I feel confident that I am getting a quality product from this company, and my supplements have always arrived extremely well-packaged and on time. I recommend them.

I was thinking of ordering an expensive product from their website. So I clicked on the "new customer" 10 percent coupon link and entered my email. I immediately received the emailed coupon code which was obscene. See photo below. Think I will choose another online retailer, lol.

The company charged my cc in 7/19 and shipped same day today is 7/28 no package they used every excuse they could find but we’re not willing to overnight another package as they claim they can only ship ground and added a lame excuse as I get overnight deliveries all the time
They also claim it will take 5 days to refund my money that took them 5 seconds to take
I will never do business with this company again as there are the same quality vitamins available elsewhere

Extremely confusing rating system on this website! I see all kinds of positive reviews here with a 1-star.

I don't usually write reviews, but wow I am so impressed by this company. I was afraid to order from them because I had never heard of them, but the product I was looking for was out of stock every where else I looked. Their prices were cheaper than any of the other sites, and shipping was free. The reviews looked good so I gave it a shot.

Delivery was very fast. The product is exactly what I ordered, and was packaged very well. I am so impressed and plan to switch to Natural Health Concepts for the other health related products that I buy.

Review: I placed an order on the 27th November for supplements to be shipped to the UAE. I was given a number which allowed me to track my package. On the 12th of December I found that my package was in Italy and not heading for Dubai. I waited for another 2 weeks and then on the 30th December called/emailed nhc and unfortunately the response I got was this

Natural Healthy Concepts has been the best find on the Web! Their prices are the most competitive I've found; shipping is free; selection is outstanding! The delivery time is always less than estimated. I had a delay with an order recently, but could see from the tracking information that the delay was here in my town. I called NHC to see if they could check at their end - they responded immediately by email and even called my local post office to determine the delay! Their customer service is a pleasant bonus!

When doing an online search for products I needed I found Natural Healthy Concepts. They had the best prices, customer service followed through on their promises, my items arrived quickly and well packaged. I ordered from them because of their prices and Revdex.com rating. However, there was a problem with the product they shipped me. They promptly shipped me replacements and gave me a prepaid shipping label to return the original shipment. First class service and lowest prices. Can't ask for any more!

I've placed two orders via Amazon, chose regular shipping, and received my merchandise within 2 days. Companies like this--that understand the true meaning of customer service--are hard to find. I recently discovered NHC and was impressed with huge product selection and free shipping. I returned two items and was very surprised by two things regarding the return. 1) the speed of it and 2) the emails acknowledging the returns.

Review: My experience was very similar to the negative complaint of 9/24/12. I ordered from NaturalyHealthyConcepts.com - one of the items was a homeopathic formula from Dr. King's Natural Medicine for Migraine Relief cost of $12.40 plus shipping. Two other items were ordered at the same time for a total of $62.16. I found Dr. King's formula to be totally ineffective. Other homeopathic remedies I have work much better. I called Natural Healthy Concepts and spoke to a [redacted] about returning the item for a refund and requesting a return authorization shipping label to do so. I was told as the previous complaint that not only did I have to pay the return postage but that they would charge me a restocking fee. After a little back and forth they agreed to waive the re-stocking fee but would issue a refund. I asked for this in writing. The email received offered a refund in the form of a store credit. I had already explained that I order regularly from many other supplement companies that all offer 100% satisfaction guarantee and return policy. I have never experienced a supplement company that did not. I told them that I was not happy with their service and store policy and I would not be returning to order from them again. This company is very unprofessional in the health care field and I would strongly suggest avoiding them completely. If you experience a problem with an order don't count on this company helping you. I called the mfg.,Dr. King's Natural Medicine and they are working on finding me a more effective product. I am awaiting their reply as to what they might do but in the brief conversaton I had I received far better customer service and an intelligent workaround than from Natural Healthy Concepts. Overall the Natural Healthy Concepts experience was not pleasant and I would not recommend them.Desired Settlement: I would have hoped to have received either a full refund credit and a return authorization shipping label. The suggetion by Dr. King's of an alternative formulation to try is also a very nice workaround I would consider.

We are sorry this customer found our policies listed on our website to be unsatisfactory.Our records indicate that this customer did not pay for shipping to receive the product. We offer free shipping within the US, and this customer did take advantage of our free shipping offer.

Our website return policy states we offer store credit on opened items and a full refund on unopened items within 60 days of purchase. It also states that we charge a $5.95 Return Handling fee. Our Customer Service Representative stood behind our policy in regards to the credit and refund. Our Return Handling Fee of $5.95 was immediately waived, since he did keep the other 2 items in his order. This fee is also waived whenever a customer does not utilize the free shipping option, which mirrors the policy of Lucky Vitamins.

We verified with the manufacturer, King Bio, and their policy is a 30 day return policy where the customer must return the item to them at the customer’s expense. King Bio charges a 15% restocking fee. Swanson Vitamins states that they will issue a refund and the postage cost, however the customer does pay a $4.99 initially shipping fee to receive the order.

We choose to ship any order in the US for free so that every customer receives that benefit. A free return on the back-end only benefits the customers returning an item. Again, we are sorry to hear this customer does not like our stated policies and would like to note that the estimated charge for this customer to return the item to us is approximately $2.75 shipped First Class Mail.

I am a first time buyer with NHC & won't be my last. The customer service is at the top of the list of many webstores I have encountered. My package arrived FAST,packaged intricately securely, all in plastic bags to definitely save them from harm. I had a real concern about my lip balm melting & oozing to liquid while in transit . Two diff care people assured me I had nothing to be concerned about & they were right. Everything I ordered arrived in great condition even though it has been really warm here in MI lately. Would definitely refer anyone that wants great deals & the best customer service to NHC. So glad I found them ! Thank you!

I'm so pleased with my Natural Healthy Concepts experience, from the availability of the product I was looking for, to the price of the product (less expensive than anywhere else I could find it), to the fast and free shipping. I was a little disappointed when my usual supplier discontinued the supplement I wanted, but Natural Healthy Concepts not only carried the product I was looking for, noted it had been discontinued recently, and even offered related products I could try instead, taking the confusion out of finding what I wanted. I'll definitely order again.
