NO CUSTOMER SERVICEI have spent a total of 90 minutes on hold during the weekdays. One day, on hold for 58 minutes. I've called the Sales department to see if they'd answer. Low and behold, the two times that I used this method my call was answered in seconds.
Neither time that I called the sales department was I ever able to reach the service department.
Both times I was told that I would be connected (first call) but was put on hold again for over 10 minutes or was told by the sales person that he would write up an order for someone to call me back.
Neither time was I connected to service center.
I've sent 3 emails from the connect feature on the website. Once a week since I have been trying to get this upright bike repaired. It never had a tensioning feature. I never knew this as my wife is the sole rider of this bike and she was clueless that it could do that.
