Review: Nationwide Environmental Services contacted our office and offered to send a free sample. We received the merchandise and we were then billed 130.26. We did not order the product. When collection calls began I explained that we had not ordered the product and that the salesperson told our office that they were sending a free sample, the person with Nationwide told me that I had to pay for the merchandise and that they had our office 'recorded' verifying the order. If my staff said yes while being recorded, the positive response was misrepresented. We did not order the merchandise.Desired Settlement: I do not want to pay for the merchandise that was sent, I do not want to pay to have it shipped back. I want written documentation that there is no charge and that we do not owe Nationwide Environmental Services a balance due. We were told it was was a free sample and it should be a free sample. I do not want Nationwide to continue to harrass me with collection calls. Once this is settled, I do not want Nationwide to ever contact this business again.

Review: Nationwide Environmental Services contacted our Wastewater Treatment Plant and offered a free sample of one of their products. After receiving the "free" sample, we received an invoice for the product.We called the company and complained

and tried to send it back , but they refused to take it back. On 2/**/14 we received a 50# bucket of Floating Lift Station Degreaser- that we did not order-or want-or need. The company was notified, and again they refused to take it back

We received an invoice from them a few days a go for over $600.00. $494.50 for the product; $63.11 for shipping; $50.00 for late charges. Again we 'DID NOT" order this product or "WANT IT" or "NEED IT"

We will not pay for something that we didnt need.Desired Settlement: To be able to send the product back and to be taken off of their Phone List or Mailing List. And to let other Municipalitys and companys know how Nationwide Environmental Services does business.

At no time was a free sample offered or even discussed. On 12/**/12 [redacted] ordered 110 lbs. of Floating Lift Station Degreaser from us. That was to come in (2) 5 gallon buckets holding 50lbs per bucket and a satellite pail that holds 10lbs. The first two containers were paid for using check numbers [redacted] and [redacted]. The third and final bucket has been past due for 167 days. Thats why late fees have been added onto the bill. I would be willing to work out a settlement to take care of this invoice, but I have not been contacted about this until receiving this " Revdex.com" email. We log in every correspondence that comes in regarding accounts, and at no time was there a complaint phoned in or emailed to us regarding this order. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

My name is [redacted], [redacted] for the Town of [redacted], and as my name was mentioned in the previous correspondence by Nationwide Environmental Services, I believe it necessary to respond personally, as authorized to do so by [redacted], [redacted], with whom all previous correspondence was addressed. I vehemently deny any and all "purchase" of the products, currently totaling 3 shipments, sent by Nationwide Environmental Services. It is not our practice here, nor has it ever been, to make purchases from unsolicited phone calls. I only agreed to accept any "free samples" of a Floating Lift Station Degreaser after the sales persons sales pitch was turned down. As I stated to him, and any other sales persons that call our plant, we are a very small facility and do not use products of that nature often enough to warrant the purchase of such. We quickly dismiss the general sales pitches of the variety of companies looking to sell their products to us, as we just do not have the need for most of these products, nor do we have to time to entertain every sales pitch that rings our phones. The first shipments arrival was believed to be the aforementioned "free sample" and it has not been used still to this date. Our office got a bill for this shipment that I, nor anyone at this facility had any knowledge of, and it was paid. Another shipment of a larger quantity arrived here within a month or so, and with it a much larger bill. Once again, this was paid by our office, assuming that the product had again been "purchased" or even "ordered", which of course, it was NOT! Shortly thereafter, yet another, the third shipment of this same product arrived, we however caught this one before it was paid for. We simply wish to return each of these products, all of which are unopened and unused, as we had no need for them! We would like to return these, at the expense of Nationwide Environmental Services, as we dispute this "purchase". We would like reimbursement for the products returned, all 3 of them, as they are still in "new" condition, and would like to have no further contact, association, or correspondence with this company, Nationwide Environmental Services, in the future. Our purchases have, and will continue, to go through reputable companies that we have dealt with locally and personally. I am extremely displeased that Nationwide Environmental Services chose to pass this off as a legitimate business deal. This claim may be further discussed with myself, and/or my [redacted], Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm daily. Thank you for your assistance in getting this matter resolved.

Review: Sales man called saying he wanted to give us samples, we said no over and over and he said he would drop off a sample and call us in a few weeks to see what we thought. We told him we did not want samples and werent interested.

He dropped them off anyway and said enjoy. Then months later sent an invoice and now harrases us for payment., We asked for this person to come pick up his product he refsed and told us to go [redacted] ourselves and continues to be harrassing in a threatening manner.Desired Settlement: Pick up product and lose our information

Review: Product was delivered and invoiced without my authorization. I called the company to speak to a representative and was told they were all busy and someone would return my call, which never happened. I was also told that I would be sent to collection agency for non-payment. this is a product I never ordered. They were unable to tell me who took the order and when it was placed.Desired Settlement: I would like to see the invoice erased, with no threat of collection agencies and no further contact from this company.

Review: Received call from "Nationwide Environmental Services" [redacted] Phone [redacted] few weeks ago - gentleman said represented company specializing in product to take care of clogged city pipes from grease or roots - wanted town to try it -said 1 pound treated 100 ft pipe 9-12 mos - told him I would be willing to try sample - asked for MSDS sheet - on7/*/2013 receive large bucket from company - has not been opened or used - received bill from company for $130.26 on 7/*/2013 - called & talked with [redacted] - told him I did NOT order product - he says price quoted & I accepted shipment - told him I had not done so & had no authority to do so- he refuses to take product back - threatens collection on me & town of [redacted] in Shelby County - I am a trustee for incorporated Town of [redacted]Desired Settlement: Do not want container of produce - will ship back but won't pay for it - did NOT order -
