This company overcharged my family $for tickets from LAX to orlando for a disney world trip When I found out that the cost of the tickets through [redacted] was $lower than what I paid to Cheap Flights Fairs they could not justify or itemize why I paid them so much more After many hours of working through supervisors they eventaully send me a money order as a refund for $So if you keep pressure on them and call out their high prices you can get a refund, you just need to work for it Please do your research on any company you decide to give money to

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
the response they have provided is completely inaccurate We confirmed with the airline that the flights were booked as regular economy from the onset they were never booked as premium economy In fact, the agent at Cheapflightsfares admitted that they never booked premium economy when I pressed them about the airline Interestingly, there is an email from them that said we were bumped on the entire triphow would they have known that we were bumped on the return flight which was days after the outbound the only way they could have known that was if they knew that the entire trip was booked in coach class.
I have added a copy of our conversation log and exchange of emails they also lied about issuing a credit which hasn't been done to date

It was thanksgiving; of all time to have an emergency but that is how life works! We had a family member call at 7:00pm to inform us that my mother’s sister had passed away unexpectedly and she needed the first flight out! I google search [redacted]’s service number and I chose the number the searched gave me and dialed out fast. I got a live representative immediately; but to my surprise everything started of wrong once I got this Rep. on the phone.
They were very testy; and not polite for being a customer service rep from [redacted] (I should have known after he answered the phone that she wasn’t who he said he was from.) frustrated with him and his lack of customer service. I ended my call because I’ve arrived to the [redacted] service counter only to find out that the man I had been on the phone for over and hours wasn’t a Rep. from [redacted] at all and was a servicer of “cheap-flights-fares.com”.
I couldn’t believe how stressed I was, and that this man would take advantage of me in my hour of need. I was so enraged with what was brought to light. Luckily the staff at the [redacted] counter sold me the ticket I was attempting to purchase originally for the real price offer on their website which the Rep. of Cheap Flights Fares was cheating me out of! I have no kind words for the that company put me and my family through during such a stressful ordeal; and I hope this prevents them to hurting or misrepresenting themselves any more.

I called what was adverised as Frontier Airlines and they answered as that. After getting a ticket price charged to my card that I did not book and told them I did not want the reservation, they billed my card anyway. You try to call and get a run around with all foreign people that act like they don't know you. I want my refund before you are turned over to the FBI for fraud investigations.
