This business is scam...collected money for a flight booked through Delta,a change was requested through Delta reservation, and an Indian Delta reservation employee connected me to this company to collect payment.Ticket was purchased through Delta on line,return flight change requestesd after four hours was supposed to be done by Delta reservation but an employee connected to scam hard working people like me connected me to this company to collect $450.00. ..Per Delta a change within 24 hrs. Should have no charge..and this company has no business collecting money on tockets purchased through Delta...Friends BEWARE....this company is fraudulent. ..they run their business scamming hardworking people!!!!

The customer paid the amount and was booked on a Confirmation Number - [redacted]. The ticket numbers are [redacted] and [redacted]. We have sent the E - Ticket Confirmation to the customer today with the confirmed tickets.

Please be advised that we been in conversation with the customer for all this time. The customer has not provided you with the complete conversation details to put us down and to give you an impression that we are not assisting him.
I have attached the complete Conversation details within this email with our conversation with the customer, and the legitimacy of the email can also be checked with Google.  I would request you to review the complaint as the customer seems to be providing you misleading information. 
You would be able to check how the customer has been pressurizing us by asking for a refund of inappropriate amount and asking us to pay for the ticket amount for a travel he has already made.

This company overcharged my family $1500 for tickets from LAX to orlando for a disney world trip. When I found out that the cost of the tickets through [redacted] was $1500 lower than what I paid to Cheap Flights Fairs they could not justify or itemize why I paid them so much more. After many hours of working through supervisors they eventaully send me a money order as a refund for $1050.
So if you keep pressure on them and call out their high prices you can get a refund, you just need to work for it. Please do your research on any company you decide to give money to.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.This business is dishonest in their handling of everything.  We arrived at the airport and to our surprise found that the premium economy seats that we had purchased were actually regular economy seats.  Now they are saying that because we flew on the first leg of our flight, we are not entitled to a refund.  They actually have sent me three emails recently claiming they have refunded my credit card but in fact they have not.  They advised my credit card company that the tickets are not refundable.   The dishonesty in the original booking and the dishonesty and lack of integrity in handling this matter is driving me to further pursue this matter with the attorney generals office and the legal system.  All consumers should be aware of the dishonest dealings of this company.
