Y'all took $89.97 off by debit card on XX-XX-XXXX at 1:40 pm that I did not agree and y'all drawed the same amount off at 3:54 that same day.
Yes on May 1, 2020 year with Drew $98.97 at 1:40 pm And again at 3:54 PM. I did not authorize these with drawls And want my money refunded as soon as possible I ordered one bottle and received it a week ago and then a week later I get two emails saying out with Drew more money off my card that I did not authorize and allow y'all to do please return my call XXX-XXX-XXXX so that we may get my money refunded thank you

Our company strives to make sure that our customers are 100% satisfied, so we take consumer complaints very seriously. Before customers commit to our 14 day free trial, our customers have to affirm and acknowledge the terms & conditions for our auto-ship program by marking the T&C check-boxes.
According to our records, *** ordered our Keto & cleanse on a 14-day trial basis on 04/02/20 and paid the shipping and handling fees of $4.97 & $5.97. The trial ended on 04/16/20 and due to the fact that our *** did not contact us to cancel their trial, they were subsequently charged for the original shipments, $89.97 & $87.97.
The *** called in on 5/3 requesting a refund and a full refund was provided that day. A refund confirmation Email titled "Nature Crave Refund Confirmation" was sent to ***@gmail.com confirming the refunds as well. The refunds should reflect on ***'s account within 3 to 7 business days.
