I purchased Emollient Skin Revitalizing Moisturizer on December 19, 2018 for $4.95. I received an order #XXXXXXX confirmation email. I received a shipment notification email on December 20, 2018. Neither email mention a balance, a future payment date or a subscription. I checked the account used for this purchase on February 5, 2019 and noticed a transaction for Healthy Future Source in the amount of $79.96 that went through on February 2, 2019. I had no idea what it was for. I searched back through the account history and found the same transaction also went through on January 3, 2019. I immediately began researching online and could not find anything that identified what this name was for. On February 6, 2019 a shipment of the same cream was delivered in the mail. This is how I figured out that it must be some kind of recurring order for the product I ordered in December for only $4.95 The shipment had an address for 13266 Byrd Dr, Suite 573, Odessa, Fl 33556. I searched this address on the internet and it pulled up the Revdex.com site and I saw there were multiple complaints and that the Revdex.com had already reached out and had not received a response yet either.

Desired Outcome

I would like to have no future debits made and no future product sent. I will accept the 2 charges I have as apparently I signed up for them somehow. I would also like the company to be reprimanded in some way for their business practice as currently the way they present their product on websites does not state does not clearly state what people are agreeing to. A customer should have to sign off by multiple deliberate steps that they want to subscribe for a recurring order and agree to the amount. I don't recall ever seeing the $79.96 amount for even a single purchase much less a recurring charge. I would not have spent this amount for this product. I thought I was ordering one bottle for $4.95. I do not want others to be tricked either. I have not returned the 2nd shipment as it just arrived, but it sounds like from other complaints it does not matter if you return the product, they still deny a refund.

To Whom It May Concern:

I'm reporting this business for the wrong advertisement that cost me more money than I was expected!
The ad stated free sample only pay for shipping which is $4.99, if the subscription wasn't canceled in 14 days I will be charged full price. While ordering I was offered other product line to use which I agreed on couple, but the ad kept on going suggesting more and more product line. I clicked out of it.
Long story short, I ordered 3 products which brings my total to over $65. I canceled the subscription right after I ordered. Couple weeks later my credit card was charged $79 in two days in a role!! Which brings total for the subscription to $158 + $69 Purchase = $227. I called the credit card service to find where the charge came from, they were familiar with this shady company's way of scamming!
The company is shady, it's a big scam, they list themselves as NaturalHealthBodyCare, which is hardly found online. I called the number and the customer service was horrible and very rude, they claimed I've never canceled the subscription, therefor they can't refund the money charged!! I was so angry because I remember I did cancel it, but he confusion with suggesting other products while paying didn't realize that they tricked me into other subscriptions!! The lady I spoke with on customer service (Christina) was super rude, after telling them I'd report the business to Revdex.com if the money isn't refunded back. Supposedly she spoke with her manager and they agreed to refund me 50% back, if I return the product on my own expenses and the money return would be , $39 + $34 = $73. I don't know how $73 is 50% of $227 plus they want the product back and pay for the shipment. So I'll end up with over $150 in loss for no reason.

This product is the biggest scam of all, every one be careful, and it's not good at all. I used it couple times and regular lotion from drug store do more work than this ***. DON'T FALL INTO THEIR SCAM

Refund 1) full refund for the subscription charged 2) If the product returned, I will get 50% of the charges on the product plus shipping fees 3) I keep the product and call it a day even I don't like it, still they have to return the money stolen through scamming subscription

We have gone ahead issued the remainder of the refunds totalling in the amount of $84.69. Please allow 5-10 Business days for that to post in his account.
