the worst finance company ever, I have never been late on a payment NOT ONCE, most of the time I pay MORE than required to- I made an online payment 2 weeks ago- since then I recieved phone calls twice a day from these hacks- yesterday 1/11 they called me again,and again I told "Markus" my next payment will be made Friday the 13th...today at 10am they called again, wanting to "help" me make my payment- [redacted] is wrong with you!!! the lady today started giving me NATIONWIDE PROBLEMS that they apparently have a customer base they have to be tough on because they dont pay their bills, again THIS IS nationwide PROBLEM not MINE ,,again, I HAVE MADE NO LATE PAYMENTS AND 80% OF THE TIME I PAY MORE THAN MY PAYMENT..im going to go through the records, I am willing to wager, my loan was paid off months ago...

I absolutley enojyed my experience with Nationwide Acceptance LLC. I felt very satisfied with the outcome and I was helped to the best abiltiy. I definelty will be referring my friends and family to come here.

This Company has bad customer service, even the Managers are bad. I have had an auto loan with this company for over a year now. Someone called me today asking for personal information regarding my place of employment and home address, something that Nationwide should already have, it just didn't sound right to me, so I called them myself and spoke with a customer rep, she said she didn't know why they would be calling me and asking for something that they already had and not even discussing my account. I then asked to speak to a Manager, she transferred me to an Art [redacted], he came on the line claiming that he was the Vice President of the Company which I know is not true. When I asked him about the mysterious call, he became very RUDE and said that if I was that paranoid then I should call my phone company. I replied to him that I was just trying to verify that someone had called from Nationwide, and that I wasn't just giving information out to just anybody. He then said to me "Listen you seem like you're having a bad day and trying to take it out on me". I again told him that I was just concerned about someone calling claiming to be them. The call that came in had no call back number on my phone, which is why I called them to start with. He then became very irate and said " I don't know what to tell you about your phone. At that point I gave him my employment and home address AGAIN, even though I knew they already had it, after that I informed him that I was ending the call and to have a good day. There really needs to be something done about these people and their so called Managers. If you can help it, STAY AWAY, from this company.

I received an auto loan from this company over two years ago. Every month I recieved calls prior to the due date of the loan and if I was even one day past due they would call me, spouse, employer, friends, family and co-workers complaining about me being late, personal loan information and questioning them regarding private information and the information about the vehicle. I asked them numerous times to stop harassing my boss, family and friends, and stop questioning them. I had one more year left but couldn't handle the non-stop harassment day and night. I almost lost my job because of them too! I traded in the vehicle to end the loan and rid my life of their constant harassment AND to keep my job. The calls continued after notification of the trade in. Two weeks after the trade in they said they hadn't recieved the pay off check and would come and take the car from the dealer AND the new car I financed through another company. I told them that they couldn't do that and I would call the dealer. Then they said they could do what the [redacted] they wanted because it is their property and I don't deserve a car. I co-signed this loan for someone who had poor credit and was forced by the dealer to use them. Never EVER again! Do NOT do ANY business with them!

An associate of the business has forwarded me the letter that I needed. How do I close this complaint, although I still want it on record but it has been resolved?

I don't even have enough room to express my many unpleasant experience's I have had with this company as this place has the worst customer service I have ever had in my life!!!. From the broken phone system so I cannot even do auto pay so I can avoid these horrible phone reps I seem to always encounter down to the crappy managers I encounter. I've been hung up on by customer service today which is just unacceptable and put the icing on the cake for me and then when called back and had to speak to not one but TWO rude, impatient and uncaring managers who clearly didn't find any issues with me being hung up on and instead tried to avoid my complaint and only focus on the money aspect of my call. If I could reverse my loan I would but I would definitely NOT recommend going here for your loan you can certainly expect nothing but headaches and not having any of your concern taking seriously.

Working with Ester while getting my loan was the best, she was there for me every step of the way. She walked me through the process in such away that I wouldn't mind doing this again. I am pleased with her service during this whole process, she went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Thanks.....

I took a personal loan out through this company in April 2016. Unfortunately, I had some unexpected issues that hit me really hard and now I am behind in all of my bills, rent, car and now 2 months behind through Nationwide. The last 3 months for me has been a nightmare financially! So I finally spoke to a really nice rep yesterday, named Marrissa. I explained to her that I wasn't trying to avoid them but that I am just in a mess and I'm not sure what to do. She was very kind and gave me a few options to work with me. We agreed to 74.00 to secure the pmt but they needed my checking acct info. I didn't have it on me, but told her I would call back with it. I called this morning, and she wasn't in so I got Andy who is a acct manager I guess. I told Andy about the arrangement, but then he tells me they need 84.00 to secure pmt because I have a late fee added since yesterday. I told him I didn't have the extra 10.00. It's hard enough trying to come up with the 74.00! we went back an forth and he tells me that technically "Nationwide doesn't have to take the 84.00 but demand the whole amt, and it's only 10 bucks!" I couldn't believe that a professional was speaking to me like this. 10.00 isn't a lot of money, but it's a lot for me now as he had no idea what I went through just to get the 74.00! he was very rude, so I just got so flustered and hung up I just couldn't believe this. And I understand that it's my fault and my responsibility for this loan, but that doesn't give a "professional" a right to speak to a customer like that. I have worked in billing and collections before, and it isn't a easy job but that's just not how you speak to people especially if they are trying to pay. I am hopeful that I can get caught up with them before the end of the this month.

This company does not properly maintain their website and as a result it is not working properly more often than anything else. Therefore, you are not able to use that option to may payments as advertised. Then you could risk being late on a payment. they do not let you set up Autopay over the phone or online (if their site ever worked), but instead request you send your confidential bank information via mail, or personally drive out to Elgin or Rosemont to do it in person. They will take a payment over the phone during business hours, but charge you $11 to do so, even though it's their site that is not working properly. This company is garbage.

Ester was great and wonderful took no time at all and was fast and friendly .
She is very customer friendly person
