We ordered a beer sign on July 21st and as of October 6th it has not been delivered. Yet on July 21st they charged our credit card. Every time you call them you get the run around. I will not order from this company again.

Review: I ordered a [redacted] mirror on December 17, 2014. They had on my order confirmation that it would be 2-3 weeks for delivery. I waited a couple more weeks before I contacted them by phone...got a recording. Contacted them by email and they finally replied on January 20, 2015. Got an apology and. they would get me an order update. No update. Tried to email and call with no reply. I want my money that they took out on December 18, 2014.Desired Settlement: Just want my money back!

Review: Purchased a sign that was advertised online, the money was drafted from my account, did not receive a receipt, any shipping info, nothing. I have called almost every day for the past 12 days. No one answers their phones, and you are directed to a voice answering system. My husband and I have left 12 voicemails, also tried the other numbers found here at Revdex.com, to no avail. I am furious.Desired Settlement: I don't want their things. I just want my money back. I can shop with a more reputable company. The bummer thing was is that I noticed that it appeared to be a Father/Daughter business and I felt good about supporting small business, yeah....not with these folks. They should be shut down. Its stealing. That's what it is. THEFT.

Sign has been refunded. We're very sorry about the delay.

I wanted to purchase a mirror from this company. Placed order and waited, and waited for well over a week Called several times (both numbers) left my order number and cell number and never received a call back. I just wanted to know the status of my order if it was out of stock etc. Fearing this place might be out of business and potentially me out of over $300.00, I contacted my credit card company, filed a complaint against neon.sign .com. I then emailed neonsign.com to inform them that the purchase was canceled. They contacted me by email (still no call to me) and were upset about the cancelation. I told them it was their fault for not informing me of their status. They proceeded to call and harass my wife several times (on our land line) when I was out of town and now today, they sent HER an email (how they got that?) about the status of this order. I called them today, no answer, left info. Credit card company has been notified. Revdex.com, FTC next.

I ordered a Budweiser bikini girls mirror for my husband for his birthday and it is amazing! I dealing with them their customer service was great I truly appreciated their help and willingness I will use neon signs again

Review: It has been almost a month and have not received the mirrors I ordered. I have emailed them with no response back.Desired Settlement: I just want a full refund.
