[redacted] *** [redacted] I never received the complaint response from Nature's TouchJust this email about you closing my complaint! I got the [redacted] BUT still NO COVER since I was shipped the wrong cover, Although I have shipped them back the wrong cover and they have confirmed receipt of shipping I've yet to receive the CORRECT cover I paid for.And it was not that I didn't pick it upIt was ALWAYS supposed to be shipped since the second conversationHow disgraceful of a response to state otherwisePLUS, I was told by LARRY himself that he didn't ship it because he sold it "by accident" to a woman in the storePlease reopen

We recieved response from Mr [redacted] via email on July 18, General Manager responded to email 7-25-

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:We have contacted the company with an alternate dispute resolution proposal and are awaiting their response Regards, [redacted]

Customers invoice did not specify the custom heightProduct was built standard size and then had to be rebuilt to meet customers wishesProducts were recieved and signed for 10-23-

Revdex.com: /> I have reviewed the response made by the business, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I would agree with the response however the business failed to indicate that they failed to fulfill the order as they missed the two items during production This is not the customer's fault and should not be penalized Toand fulfill the order I have schedule pickup at the store this coming Saturday Regards, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I did change my style of sofa before I even had the furniture paid offThey wouldn't submit my order until it was fully paid so that is still no reason to be months late on delivering the furnitureWe told you when I bought the furniture that we wouldn't be in Laramie when the furniture was doneThat still didn't stop you from telling us free delivery when you wanted to make a sale Regards, [redacted] ***

Nature's Touch has been in communication with Mrs*** and Mr***, between General Manager Bubba, Office clerk Christy and Salesman LarryWe have advised her that furniture is in processWe have explained that there was a delay on ordering sofa in our officeNature's Touch is doing
their best to expedite sofa orderCustom coffee table ordered, is custom to customers wishesPiece is outsourced, hand painted by artistThe sofa orders are also outsourcedMrs*** and Mr*** will recieve furniture as soon as it is completedWe apologize for the inconvience and are doing our best to make Mrs*** and Mr*** happy customersNature's Touch has a strict policy All Sales Final, NO Refunds, as the nature of our business is 90% custom piecesHave attached a picture of the coffee table, it turned out beautiful!

Again, more lies from this business I have been in business long enough to see that this is damaged control They did not fulfill thier end of the agreement, in the timeframe THEY SET Look at the BBQ records and other public feedback on this company They commonly default on contracts, then blame the customer.

Part of this order was ready for pick up on 9/26/Customer did not want ot pick up partial orderThe rest of order was ready October 24, Customer picked up entire order on this date

I am rejecting this response because: This completely inaccurate We wanted the the furniture we ordered, in the timeframe we were told on the sales contract We even gave them a month more time than they originallysaid it would takeNow they are making up things, and making excuses to get out of not taking responsibility for failing to deliver on thier end of the transaction If you look at all of the other complaints against this company, thier excuses are all the sameThey are never at faultThey always twist the situations to blame thier customers.

Though we disagree with these allegations and would like the opportunity to address the inconsistenciesWe feel that it is inappropriate at this time as we are in discussions with ***’s legal counsel

To our knowledge Mrand Mrs***'s furniture was delivered February 13, They are satisfied customersThere was originally an error when first set was delivered February 4, The office talked to Mrs*** on February 8, and agreed to deliver corrected furniture that same week

Resolution is in process with Mr*** legal council

Mr*** was informed that we build our chairs in groups, not with other itemsWe have tried to contact Mr*** and have been unable to reach himMr*** products are currently at the store, ready for delivery as soon as we hear from Mr*** to set a time
