Review: I live in Argentina. I ordered a product (jersey) on NBA store via internet on march [redacted].

They sent the product that day too and it never arrived. I sent a new e mail to the company complaining and they sent a new product on may [redacted]. But it never arrived either. I needed a tracking number to track the product in the local mail office ([redacted]) but NBA store told me they don't have the tracking number. Without that number I don't have any possibility to reclaim the product in the local mail office.

Now they say they can't do anything else because beyond the 45 day time frame, they are unable to process a replacement or refund. But the fact is that I have been complaining via e mail about this for months.Desired Settlement: Succesful replacement or refund.

Review: My son received 2 gift certificates for the NBA store. When I tried to use both codes at the online store, the codes did not work but showed a $50 balance each. I called the NBA store and was told the problem would be resolved in 24-48 hours. Instead, I had to wait 4 days to receive an email back. I was also promised 20% off as advertised the day I tried to order, free shipping, and a $10 account credit for the hassle. After I received the email stating that the codes were fixed, I went online again only to find out that nothing had been fixed and codes still DO NOT work. I emailed back informing the NBA store of all the problems and they asked me to pay and then wait for a refund - that is the most ridiculous thing I have EVER heard of when trying to use a gift certificate!! This customer service is completely unacceptable. I should have been able to place my order over the phone the first time I called. A customer should never have to compensate for the ineffectiveness of a business!Desired Settlement: A full cash refund MUST be returned to the two individuals in which the gift certificates were purchased.

Review: I ordered products and company said items will ship within 3 business days. Items have yet to ship and repeated calls into their customer services lines has resulted in no solution or time table for shipment. Review: Hi, I am a dish network costumer and I get NBATV to watch basket ball games through dish.I live in Allison Park PA. When NBATV broadcasts Cleveland Cavaliers games they put a message saying it is not available in your viewing area and to look for broadcast in local channel. I can understand it if I am a viewer in Cleveland OH area, where it can be viewed in FSOH channel 425 (dish network).I contacted dish network and they said that I have to contact NBA TV because they decide blackout regions. Dish network was kind enough to give temporary access to FSOH channel 425 for me. I contacted NBA TV at [redacted] and described the problem and they cut me off and will not respond. Review: I am writing because the NBA has the league pass and I am not able to watch the games that I want to watch from the teams I like. Like the Lakers, they are blocked due to restrictions that did not get disclosed until you are signed up and I cannot watch my team and now I am stuck with this and they will not refund me and cancel the payments and contract. Ticket has been closed and they wont help or respond, there is no number or person to speak to . Pleas help me and have me refunded. This is happening to hudreads of people and I am their voice. Review: I have requested 3 times by email to be removed from their mailing list and they refuse to remove my email. I've clicked on the "unsubscribe" button and it has NEVER worked. I have clicked on it probably 20 times and always get a message stating an error has occurred and they are unable to process the request. I have reported this to the government at [redacted], with spamcop and am now reporting it to the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I want my email removed immediately!

Review: Ordered League Pass (actually was an auto renew), was told I would have access to the Pre-Season games and due to technical difficulties of the software associated with streaming devices I'm not able to watch NBA League pass games. Was told the problem should be resolved by the start of the season.Desired Settlement: Would like for the NBA League pass to issue a statement to all users about the problem they are having. I also would like a free subscription to the NBA league pass for the 15/16 season. I have spent 2 days now working on getting this resolved with no luck. My time is very valuable to me and I estimate my time to be worth $150 an hour I have spent almost 3 hours on this issue.

Review: On January **, 2016 I placed an online order for Kawhi Leonard's All-star jersey under order number [redacted].

On January **, 2016, I received an email from Fanatics stating the following:

"Hello Jose,

Thank you for selecting our company to purchase your merchandise! We value each and every customer and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; we feel it is important to notify you immediately of a delay in delivering your order # [redacted] that contains the Men's adidas Kawhi Leonard Red NBA Western Conference 2016 All-Star Game Swingman Jersey.

Your order will ship out no later than February [redacted]. An email confirmation will be sent once your order has shipped."

I allowed time to pass and then I followed up with NBA store. On February [redacted] they advised that there was another delay and they upgraded my shipping free for next day delivery and gave me 20 dollars for NBA Store credit. After that I never received any shipping confirmation.

On February [redacted], I followed up with NBA Store again and they advised it would be shipped on February [redacted].

I allowed a full business day to process on the [redacted] and again no shipping confirmation was received. I then followed up with NBA Store and they stated there was yet another delay. So they applied a 20% discount and they seny a request for shipping to be expedited.

Today, February **, 2016, I received the following email:

I find this completely unacceptable since at the time of purchase there were a sufficient amount of jerseys advertised for purchase. I also personally know people who ordered and received their jerseys.

I want the company to process my order and ship me the jersey I ordered and I also want to be further accommodated for this inconvenience of false advertisement.

Please assist as soon as possible.

Review: My wife ordered a customized jersey from the NBA store website on 11/**/2015. However she accidentally ordered the wrong size and attempted to cancel the order a few hours later. First, we contacted the live chat and the rep told us he could cancel the order and add the money back into our account. At the end of the chat he said he completed this and before I had the chance to ask him how long it would take, he disconnected. So then we contacted Customer Service by phone and spoke to a rep. She told us there was absolutely nothing they could do because the jersey was customized. It was a complete accident when she ordered the wrong size and they will not even let us cancel or change the order because of their policy with customized items. So if nothing is done we will have spent 136.36 on something we cannot use whatsoever because they refuse to offer any assistance. Please contact us as soon as possible and let us know if anything can be done at all. Thank You so muchDesired Settlement: We would like to have the amount we paid to be added to store credit on our NBA store account so that we can re-order the item with the right size. They still don't admit to their false advertising of their guarantee that they will process the shipment of the product, but continue to make excuses which further upset me. Also their attempt to compensate me for the mistake was more of a slap in the face, with a $10.00 credit and a 20% discount doesn't amount to much on any item. Either way I would be paying more money to a company that rather falsely advertise so they can boost revenue and then make customers pay more money when they file a complaint that is outrageous. As stated in my complaint that I will consider the complaint resolved when given a $500.00 credit towards any product and amount of the original purchased item be refunded.

Review: I ordered a jersey off their website as a gift, was sent the wrong jersey and it arrived a week after the expected delivery date, which was too late to give as a gift even if I was sent the correct jersey. I emailed them, and a rep told me to send the jersey back and she would expedite the refund process. that was over a month ago, and after multiple attempts to contact them with no response, I decided to contact the Revdex.com. no refund has been issued.Desired Settlement: please have my card refunded the entire amount of $109.99

Review: On July [redacted], I placed an order online from the NBA store; I ordered 7 items. I received an "order confirmation" email that same day, which contained my order number and the "order status" link that allowed me to track my order on their website from the date my order was placed to the date it leaves their warehouse and then, of course, I'd continue to track it via FedEx. Well, I looked at the "order status" almost everyday, and the status said "items located at warehouse" the estimated date for majority of the items was 7/**/13-7/**/13 and there was one with an estimated date for 7/** and one for 8/*. I didn't receive any other emails, nobody contacted me in any way shape or form about this order so I assumed it would arrive somewhere in that time-frame as most online orders do. The status of my order didn't change and by 7/**/13 I noticed that the items scheduled to arrive did not, so I sent an email to customer service through their "contact us" link on their website to find out why this has been delayed. I received an email response on 7/** from one of their representatives who wrote: "We have reviewed your order and it is currently still processing at our warehouse. Unfortunately due to a system issue, we are currently unable to provide an updated shipping or delivery date for your shipment." Now, it has been over 2 weeks since I placed my order and they can't tell me anything about it, no information whatsoever, really? I found that to be very unprofessional and a bit rude so I read the rest of the email which stated that if I wanted to keep my order, I didn't have to do anything but it also stated: "However, if you wish to cancel your existing order due to this delay, please reply to this email and we will contact the warehouse with your cancellation request." it seemed fair enough so I did what they asked me to do, which is reply to the email stating that I want to cancel my order. On that same day, just a couple of hours later they send me an email with my "shipping confirmation and tracking number" so, I'm wondering how is it that for 2 weeks, including that same day I received their response nobody had any information on my order and as soon as I replied with a cancellation, they send me shipping confirmation..seriously? I replied once again asking why they shipped the order after I specifically said that I did not want it, they once again, ignored my email and sent me 2 additional replies with the confirmation and tracking number. After that, I decided to call their store and got transferred to a customer service representative after waiting and responding to a machine for over 10 mins. To top it off, in attempt to explain my situation, the representative responded no different than the machine by repetitively saying "I apologize" and yet, not a single explanation or response to anything I said. I find it absolutely disgusting and ridiculous that these people take money from their customers but don't even acknowledge those customers when an issue comes up. All my emails were ignored, the representative on the phone basically did the same, nobody responded to anything I had to say except "we apologize", I don't need an apology, I need customer service. The representative said she would send a return label because now, I have to wait for this order anyway and then ship it back to them. Not to mention the $120 that they just withdrew from my account for this order which will not be returned to my account until they get their shipment back and who knows when that will be considering the fact that it's 7/** and I ordered these items on 7/*. I have all the emails, I told the representative I could forward them and nothing was said yet again, except "I apologize". It's unbelievable that they get away with this type of shady business and disrespect to us, consumers.Desired Settlement: I want the company to take responsibility for their mistake for once and contact FedEx to stop the shipment to my house and have them send the package back to their warehouse, I shouldn't have to take time out of my day to drive to a FedEx location to drop it off. It's not a returned order, it's a cancelled order with disregard to the customer's request. Aside from that, I obviously also want the $120 charge refunded to my account, IMMEDIATELY! I don't care if they already shipped the items and whether they are with FedEx, that's not my problem. I have all the emails as proof, showing the time and date of each email so the fault for this issue is not even questionable. I don't need any apologizes or anything like that, I just want my money back and I do not want that package at my house.

Purchased 2 identical jerseys in 2 different sizes. One was shipped missing a crucial design on the back. I had told the store rep this and they claimed they will not send out a replacement but would take my jersey back and donate it to charity. Not only were they content in taking my money, they will use my money as a tax break for their store. This is not a customer-based model, and a black eye for the NBA as they advertise the store during every game. They have since made me consider buying unofficial jerseys as they carry the same risks for 1/8th the price. I am most certainly buying all NBA merch second hand or overseas from now on and am advising friends and family to do the same.

Review: I ordered two jersey's from them on June **, I called them on July [redacted] and they said the mechandise was returned because of wrong address. They then were supposed to reship the product on the [redacted] of july. I still havn't recieved the product but I was charged for it on Junes credit card.Desired Settlement: I get what I ordered.
