In our previous response I mention to you that the drill will be shipped to you. The mover said that this was unintentional and the reason why we not shipped yours back is because he was waiting for his drill. We will make sure that you get your equipment back. The furniture damage was not caused by our movers, we loaded a pod for the customer from there it was loaded by several other parties to pods warehouse, with forklifts and shipped most likely by freight truck or flatbed to her destination and unloaded by other parties. We will not take responsibility for damages that we did not cause.

Thank you for acknowledging the "huge stain."  Now we are at least getting somewhere.  The plastic was undamaged.  Which means the stain was there BEFORE it was wrapped.  Therefore, only your employees could answer the question regarding how the stain got there.  They (and by extension, you) have not been forthcoming about how that happened.  But at least you are acknowledging the basis of our knowledge that your company is responsible for the damage.
It looks like your employees dropped it on asphalt or rubbed it against a tire and then wrapped over the damage.  There is no other explanation.

[redacted] filed a damaged claim with Nationwide Movers for damages cause to her furniture. We send an acknowledgement letter and also a denial letter. The grounds for denial is that we did not perform the move, all we did for her was to load for her. We...

provided labor and loaded the household goods to her instructions. The movers took her drill and she took theirs by mistake. She send the drill back on the [redacted] vial fedex delivery. 
Her drill is being returned since the movers has his now. 
 
We will make sure she has her drill no later that [redacted] or we will issue a check for the full amount to replace the drill.
 
If she is not happy with the movers I am also willing to collect the $[redacted] back from them and issue her a check for that amount right away. Her claim will continue to be denied due to the fact that we only loaded the containers we did not perform the move.
