Review: On May 25th, 2014, I purchased a sign off of the Neonsign.com website. A $187.95 payment posted to my credit card on May 27th. No sign was shipped, and no communications ensued until June 11th when we were assured that it takes 2-3 weeks for shipping and continued to wait. On June 30th another status update was requested and they said they'd get back to me. On July 21st I sent another request for a status update. They finally got back to me on July 30th to say the item I purchased was not available. This is over 2 months after the original purchase. I replied back on August 19th with explicit instructions on how 2 different items can be shipped, that are in stock, and those two items equal the cost of the original purchase. I received one of the items costing $149.00, finally on September 17th, almost 4 months later, and nothing else, yet was still charged the original amount. I am still owed a $38.95 difference. I contacted the company on September 17th, and again on October 7th, and still nothing has been resolved. This has been 6 months of unacceptable service. The company has lied about what is in stock on their website, has lied about the time it takes to ship, has lied about the prices, and ignores courteous requests to resolve the issue.Desired Settlement: At this point I am left with no option other than to demand a full refund, in the amount of $187.95, and shipping labels emailed to me so that I can ship the sign back with no restocking fee.

I am rejecting this response because: I tried calling them, and I left a voicemail to the number provided, and I got nothing in return before this 7 day deadline, so although I would have just liked the business to call me back and not force me to reject the response, I don't see what else I can do. Bottom line is, I ordered [redacted] Mirror in May for $179.00 and was charged accordingly. After several months of less than effective communication I settle on receiving the [redacted] Mirror for $149.00 and was not reimbursed the difference. What a simple task for the business to accomplish! I even tried to make it easy by saying to throw in one of several different signs at are, you guessed it, $30! Somehow, I am seen as trying to extort them? The prices are plain as day on their website, and the email trail previously sent to the Revdex.com prove everything. I'm a veteran, father, and husband, last thing I want to spend my time doing is writing a complaint, I just want fair compensation. At this point, I do not want the product at all, I want to ship it back, and I want to be fully reimbursed. I cannot look at it without being reminded of this gross business practice.

After no contact or order status, I attempted multiple e-mail and phone calls with no response. I have no idea if the order was received, if it is in process, or cannot be fulfilled.Desired Settlement: I'd prefer to have the item purchased delivered however, if not available, I'd like a refund.

Review: I ordered and paid for my product on 2/8/15. It was supposed to ship in 3-5 business days. It has never shipped. I have emailed more than 10 times, called and left 8 messages and posted to their website. I have never recieved a single response from the business.Desired Settlement: Full refund of $47.95.

Review: I ordered a tap handle on December 1, 2014 for a Christmas gift at a cost of $132.95 with a delivery window of 2-3 weeks. That meant it would come before Christmas. It did not. I tried numerous times to call this company. I left numerous messages. I sent emails. I checked for a shipping confirmation every day because I was worried about getting it on time. I only received two replies 1) "we are trying to get everything out for Christmas" and 2) "sorry I didn't respond. I was out sick". I just want the tap handle. Give me a real delivery date or give me my money back.Desired Settlement: I would like the tap handle that I ordered. If it is not in stock or not available, I would like a full refund.

Review: I ordered a non-custom tin sign 2-22-2015 online. It was marked as "In stock" The funds were immediately debited from my credit card and I got an initial email of purchase. It states that I will get an email once the item ships. It is now 3-4-2015 and I have heard nothing. I emailed, called twice and left messages and even called the phone number listed on my credit card statement. I ran that number on [redacted] and it shows an [redacted] as the owner. I called and he told me sorry he doesn't know who that is and quickly hung up. This was to be a gift for my father. I'm a little disturbed at the lack of reply and professionalism. I used this site do to a referral so I thought that I wouldn't have any issues. I would really like a refund.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back is all. Its past the point. Ive never ordered somethign online and had to wait 11 days and still no shipment email or any call back after Ive left messages.

Received a mirror that arrived in a box that had a rough journey via UPS. This was a UPS issue. I sent my NeonSign contact ([redacted]) an email voicing my concern and that the mirror was a little dinged up due to the box's condition. Within an hour, I received a call from the owner([redacted]), who bent over backward to make it right! Which he more than did. I would definitely highlight not only the product that NeonSign.com carries, but also the high level of customer service that goes along with it. [redacted] and [redacted], excellent work!

My name is [redacted] in [redacted]. My experience with Neon Sign was by far the best experience I have had in a long long time. I had an idea of what I wanted and in speaking with a couple of people on the phone I was directed to the owner, Eric Thornton. What a wonderful man. He asked a lot of questions and got a really good idea of what I wanted. Two redoes on the sighn and I was set to order. The who;e process took a coup;e of days and I trusted him when he said " Don't worry I know what you want and will deliver high quality at a good price" One month later my sign arrived and as I gifted the Neon sign to my friends I saw the little kid inside this 46 yr old light up, and he was a happy person" .

Review: I ordered a sign on January 26, 2015 and in the confirmation e-mail I received it stated that I should receive the sign in 2 - 3 weeks. After not receiving it in that time frame I e-mailed and have called several times to find out what the status is on my order. I have not received a call back or a returned e-mail. My credit card was charged immediately.Desired Settlement: I would like my sign delivered a.s.a.p. If this is not possible I would like a refund a.s.a.p.

Review: I purchased a Kesslers bar mirror online through neonsign.com in May. After the 3 weeks stated in the confirmation email to deliver, I made multiple phone calls to check the status of the shipment with no answer. After making email contact, I was told that I would get an update on the delivery of my purchase. In July, I was notified that the product I purchased was damaged at the warehouse and that I wouldnt be receiving it. I was offered other options, however, none were close to what I originally wanted to purchase. I then asked for a refund for my purchase. The response I received was that I was getting a free upgrade of my Kesslers mirror. I received a product from Fedex that was something I didnt authorize with neonsigh.com and in my opinion was not worth what I was paying for it. I have sent multiple emails with Heather in how I could get a refund and how I could send back the product at no cost to me. She has responded to emails saying that she has relayed the information to Eric to call me but I've not received a call from Eric since July when he told me that my product was unavailable. I'm disappointed that such a great idea for a business would be so poorly run and that the customer service is so terrible. As of today, 12/7/14, the Kessler mirror that I originally purchased is still showing as an available product to be purchased. At this point I am looking for a full refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for the original product that I purchased as it was never received. I would also be willing to send the other sign back with reimbursement for shipping.

Review: On March 28, 2015 I ordered an O'Keefe Canadian Ale Bar Mirror for my husband as a Father's day gift. Today is July 22, 2015 and I still have not received my order. Payment from my credit card via paypal was taken immediately in the amount of $114.17 CAD. The phone number on their website no longer works, I've sent emails, left phone messages on an alternate number that was on my payment receipt email but as yet have not been able to speak with anyone, have not received a response or explanation and am wondering if I have been scammed or if this is even a legitimate company/website. Today, for the first time, my call to the alternate number was actually answered by a human male who said "hello" but then the call was immediately hung up/disconnected and further calls go to the same generic answering machine. Obviously my husband did not receive his gift and I'm out $114.17 CAD. This is hugely frustrating. I'm happy to receive the product asap or a full refund so I can stop chasing this company.Desired Settlement: I still would like to receive the product as ordered ASAP, or if this is not possible I would like a full refund in the amount of $114.17 (CAD) which is the cost of the product, exchange and delivery costs. I would also like a phone call and/or email (my phone has voicemail) with an explanation of what happened to my order and if it is still coming, what the expected delivery date would be. It's disappointing/unacceptable that the consumer must chase delivery of their order.

I initially made a spelling error within my name, I emailed the company thinking this could be resolved easily and quickly, almost a month later after numerous calls, messages left on every available avenue, and emails, there has been no response at all. The company took the money from my credit card, and has yet to reply or deliver the product purchased. If there is no one tending the business and the web site, why is it still up and running? Desired Settlement: I either want a refund for the item and shipping costs, or I want the item that was purchased.

Review: I ordered two items from NEONSIGN.COM, a [redacted] Surfboard and an [redacted] mirror. Both items seem like great additions to my bar. On the website it promised that if items were not received that they would quickly resolve the issue. However, after over 6 weeks my product never arrived and it took several email attempts and consistent messages via phone to have them respond. I was promised my items; however, I was told one was damaged and it would take time to find a replacement. After several more months they have refused to call back or send a response as I requested a full and immediate refund. Patience generally pays off; however, this business is ridiculous if not a sham.Desired Settlement: I would like a full and immediate refund of my items.

Review: I placed an order with neonsign.com December 16, 2014. I was told it would take 2-3 weeks for my order to get to me. As time went on and I have not heard or seen anything about my order I emailed the company at [redacted]. I was always promised that my order would be shipped out within the next few days, or by the end of the week. I gave it extra time before I sent follow up emails to inquire about my order. I would be promised that my package would be shipped out within the next few days, and after a few weeks went by I sent emails asking about my order. I would get emails promising the same thing, the order will ship out shortly. I have always felt that I was getting the run around with the company with no straight answers. My last few attempts at contact (email and telephone calls) have been unanswered for quite some time. I have sent multiple emails on March 2nd and Feburary 16th of 2015. The last time I have heard from anybody from this company was on January 28th of 2014. I have tried to call, and always get a voice recording. I am very upset with this customer service, and non-delivery of my order. My money was taken when the order was placed, and have not seen anything since. I have asked for a refund, with no response from the company.Desired Settlement: It is clear to me that the company I placed an order for did not have what I was looking for on hand, however they showed they did online. Review: I made a purchase from neonsign.com for eight signs on 9/13/2014 in the amount of $624.95 and received only two of them which took nearly three months to receive. The company kept saying they were on backorder but would be sent soon yet it never happened. They agreed to refund the difference of $456.95 and even emailed me saying the refund had been done but as to date it has not been processed. Review: I ordered a sign for a gift for Christmas 2014. Communication with the customer service girl, [redacted], was great at first, she answered my questions, etc... it was a few weeks later, the sign still hadn't shipped. So I contacted them and she said she would check on it. A week of so went by and she said that the sign I ordered was broken and they were looking for another one. A few more weeks and I contacted them again, they had not found a new sign, so I asked for a refund, she said she understood and it would take up to 5 business days to complete. Nothing showed up, and all communication was gone after that. Still waiting for my bank to see if they can recover any of the funds back from them since they seemingly went out of business.Desired Settlement: Ideally, I would like my money refunded since I did not receive the product I purchased.

Review: I ordered a sign on December 12 2014. In the confirmation email, it said that I would receive another email with the tracking number. I never received that email so I replied to the confirmation email inquiring about my order; this was on January 5 2015. After waiting a few days, I followed up with a phone call and left a message for them to contact me. After not getting an email or a call, I, along with my husband called again a few more times with no response from the company. It has been almost 3 months and I have not received a call or email telling me what is going on.Desired Settlement: I already paid for the sign so I would just like the sign that I ordered. If that cannot happen, I would like a refund of my money.

I was disappointed in this company, they say they have a product in stock, yet it takes 2-3 weeks to get. I waited for 4 days for a communication or order receipt and finally had to call. After pushing every button I finally got someone, it was obvious to me all options go to the same place and they don't bother calling back. After finding out the actual time frame I had to cancel I needed the sign NOW, I think its very deceptive to say product is in stock when you cant get it out for weeks because "they don't have a box to ship it" I requested a refund and under threat of cancelling with my credit card company I was given the credit with in day. My advise read the reviews and realize there is reason even if they claim to have solved the problems.

Review: I ordered an item for my husbands birthday. I was told that this item would take anywhere from 2-3 weeks to arrive. After reaching out via email several times I was told this would not arrive in time for my husbands birthday. In fact I was told that if I didnt want the item plenty of other people did and that I could just print a picture of the item and put it in a card for him. No apology was given, the follow up was extremely slow and the customer service was awful. It took over a week for them to tell me this item would arrive over a month after I ordered it. Completely unaccpetable! I have requested a refund and have yet to receive it. Do not order from this company. They are rude and do not care about providing customer service.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund immediately!
