[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]How is it no new information when I confirmed with the manufacturer that no changes to the design have been made Rock Auto didn't even attempt to confirm with the manufacturer that this was the case, I had to do it on my own! Not to mention the picture on the Rock Auto website as well as Summit Racing, and several others showed the same picture of the part having a zerk fitting Bottom line is Rock Auto is dishonorable and a cheat! They only want the consumers' money and will not honor anything beyond that!!! I attached the last email I received from ***, even though I already sent it to Rock Auto directly!!!

We are sorry MrM*** did not receive his packages when he hoped! He ordered Wednesday evening, 9/7, and chose Ground shippingWe shipped his parts the following morning, Thursday 9/8, and showed "You should receive by Tuesday, September 13, 2016" in his shopping cart and shipment confirmation
When FedEx attempted early delivery on Saturday 9/10, they were unable to locate his addressMrM*** provided FedEx with additional delivery information and they said they would be able to deliver the p***ages on MondayFedEx Ground typically only delivers to residential addresses Tuesday through Saturday, so this was an exception to their delivery policiesMrM*** chose instead to pick up the packages.Since he received his parts before the estimated delivery date and within the business days allowed for Ground shipping, no shipping refund was owed, but as a courtesy for the inconvenience, we offered store credit for the full cost of shippingMrM*** agreed to this offerWe will not issue a refund to his debit card.If MrM*** would like to order from RockAuto in the future, his store credit can be used for anything in our catalog and is valid until September 20,

Mr*** reported that the fuel pumps he received were defective, so we provided return instructions and pre-paid return shipping labelsMr*** effectively received free return shipping for the fuel pump strainer on both orders by including them in his return box, though there were no
problems with these new, unused partsAs our Help page explains, every part we sell may be returned within days for a refund of the part price but shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our mistakeDue to the items shipping together, outbound shipping costs were combinedWe included the incremental increase of shipping the pump and strainer together, in the refund, because shipping the faulty fuel pumps was our mistakeThe customer choosing to return new, undamaged fuel pump strainers was not, so the cost to ship just the strainer was not included

We provided Mr*** return instructions (attached) to send back his faulty part so we can ship his warranty replacementOnce we see that the faulty part is in transit to us, we will process the reshipment

Mr*** set up a core return on April 21, 2016, using our Order Status & Returns page onlineWe received his part on April 25, and issued his core refund of $on April 27, He contacted us on April 28, to explain that he made a mistake when setting up the return and it
should have been set up as a warranty (faulty new part), not a core (old part)We explained that his return had been processed and already returned to the manufacturer for rebuilding on April 27, We are only receiving core credit from the manufacturer, so we cannot issue Mr*** anything additional to his core refund

We do not know why the clamps Mr*** received are not as advertisedWe asked him to report the problem on our Order Status & Returns page so we could gather facts to determine the problemWhile it's possible Walker has changed the design of the part and our current advertisement is out of date, it is more likely that he simply did not receive the parts we (and Walker) intended for him to receive (hundreds of customers have ordered these same clamps on the last month and no one else as reported a similar problem)Since Mr*** is unwilling to report his problem so we can determine what caused it and offer a solution, we have nothing further to say to him

Item was only removed from packaging when I noticed it was the wrong sizeI clicked on the wrong option and was giving no way to change itEven if it was installed they are wiper blades they litterely click in and outNo wear and tear involved when installingRock auto has the wrong sizes listed and their website and should be held accountable for returning theseWith all these complaints how does rock auto still have an a+ rating? They litterely have customer serviceLook at all the negative reviews of them screwing people over

On 10/19/17, Mr *** ordered four ÜRO PARTS brand control arm
bushings, part numbers and 9465971, and two FLENNOR brand ball
joints, part number FL817D
On 11/24/17, Mr*** visited our Order Status and Returns page to
arrange a return for the control arm bushings he ordered
First, he
arranged a return for ÜRO PARTS 8630604, indicating that this part
suffered from a manufacturing defectWe issued a full refund for these
bushings, and shipping, the same dayNext, Mr*** arranged a return
for ÜRO PARTS 9465971, indicating he did not want these bushingsWe
provided return instructions and a discounted shipping label for his
return
When he generated his return shipping label, we showed Mr*** the
cost of return shipping, and he agreed to have this cost deducted from
his refund (see the example below):
He returned the bushings, and as he requested, we issued a store credit
refund for their price, on 12/As our Help page explains, shipping
costs are not refundable unless the return is due to our mistake

On 12/18, Mr*** initiated a warranty claim on our Order Status and
Returns page for the ball joints he orderedHe did not finish filling
out the claim form onlineWe are sorry if he is having an issue with
his ball jointsHe is welcome to complete this process on our website
if one of these parts suffers from a warranty defectWe do not offer
customer service by phoneHowever, as our Warranties page explains,
warranties cover replacement only

Mr*** was refunded appropriately for the bushings on his orderTwo
of them were defective, and we refunded his shipping costs for these
parts in accordance with our return policyThe other two bushings were
simply unwanted, and we offer no refund of shipping costs for these
bushings

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.As I already said, I tried to get the matching parts for the shocks (from O’reilly) but they didn’t fit the struts I looked over several other websites and they didn’t have it either So how ca Rockauto day that I didn’t want to buy matching parts from other sources!?Rockauto should refund the return shipping since they do not have matching parts nor I couldn’t find them anywhere else As matter of fact, Rockauto should not even sell these shocks (for AFWD) if they do not have the matching parts Nobody is so ignorant that would change just shocks w/o matching parts

On 3/21, Mr*** sent us an email to dispute the resolution he received when he reported a problem with the rotors he ordered on our Order Status & Returns page (we denied his return request)Our representative confirmed that our catalog was incorrect (the manufacturer, Power Stop,
neglected to note that the front rotors of a Honda Civic LX are different depending on whether or not the vehicle has disc or drum brakes)We corrected our catalog and provided Mr*** with return instructions and a prepaid FedEx return shipping labelHe received his full refund on 3/

They said I would have my refund no later then today last month.This is the longest I have ever had to wait for a refund it's actually getting absurd at this point

freight carrierMr*** received an Order Confirmation (attached) upon purchasing the bumper instructing him to unwrap and inspect all parts before accepting the shipmentThe Bill of Lading he signed reminds the customer to check for damage before receiving the productWe are sorry if Mr*** did not feel he had enough time to perform the necessary checks, but he released liability for damage by signing the shipping document

On 5/27, Ms*** went to our Order Status & Returns page to report that she ordered the wrong partsWe authorized her returnWe are not sure why she chose to obtain a shipping quote from UPSIf she clicks "Get A Return Shipping Label From Us" on the Order Status & Returns page, she can
generate a prepaid FedEx return label, the cost of which will be deducted from her refund ($17.05)

The bumper cover wasn't ready for preparations. It was uneven surface & rough all over. We understood that ready for preparations was light sand & prime & paint. This was going to take many hours to prep for paint. This is not the quality we bought

*** ***dear,Revdex.com there is no way they could have mistaken it for a warranty part that is a complete and total lie she knew the situation exactly what the situation was I was very clear when I said that they had sent me the wrong part and I wanted a refundThis is just a way for them to keep my money while sending me the parts for the wrong vehicleI was very very clear with the first representative she knew it was not a warranty part that’s a lieI would like to have the audio from that day reviewed so we can clear the air on who said or did whatI will take legal action against rock auto over dollarsI am not just going to mark it up as a loss because I did not order the wrong parts I ordered the correct parts they sent me the wrong onesOnce again I want to review the audio because when I talked to the manager he told me I was stuck with it he didn’t even give me the option to send it back for the right partsHe plainly said that I shouldn’t have installed them on the car and he hung up on me
