Review: I have bought 3 times from NBA store. Not once, has a package come on time, and twice, my package was not received. I am consistently pushed aside from customer service, and quite frankly, upset and annoyed with them. I want to file a full complaint to get my money back and to also never deal with such terrible service with no product's ever being sent, ever again.Desired Settlement: I expect a full refund for never receiving my order.

Review: I have purchased WNBA Live Access in conjunction with the WNBA Center Court Application. It does not deliver the promised service:1. Video quality is poor in spite of high-bandwidth WiFi I am using and in spite of more expensive subscription compared with the last year: bleak and blurred figures of players are moving across the court, the ball is totally invisible most of the time; only occasionally I get a quality picture. 2. Customer support is unresponsive. I filed two email complains requiring the refund of my subscription. No response to date. 3. Account information referred in Terms as accessible from the page [redacted] is not available.Desired Settlement: I want WNBA to refund my subscription and apologize for inconveniences they've caused and for the unresponsiveness of their customer support.

Review: We placed an order on december [redacted] 2015 for 2 items and on december [redacted] we got an email that one item was out of stock and that they had the other item that was ordered and that we were guaranteed one and that it be overnighted to us and wed receive it on december [redacted] or december [redacted] and we had called on december [redacted] and talked to a csr and according to her everything was on schedule and we should see our order on the [redacted] which we never received and its now the evening of december [redacted] and still nothing received so we called and decied to check again on it was told our order was cancelled and that they didnt have any of the items in stock and had no clue when they were going to get the items so in other words we have being getting wrong information from all the CSRs we spoke to which isnt good for a huge company like they areDesired Settlement: We want them to call me when these 2 items are in and them ship the order to me free of charge and to be over night air to me instead of me having to call them everyday and check their inventory and have to re enter the order again. That is such a big inconvenience for us to be doing that just to get our order

Review: I signed up for the NBA League Pass Choice Broadband service. This is a streaming video service that allows a user to watch NBA games over their broadband connection. The Choice package is a lower cost option that requires the user to pick 5 basketball teams whose games they want to watch throughout the season. The user cannot watch any games until they have selected their five teams. Unfortunately for me, after creating my account and paying my first installment, the service is barring me from picking my 5 teams. Upon logging in, I am automatically directed to a team selection page, but as soon as it loads an error message pops up informing me "There was an error in the team selection process." As a result, I am currently paying for a service that I am not receiving. Attempts to reach technical support have culminated in the response "This is a known issue. We appreciate your patience" and no further updates or assistance. I can't help but feel like this is a complete scam to pressure users who do not want to miss more of the NBA season to upgrade to their Premium subscription (which does not require the selection of five teams), for a substantially greater cost. It is worth noting that the section of my account page where I would upgrade my service is working perfectly.Desired Settlement: Seeing as I paid for a full NBA season's worth of streaming basketball games, I would like to be refunded at the very least a proportional amount of money to the days I am without service. I do not think this is unreasonable.

Review: I sent back a jersey with instruction from nba store. The representative told me to check gift return on the paperword and assured me a store credit would be issued she told me I had to wait for the vompant to receive the return, then I would get an email with instructions to reorder the correct item I called 2 weeks later was told to wait 10 days and call back. I called back as was told by accident the item was credited back to the person who bought it card. I cannot call this person and and ask to reorder. I was offered 10,00 when the jersey was over 50.00Desired Settlement: I would like a store credit for the amount a jersey, so I can order my daughter the correct size. Thus was a Christmas gift. I followed all the correct directions from nba they made the mistake

Review: I purchased a gift card online for the NBA store for my son for Christmas, when he tried to use the card online he received a message that the card was not valid. He contacted customer service and was told that he would receive an email gift card with 48 hours and he received an issue #[redacted]. Nothing was received via email. A week later I called customer service and was told that a new gift card was mailed to our home. No card was received. I called again after 10 days and was told again a card was in the mail again we received nothing. Today I called again and asked to speak to a manager, after being place on hold for almost 20 minutes I was told no manager was available and that I would receive a return call within 4 hours. It has now been 9 hours and I have not received a call from anyone.Desired Settlement: At this point I would like the $100 I spent on the gift card to just be refunded to my account.
