UNFORTUNATELY, IN THIS PARTICULAR CASE THE IRS WAS NOT IN A HURRY TO SETTLE FOR LESS WITH OUR CLIENTTHEREFORE, THE CLIENT WAS LEVIED AND WE HAD TO GET THE LEVY RELEASED, WHICH WE DID RIGHT AWAY, WITHIN DAYSALSO, THE GOVERNMENT WAS NOT ALLOWING A NEGOTIATED SETTLEMENT BASED ON THE CLIENT'S FINANCIALS, HOWEVER, WE DID COMPLETE A PENALTY ABATEMENT WHICH THE IRS PARTIALLY GRANTEDTHE CLIENT WAS NEVER NOTIFIED OF THIS ACHIEVEMENT SO THEY BECAME FRUSTRATED WITH THE OVERALL PROCESS IN DEALING WITH THE IRSOF COURSE, THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE THE FINAL DECISION TO RELEASE TAXPAYERS OF TAX DEBT AND THIS CASE WAS A RESULT OF THAT.? January 6, called The Tax Expect to see if I qualified for IRS program and doing my taxes for federal and stateAfter brief conversation with representative he told me I qualified and would charge $which I debit , after receiving the payment he said he would mail package they need information for IRSRepresentative told me this should be done in April March [redacted] Senior Case manger from Tax Expects calls me tells me you have qualified for the IRS program and state and federal taxes are done, you will paying IRS,State around $He claimed he been on the Phone with IRS regarding my caseMr [redacted] then said I see your taxes are not doneApril will be here soonIll do it for $before I knew it money was out my account he send a addendum for me to signAfter fact he just charged me 1200% more then H.R block wouldMr [redacted] settlement will be done in June July 27, I call and spoke to Process Manger [redacted]

Worst tax help I have ever received! Took a significant amount of money from me and filed a incorrect tax form! Has done nothing to stop the IRS from placing a lien or garnishing my SSadvertising and promisesI would recommend no one seek their helpThey don’t even make one star but I had to put one to make the review go through

Those guys are scammers!!!! they promised to help me with my taxes, protect my drivers license and my bank accountMy drivers license eventually got suspended after paying them $4,900, when I contacted them, they told me that asking them to reduced my taxes is illegalI told them if they knew it was illegal, why are they offering the service, promising people to reduce their taxes? they refunded half of my money and told me that they are keeping half of my fund for making phone calls to the State taxes departmentCrooks!

I received a letter from National Tax ExpertsI have a lien on my property due to back taxesI called and requested to speak with someone in Spanish and the letter stated they did so I was transferred to *** *** in July of I discussed my case, *** took my information (income, liabilities, etc)*** informed me that I qualified for an Offer and Compromise and that the company would be able to settle my tax liability and he could guarantee me it would settle for no more than (the amount on the letter)I signed up and made payments of total I proceeded to send paperwork to ***After the 2nd payment of was processed, I received a call from *** ***She rudely asked me how I was planning to pay my tax debtI told her I was working with a tax settlement company as I thought she was from the IRS because she was so rude, she then informed me she was with National Tax Experts and would be handling my caseI was no longer able to get ahold of

I thought I was going to owe on my taxes .......these guys helped me get organized and found that I am the one whom is owed! Go Nat Tax!

I was not going to report National Tax Experts to the Revdex.com although I have had multiple issues over the last years, but this last issue tipped it over the edgeI contracted National Tax Experts to take care of my tax problems1) They promised to reduce my taxesThat did not occur, I now realize that was a sales pitch2) Back when I hired them they didn't submit a year of back taxes to the IRS so my paycheck was garnished months later and it took pay cycles to get it resolved3) After I hired them a tax lien was put on my home, when I called to discuss with them I was lectured and scolded by the lawyer4) The issue that tipped this over the edgeAs part of what they were to provided was to file and work with the IRS on my penalty abatementThey filed the paperworkI have called them times over the last months to follow-upEach time the person answering the phones tells me she will have a lawyer follwith the IRS and call me back and that has not happened once
