I instantly reported the problem and was given instructions of what was required from me so I could receive a replacement bottle at no charge. Within a week I received the replacement as promised. To me that is always a real test as to how credible a company operates.

The customer service and speed and accuracy receiving my orders, without paying any shipping, is the best I've ever encountered. If you have a need to call their customer service number, you get a real person, not a machine telling you to push this number, push that number. I placed an order on a Saturday morning at it arrived, packaged well, on Monday afternoon. Highly recommend this company and their prices are great.

I located this company on the internet while shopping for a specific, health related product. Ordered on-line late in the day of 11/26 and received it on the 30th. Compared to others their price for the product was cheaper than anyone else and included free USPS shipping.
