I am
rejecting this response because: I would like my money refunded I used the sizing chart to determine my size and the items ordered still didn't fit I had to pay $to ship the items back How can I be confident that if I use my store credit, that the next items will fit properly? If they don't, I'm out of pocket additional money to return those items This has been so much less than an ideal online shopping experience

I ordered a dress from Neesee's Dresses onlinePaid for the dress and the company charged my card and then shipped the dressI never received the dressThey shipped the dress to Michigan, and I live in UtahI have contacted this company four different times, to which they won't respondI have left them emails, voicemails, to no avail
I paid $for an item I never received
Horrible business and very dishonestAnd their customer service is EXTREMELY disappointing!

We responded to the customer immediately upon her emailing us that she received the incorrect shirtWe sent her a prepaid return label to use to send back the incorrect shirt and apoloized for the mistakeIt took her a few days to print off the label
and send back the shirt, but once it arrived to us on March 9th we immediately issued her a refundThis customer was refunded a week agoI have attached a copy of the transaction showing that this was processed back on the 9thWe have answered the customer through email, have not ignored her, issued a full refund and apologized about the mistake many timesSincerely,

Great Service! I have ordered from Neesees Dresses multiple times and every time I've been pleased with the service They have a great selection of modest clothing and modest dresses which is hard to find The processing time is quick and a few times I had to exchange dresses and had no problem I have referred them to many friends and family! I will continue to do business with them

LIARS, CROOKS, CHEATERS!!!
Some lady named Denise P*** hides behind this email and they stole my wifes money Her order was never sent, we tried and tried to contact them..they need to be shut down!!! No Phone, No Google Reviews or Facebook Reviews because they know they are crooks!!

dress to you this way, we cannot accept a return this way and then resell it to our customers

Hello, Thank you so much for shopping with us! I am showing we emailed on the 7th about the error on the orderWe didn't hear back after a week so we unfortunately had to cancel your orderI was unaware of the email sent to you saying the dresses could not be offered at the sale price again
