I have been dealing with Nationwide for a few years now and recently applied for a personal loan The customer service I received from Ester [redacted] was amazing She was very diligent in assisting me to get all my documents for the loan I look forward in continuing my business at nationwide

This Company has bad customer service, even the Managers are badI have had an auto loan with this company for over a year nowSomeone called me today asking for personal information regarding my place of employment and home address, something that Nationwide should already have, it just didn't sound right to me, so I called them myself and spoke with a customer rep, she said she didn't know why they would be calling me and asking for something that they already had and not even discussing my accountI then asked to speak to a Manager, she transferred me to an Art [redacted] he came on the line claiming that he was the Vice President of the Company which I know is not trueWhen I asked him about the mysterious call, he became very RUDE and said that if I was that paranoid then I should call my phone companyI replied to him that I was just trying to verify that someone had called from Nationwide, and that I wasn't just giving information out to just anybodyHe then said to me "Listen you seem like you're having a bad day and trying to take it out on me"I again told him that I was just concerned about someone calling claiming to be themThe call that came in had no call back number on my phone, which is why I called them to start withHe then became very irate and said " I don't know what to tell you about your phoneAt that point I gave him my employment and home address AGAIN, even though I knew they already had it, after that I informed him that I was ending the call and to have a good dayThere really needs to be something done about these people and their so called ManagersIf you can help it, STAY AWAY, from this company

I took a personal loan out through this company in April Unfortunately, I had some unexpected issues that hit me really hard and now I am behind in all of my bills, rent, car and now months behind through NationwideThe last months for me has been a nightmare financially! So I finally spoke to a really nice rep yesterday, named MarrissaI explained to her that I wasn't trying to avoid them but that I am just in a mess and I'm not sure what to doShe was very kind and gave me a few options to work with meWe agreed to to secure the pmt but they needed my checking acct infoI didn't have it on me, but told her I would call back with itI called this morning, and she wasn't in so I got Andy who is a acct manager I guess I told Andy about the arrangement, but then he tells me they need to secure pmt because I have a late fee added since yesterdayI told him I didn't have the extra It's hard enough trying to come up with the 74.00! we went back an forth and he tells me that technically "Nationwide doesn't have to take the but demand the whole amt, and it's only bucks!" I couldn't believe that a professional was speaking to me like thisisn't a lot of money, but it's a lot for me now as he had no idea what I went through just to get the 74.00! he was very rude, so I just got so flustered and hung up I just couldn't believe thisAnd I understand that it's my fault and my responsibility for this loan, but that doesn't give a "professional" a right to speak to a customer like thatI have worked in billing and collections before, and it isn't a easy job but that's just not how you speak to people especially if they are trying to payI am hopeful that I can get caught up with them before the end of the this month

Smooth process Ester [redacted] @ Nationwide was professional, a pleasure to work with She explained loan process in detail, helpful in answering questions I would highly recommend Nationwide for persons needing to get their credit back on track, although the interest is high, it's better than the alternative loan products in the market for poor credit that will trap you with ridiculous interest fees, and small loan terms

Ester was great and wonderful took no time at all and was fast and friendly She is very customer friendly person

the worst finance company ever, I have never been late on a payment NOT ONCE, most of the time I pay MORE than required to- I made an online payment weeks ago- since then I recieved phone calls twice a day from these hacks- yesterday 1/they called me again,and again I told "Markus" my next payment will be made Friday the 13th...today at 10am they called again, wanting to "help" me make my payment- [redacted] is wrong with you!!! the lady today started giving me NATIONWIDE PROBLEMS that they apparently have a customer base they have to be tough on because they dont pay their bills, again THIS IS nationwide PROBLEM not MINE ,,again, I HAVE MADE NO LATE PAYMENTS AND 80% OF THE TIME I PAY MORE THAN MY PAYMENT..im going to go through the records, I am willing to wager, my loan was paid off months ago

Ester and Regina were absolutely a wonderful help to me!! I live in Champaign and work jobs so I don't have a lot of spare time to take off work and take care of personal matters, Ester helped me to take care of everything I needed over the phone to get me approved for my loanAll I had to do was drive to her office and sign some papers and I was done! This experience has been a wonderful one!!

I had a loan by mail and Ester was very helpful with my loan and questions she actually spent time helping me complete the loan and was available to assist my at all times

I would like to personally thank Ester & Regina in the loan deptfor helping me get approved for a personal loanthe were very helpful & politeGreatly appreciate the GREAT service they provided me over the phone & in personThank You!!

The customer service is terrible, they are rude and even though I tried to call and make my payment their phone lines were down due to them moving, their website also didnt work and then they charged me a late feeThe supervisors are just as bad as the reps

My experience with Nationwide Acceptance has been greatEster and Regina both are extremely helpfulThey made the loan procedure very smooth

This finance company is horribleI know I should have read the fine print but their loans are not customer friendlyThey will get the sale price plus all the finance charges for the full length of the loan no matter if you pay off early or make extra payments
I seen better loans from pay here buy here auto loans than this company
MAKE SURE YOU READ THE FINE PRINTVERY BAD LOANS
