Our Area Manager spoke with Mr [redacted] and apologized for his frustrations with his rental experience on his pick up date The Area Manager also followed up with him last Monday and made arrangements to meet him at his gym to switch him into a different vehicle of his choosing Additionally for the inconvenience, customer was told he would have no personal out of pocket expense while his insurance company is paying for his vehicle for driving the upgraded vehicle He has the Area Manager's cell phone number should he have any follow up needs This concern can be closed Thank you[redacted] Enterprise
