I signed up for a free trial of a skin cream with a one time charge of $4.95. I was enrolled in a monthly product renewal which wasn't openly disclose
I have been charged $79.96 monthly under different company names including Health Adjust and Health Align out of Utah. The phone # 844-388-7103 is not the # on my original confirmation receipt emailed to me at the time of the original order. That number is 1-855-497-9325. When I called that number I was told I had agreed to a trial period of purchasing Emollient Skin cream and had to contact the company to cancel the subscription. When I questioned where that information was, I was told it was on the website. The website was not on my confirmation email receipt nor on or inside the package the product comes in. I had to get it from the customer service person who answered the phone. She had to put me on hold to get it. When I asked the name of the company I was told Healthy Supply. This is not related to the website name of Shopskinpros.com. They will not refund $ for the unopened packages I wish to return. I can return the most recent pkg. for a $15 restocking fee and I pay the shipping. When I asked to speak with a supervisor there was none in the building. They will send my complaint and the supervisor will contact me. I asked for an email or # to call myself and was told they use personal email and can't give it out. This is quite the scam. This company should not be allowed to continue these practices.

Desired Outcome

This company should not be allowed to continue to advertise aa free trial and then charge customers with out their knowledge. The required trial with payments should be clearly advertised, the website clearly posted, the company name clearly stated and the billing agent clearly stated and consistent.

The company does not advertise clearly that credit card will be charged in 14-days. Packaging does not include contact info. Repeat unwanted orders.
I (according to the company) clicked on a link online for a free trial of eye cream and face cream for $4.95 shipping each on 2/17/19. I did not cancel the order, as there was no contact info available. I never received any email order confirmation, which they later insisted that they sent. They said that I mistyped my email, but did not reach out any other way (mail or phone) to try and let me know. This order coincided with a very similar product that stopped coming just as this started, so I did not recognize the order as new, but thought it was the other order with new packaging (an order that cost $19.95). I did not see the charges on my credit card, as I paid the bill with auto-pay. It was not until I had been charged 3 times, at $79.96 and 3 times at 79.69 that I discovered the charges and learned that this was a different company than the first. They did agree to refund half of the last order, but I want to return the unopened products for a full refund. They will not do so. I accept my own failure to check my credit card statement more closely, but feel it is dishonest not to include contact info in the packaging and not to reach out when emails bounce back. I was refunded $39.98 and $39.84 for a total of $79.82. I am out a further $399.13 that I do not believe I am liable for. As stated, I would be happy to return this unopened product in exchange for a full refund. My initial charge was $4.95 for the trial, times two, once for the eye cream and once for the face cream. This was charged on my Discover card on 2/17/2019 to a company called Transfigure Your Health. When I spoke on the phone on 5/20/2019 to first Kristin and then LaTonya, I was told that the company was Emollient Skin. I was charged $79.96 and $79.69 on 3/3/2019 and 3/4/2019. This was repeated on 4/2/2019 and 4/3/2019 and 5/2/2019 and 5/3/2019.

Desired Outcome

I am seeking a full refund of $399.13, which are the charges for the two products, three times each, minus the partial refund for one of each that I received on 5/20/2019. Again, I am happy to return all of this product in unopened/new condition.

Emollient Skin trial products charge of $4.95 each, ongoing monthly charges of $79+ each were not specified
On 2/14/2019 I ordered a trial sample of Emollient Skin Revitalizing Moisturizer (1 oz) and Emollient SKin Eye Revitalizer (0.5 oz), each at a cost of $4.95. These charges appeared on my February credit card statement (Citicards), received on 2/26/2019. The next month on my credit card statement, received on 3/26/2019, new charges of $79.96 and $79.69 appeared. I called Emollient Skin Customer Service, and they said the online trial advertising indicated there would be monthly charges ... which I never saw. Also, this was not indicated in any of the email communications from them. I canceled the ongoing monthly charges at that point and requested a refund, which they denied. So then I filed a complaint with my credit card company, but they were unable to refund the two $79+ charges. Today I called the Emollient Skin Customer Service again, and they said because I didn't request cancellation within 30 days (which would have been 3/16/2019), I could not get a refund. I asked what product(s) I was entitled to since I made one set of monthly payments and they told me nothing ... that was the cost of receiving the two trial products (advertised at $4.95 each!)

Desired Outcome

Reversal/Refund of the $79.96 and $79.69 charges which originally appeared on my March statement. Citicards reversed them on my April statement, but they notified me by letter (5/8/2019) that they couldn't obtain a credit from the merchant, so the charges will appear again on my statement within the next two billing periods.

Per my credit card company (Citicards), I was still charged the $79.96 cost, but the $79.69 cost was dismissed, and I was able to get a credit for that amount on my credit card. My credit card company has RESOLVED the disputes I opened for each of the above charges.

I never ordered product from this company, They said they have an order from me and sent to my address but I never got anything or I would have return
I processed a claim through my bank, but the bank declined it told me I had to call the company that processed the order to cancel it or they could and would continue to charge my card for something I never ordered never received. I called them they tried to see me on more product that I never ordered and never received , told me I would have to take it up with the USPS. After 10 minutes of them trying to sell me on the product I never ordered never received the finally canceled my account with them, I did not know I had an account with them either. My card was charged for two products I have never herd of, premnutritionforskolin and naturalketoslimfitness and found it is the same company because they have the same customer service number 866-930-9811. From doing some online searching I found them here . I am going to file a complain with the FTC as well, from looking at the complaints on this company why would anyone order anything from them. I do all my orders on Amazon. I would never order something from a company that has a bad repetition as this one has. All people thinking of doing business with this company should look at the reviews and not do anything with them. Do it with a company you know like Amazon.

They wont give me any they tell me to call ups and work it out with them. I never ordered the product and did not receive anything from them. If I had I would have sent back because I never ordered it.

Free trial. Charged full price. Wrong product. No refunds. Multiple addresses.
I ordered a free trial only. Never agreed to autoship. The still charged me 70 bucks, and never informed me. They refuse to give me a refund. I tried looking the company up on the internet and email. There is no such company I can find. They use multiple addresses. The package says Florida, but the bottle says Mississippi. They are scamming a lot of people.

Ordered a free sample for only the price of shipping and handling and then they continued to unknowingly charge my credit card each month
I ordered a free sample of Emollient Skin cream for only the price on shipping and handling which was 4.95 on 2/13/19. My confirmation # for the order was XXXXXXX. They did not tell me that free sample signed me up for a subscription and if I didn't cancel within 14 days they would bill my credit card $79.96 each month until I canceled. The first month I had no clue. They billed my credit card on 2/28/19 for 79.96. The second month I got a call from my credit card company on 3/28/19. This company was charging me another 79.96. I immediately called the company to cancel.a woman named Lajuanna told me the second month product had already shipped and therefore I would be charged. She said if I wanted to pay $15 to return the product they could refund me 50% of my money. I was home when the package came and therefore told the delivery person I was refusing this package. I called the company back on 4/18/19 after not seeing any refund on my credit card. Jayda informed me that they would not issue me a refund because I did not accept the delivery of their package. If you go on facebook and search emollient Skin you will find hundreds of customers with the same complaint. I paid $159.92 in charges I did not agree to. This company is very deceitful in making you think you are getting a sample of their product to try when in actuality they are signing you up for a subscription without your knowledge.

I would like a refund issues to my credit card in the amount of $159.92 for the charges that I did not agree.

I do not accept this response from the business because I called my credit card this evening and the amount refunded is only for the 79.96 that I was charged on March 30. I have not yet received a refund for the amount of 79.96 which I was charged in February. I will not be satisfied with the company's response until I am issued a full refund. Only paying half the amount is not acceptable because these charges were put on my credit card without my knowledge or permission. Thank you!

I do not accept the response from the business. After speaking with my credit card company on May 8 they informed me that the company has not responded to either charge for reimbursement. My credit card company has contacted this company in writing and they have not responded. The chargeback information that they provided to the Revdex.com Is false. This company has not made any charge back to my credit card as of May 8. They have falsified the information that they provided you with. I will not accept resolution to this matter until all charges are completely resolved. I think this company needs to be investigated. Is there no penalty for providing false information to the Revdex.com?

free trial turned to recurrent payment without my knowledge
IN February 2019, I agreed to try a skin product for $4.95. NO WHERE did it state that I would be paying a monthly fee of $79 a month. IT was not in print anywhere. I just received another jar of cream and thought, "how odd." There is no company name attached and the phone number wasn't legit. I called my bank after I noticed that there was a random recurring payment because I have not authorized that. The bank was able to give me a phone number to call. The bank also told me to get a return address so that I could return the unopened package in original packaging back to the company for a refund. When talking with the customer rep on the phone, I said I wanted to stop the recurring payments. I want it cancelled. I said that I didn't agree to this and he told me that when I signed up for the trial, that was when they had proof that I agreed to all of it. I said, well, I'd like a return address so that I can return this unopened product for a refund and he told me I cannot do that! I then told him what the bank told me, and he said as fast as he possibly could get the words out of his mount, that I could go ahead and get a half refund but that is it if I agree right then. I said I wanted email confirmation for all of this. He told me he couldn't send me an email! I figured out that I'd get an automatic generated email. So, I just received the email saying that my order is cancelled. It does not state that I will get a refund. I will wait 5 business days and then I am sending this product back for a full refund. I will send it to the address above, as that was the return address on the unmarked package. I had to do serious "digging" to figure out how to get into contact with them. They are not trustworthy or transparent.When I called them, by the way, they answer with "customer support." When I asked them the name of their company, they responded with - it depends on what you are calling about. This is atrocious.

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund of two monthly payments. I would like for this company, if remaining in business, to make their business transparent for other customers. If nothing can be done, I would like for it to be public in the Revdex.com that they have a complaint against them so that if anyone does research, they can be forwarned.

Desired Outcome

This company offers a 'free' trial where you only pay shipping and then place fine print so far down that no one knows they will charge $79 if not cancelled within 14 days of receiving the product and then an addition $79 each subsequent month. The fine print is not included on the email/shipping confirmation and they do not send any email when charging your account monthly or when they ship you additional product. When I called they refused to refund until I continued to keep pressing the issue and ask to speak to a supervisor multiple times. I was finally able to get a partial refund after a long time of going back and forth. This company knows they are shady because their entire Facebook page is nothing but upset customers that were also taking by their scam.

Deceptive sales practice where you purchase a discounted trial of a product then you are charged full price and signed up for a monthly membership.
On 2/4/19 I purchased 2 discounted trial products, Emollient Skin Revitalizing Moisturizer and Emollient Skin Ageless Eye Revitalizer. I do not have the original website information, but there was nothing on the website about needing to call in before 14 days in order NOT to be charged for the full price of the product and enrolled in a monthly subscription. I did not notice the first charges on my credit card on 2/18/19 for the full amounts, then I received another shipment today 3/23/19 of the 2 products at full price. I received no notifications about the program or the new shipments being billed to my credit card. When I called the company to find out why I received the products they quickly offered to credit me 50% for both both shipments and gave me a website that explained the terms. This website is NOT the original website I placed the trial order from. This is obviously a scam since I can no longer find the original website where I placed the order.

When I look on my credit card statement I realized that the billing name changes with every charge:

Desired Outcome

I don't fully understand what they are saying. I think the point they are trying to make is that since I accepted a partial refund they can't do anything else. This is part of the scam they are perpetrating. They were very quick to offer me the partial refund, then threatened not to give it to me when I said I just wanted to return the products. They are charging more than 260% for the product (I found the exact same product that I was supposed to get as a FREE trial on Amazon for $30 and they are charging $79.96.) Even with the partial refund that they gave me they are still making a large profit on items that were never meant to be purchased in the first place. This is a total scam because the website where I signed up for the free trial was NOT the website customer service referred me to stating the terms of the trial (which by the way, the representative would not email to me but gave to me verbally). I attached 3 images: the one where the free trial is redeemed and the billing page that you are directed to after putting you information in for the trial; neither page says anything about a 14 day period before getting charged.The other website is the one that the customer service person gave me to explain the terms of the agreement.

I have contacted my credit card company and protested the charges. I explained to them that I was given a partial refund, but I want the full amount refunded.

I have ccommunicated with my bank 3 different times. They have filed two disputes with this company. Neither one of the disputes was accepted by this company. The latest disputes : I did NOT receive the product. I realize the product showed that it was delivered. However I live in a mobile home park where there are 200 mailboxes in one room. I believe that someone else received my product. Therefore I am requesting a full refund for a product I did not receive.

This company advertises a free trial of their emollient skin cream and in fine print tricks you into a membership.
When you select the free trial and pay for shipping and then don't contact them they bill you $80 for a sample size they sent you under the assumption you already paid for that and then say you have an account with them. This is all in fine print somewhere so they say. False advertising. Trickery. Horrible business practice. Even after returning the product I will be out $10 restocking charge and postage to send it back.

Desired Outcome

I want this company to be reported for their rating to decline and for my money to be fully refunded.

Unclear advertising
I purchased a trial of moisturizer. There was no confirmation page giving you the opportunity to change your mind after you put in you credit info. It just automatically charged! Also, nowhere-online or with the paper work with in the packaging did it say that within 14 days I would be charged $79.95 if I didn't cancel. I spent nearly 2 hrs with customer service refusing to give a full refund.

the terms of their products trial period were almost impossible to find on the website.
I called 1 day after the 14 day trail period ended which I still have not found on their website. I have double checked my information and can not locate their high risk terms. I called customer service to cancel my subscription and was on hold for over 30 mins. Called back again to ask for my refund and was told I would not receive the refund. I was not given the option to return the product that was not used. I asked for a manager/supervisor and was advised that they would tell me the same thing and then proceeded to put me on hold until I hung up. I was on hold for over an hour with no one even attempting to listen to find a resolution to my issue.

Dear Sir/Madame,

I received the following solicitation from what appeared to be an Amazon affiliate
organization on January 31, 2019.

When I completed the survey, I was redirected to another page that provided me with
a number of award choices. Both my wife and myself are senior citizens suffering from
the pains of aging and as such, decided to opt for the CBD Oil(c) Stress Formula.

Fast forward to February 14, 2019 when I logged into my bank account and learned that
$79.96 had been charged to my debit card by NaturalHealthySerumCar 844-534-8103 UT.

I immediately contacted my bank then contacted the company (unnamed) @ 855.209.7808
and was told that the charge was for a monthly renewal of the CBD product. This entire
email solicitation was apparently a scam right from the get go.

Bottom line is this. Wire fraud and criminal acts against the elderly are felonies and, hopefully,
Amazon is not a willing participant in the commission of these crimes.

As a result of this debacle, we were forced to cancel our debit card and endure the anxiety of
being victimized by this company.

Please review and advise.

This company is clearly guilty of wire fraud and committing financial fraud against senior citizens and should be prosecuted for said criminal activity.

I have received no response from the company

I ordered a trial for 2 products for eye & face. Two wks later I was charged 79.69 & 79.96 on my debit. I did not see terms & conditions.
After receiving these products, 2 wks later I noticed 2 charges on my debit account. When I called they told me I had a 2 wk trial and after that I was going to be charged every month.
The charge was 79.69 for eye creme & 79.96 for face creme. I explained that I did not see any terms & conditions to click on they insisted it was there. I asked for a refund they finally agreed to reduce the amounts to half price.
Which they did, however they need to make the terms & conditions noticeable so consumers can see them. The products were small and not worth what I was charged at all.

I would like a full refund not half.
