hi I answered the complaint earlier but here it is in a nutshellthe email he sent to cancel was not valid because of the way it was worded, this is according to my attorney, who read iti informed the client and I told him that because the contract was still open it had gone down the regular adminprocess and that expenses had been incurred against that joband that he was entitled to a refund minus accrued expenses, he said that was totally unacceptable and I haven't heard fro the guy since, he did comminicate with the guy who took me out there and a friend of his who keeps giving bad advisei have no idea what letter he's speaking ofi check the mail everyday and I have yet to receive either a letter or a slip to pick one uphe needs to commomunicate wqith me not hisfriend, my friend or the Revdex.comi'm a reasonable man and will listen to a reasonable offerthanks! ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:in my opinion the damage is clearly a result of inappropriate installation "These people" may have been on vacation for two weeks last summer when the company was first contacted about the problem and said they would check on it After that I never heard from them again, just as happened again this March when they were again contacted about the problem I will contact the manufacturer as [redacted] suggests and see what response they offer If they accept responsibility for the failed siding, fine Until then I believe the installer is at fault and responsible for correcting the problem Regards, [redacted]

I stand behind my original assesment of the problem but I will go out and look at it againand stand behind our one year warrantye.t

what did you expect the supplier to say? it's always an installation problem to them they are trained to pass the bucki'll go look at the job again but if they no longer carry the product no one else does eitherthe division thay makes the product for certaiteed got sold to [redacted] , a mexican coso i'm not making any promises since I don't know if the material is even availablebut one thing is for sure i'm not spending a bunch of money on the problem and that's thati really resent the fact that these people have been on an extended vacation and come back just before the warranty is out and they want me to jump through hoops to fix a minor problemthey are out of the warranty period already and if the material is not available I can't helpe.t

I attempted to resolve this complaint with this client through the angie's list resolution process but she didn't get the desired outcome so now she complains to you in hopes of getting something for nothingthe lady purchased two windows and a sliding patio door initiallyshe calls me the next day and tells me she whats a french door instead off the sliding patio doori said find but I have to do an addendum to the original contractso I meet with her fill out an addendun stating at custermer request we are upgrading from a window mart series sliding patio door to a window mart series french doorshe signed it and gave me anotyher check for the difference in priceshe ordered a french door we installed a french doorshe now whats all three items for free and all her money backi'll give her the correct window installed at no cost to her i'll even not charge for the additional material and labor because I didn't stipulate it in the contract but she owes the balance and our attorney is already proceeding with collection measuresi suggest ms [redacted] read the addendumthanks! e.t

I don't know why the client got angry because I needed to rescheldule due to unforeseen personnel problems but I told him the truth and called him at approxametly 8;a.mon the morning of the jobi have never lied to this guy and we were waiting on him to get his doors before we could installthe company has already spent approximately $ON PURCHASING A WINDOW FOR THE CLIENT ACCORDING TO OUR CONTRACT which we were supposed too install this weeki don't know what information the client is speaking of and I don't think it has anything to do with the fact that it was him that threatened me and his reaction to a simple hrsdelay in starting the job was totally unwarranted and unless the man has a cyrtal ball I have know idea how he knew that what I told him was not the truthwe never had a problem prior to him calling me and threanten mee.t

this idea has merit but in addiition too the cost of the window of have incurred a delivery charge and there will be another charge too deliver too his homethere are also other costss associated with doing busness, like storing the window,administrative costs etci propose that net siding and windows keep $and return the balance in from of a certified checkif the Revdex.com will mediate this process I would be agreeablethank you.! e.ti also qouted him the wholesale cost of the window not the retailthat is a two tone speciality window that he got a a greatly reduced price because we were suopposed too do the work but without the work i'm in the hole this way is fairi have a legally binding contract that's enforceable but would much rather settle this amicably between us and the Revdex.comi'm sure there is an equitable solution and I appreciate the client be willing to reach a fair solutionthanks! e.t

I am rejecting this response because: His response is a mixture of facts and fairy tales. First and foremost the matter became an issue when he left a voice message changing the scheduled start time//date. Prior to this, the information he gave us concerning a start date and time was due to travel distances and potential highway congestion associated with his travel from north Austin to south Austin for materials and to our home for the project. When I realized his excuses were a misrepresentation of the facts I left a voice mail on his cell phone, strongly suggesting he owed me a truthful explanations for the delays, informing him contractor do not work on our projects during weekends and voicing concern over trust issue and his statements to dateWhen he called we did have a heated exchange and part of the escalating was due to my asking, several times, why he simply did not tell me the truth about the schedule delay due to his unfinished work for another client. It was during this conversation he threatened to “Word Rejected*,” told me he didn’t need my “*Word Rejected*business,” cancelled the contact and told me to never contact himDue to his threat I filed the matter with the Austin Police case #*** and initiated an investigation into NET Siding and Widows and *** ***. The information available in the civil and criminal records, including the Texas Department of Public Safety records was alarming and substantiated the need for a complete background check before doing business with other parties. Based on the above, I contacted our attorney and sent via registered mail to NET Siding and windows a request for a deposit refundI’ll consider the issue resolved when we receive a full deposit refund and in the absence of a refund we will pursue legal action against NET Siding and Windows, the Marketing Director and the company Owner, Mr*** ***We’re not interested in personal vendettasWe’re interested in receiving the refund due to us as a result of him cancelling the contract.

I have too speak too the wholesaler,that would reguire us to take the window back to his warehouse and then be picked up by the clienthow would we handle the check part? I have no problem with this solution but I want it in riding from the client that after we do that we are released from all responsibility for the job and since we are not installing we offer no warrantythe window has the manufactors warrnty which is lifetimeperhaps the Revdex.com could do the paperwork for both of us too signthanks ***
