student loan debt. (These people often called, but I usually ignored call or hung up on them) This time when rep called I cooperated whole heartedly. Rep initially asked me what my student loan balance was and advised me he could access my student loans by releasing my (past) fafsa password. With three ppl in my family, he encouraged me to add another family member in which I cared for in order to qualify for program. By adding this additional member I qualified for this program. I was to make 3 monthly payments of $250 totalling $750. After $750 was paid, I would only have to make 240 monthly payments of $20 because I work for the government. Rep also informed me that I would not have to inform Navient, he would do this for me. In the event Navient did inform me, all I needed to do is give them the representatives number , again according to rep. With this information I discontinued auto debit with Navient as rep advised me to do as well. I agreed. Rep took bank information, setup auto debit and documentation. I first reviewed documents via phone and signed them as well. Rep assured me they were here to help me, and if there was a time where I could not pay, just let them know in advance. Rep also told me to refer any friends that were in student loan debt and he would help them as well. November 18, 1st payment was auto debited from my account in the amount of $250. A month later December 15th I started to receive mail from Navient along with phone calls informing me of a non payment. I have attempted to call NSAC countless times. The phones always ring forwarding you to a voicemail where calls are never returned. Not to mention there is no direct number for you to call talk to any one individual about your account. A day before Christmas Eve, this company attempted to make a second withdrawal from my account. I disputed this with my bank and previous withdrawal as well. My research was done too late, instead of before. Some reports state that they have never heard of this company, go figure. This company is a fraud, dont do it. In order to have my bank start process, I had to go to my police station to get a police report. Not only that, but the police instructed me to also notify the federal police due to scam taking place across state lines.
Dont be fooled by their professionalism, they are not legit. A mess

I am sorry about your experience with us, Please email me directly if you have any other concerns!

This business is a total rip-off. They have scammed me of three (#) payments of $199 each. They did not submit the paper work for me to apply for an income-based program with AES. Their telephone has been disconnected. for the main # The other tele #'s only go to a voice mail for Erica or Davis [redacted]. They will not return phone calls from messages which are left at these voice mails. They are a scam. I tried to cancel or stop payment on payment #3 to them . They use Major Motors tele as the company to collect payments.

This company keeps calling my cellphone. I am on the Do Not Call List. I have never done any type of business with this company. They are calling me from a local number, which is 216-352-6026. The message that they leave is telling me that I have been preapproved for student loan forgiveness, and to call 888-350-7549. First of all, I do not owe anyone any student loans, and secondly, I don't even know how they got my number.

Please call me directly [redacted].

I am sorry about your experience, Please call me directly to resolve this issue quicker (949)6307197 [redacted]

This company process my student loan as repayment plan and not as forgiveness as initially requested by me. Now I want to go to the process of forgiveness with other organization who wants to do for me and they do not want to to cancel my agreement and give me my money back.

[redacted] sorry for the inconvenience however we have no record of you in our system, I have added your number to our no call list.
