Review: I received a phone call from Net Solutions asking if I wanted my library's information listed in a business directory. There was no mention of a $498.00 fee for the service during the call. Later, I receive an invoice for $498.00, that I do not pay. I check Revdex.com and the Web and find out that there are numerous complaints about Net Solutions and their scam. Their website has no links to any relevant information. A month later, I receive another invoice with interest added. They call me and ask why the invoice has not been paid. I tell them I will not be paying it because they are not really providing a service and running a scam. They cannot even bother to spell the library's name correctly. If they cannot spell a commonly used word like "Memorial", they are certainly not worried about providing any kind of quality "service". They continue to call and harass me and threaten me with a collection agency and I continue to say no.Desired Settlement: Voiding of Invoice #[redacted] for the amount of $503.23. Removal of all of my organization's information, spelled correctly or incorrectly, from their business listings/databases/files. There will be no further contact by phone, fax or email from Net Solutions.

Review: We were contacted by the company in July. Captain [redacted], **. spoke with a gentleman from the company asking if we wanted to renew the OnLine services for the coming year. Captain [redacted] said no. The gentleman than said that it had been ordered last year and invoice never paid. The previous administator that was here is no longer in the area and could not contact him for confirmation. Captain [redacted] told them to send us a copy of the invoice and we would check it out. We received the invoice but it is dated for July **, 2013 not the previous year. When trying to contact company there was only a voice mail box to leave a message and they were full. I made several attempts to contact them and could not. I then send the invoice to our Divisional Headquarters in Philadelphia to see if it had been previously paid, that is when it had come to my attention that this company had in the past did the same to another Salvation Army. I went on line to see if there was another number to contact them and their ad is very limited. That is when I went on you website and found that others have had similar problems.Desired Settlement: That they clear the invoice from their records, because it was not authorized by Captain [redacted] or Captain [redacted] and that they stop contacting us.

I went over the following complaint and made tile following resolutions.

In order for a sale to be valid our salespersons must adhere to a certain set of compliance policies. It is imperative that our representatives' calls are regularly monitored for. Quality Assurance. Prior to authorizing any transactions, our Verification Department verifies and validates all transactions according to applicable laws. This includes confirming that the person who is placing the order is an authorized purchaser for the company, the amount to be paid, and of course the company information and date. All transactions are given a Customer Service phone number and Reference Number. I have reviewed and determined that the sale to The Salvation Army was made in accordance to the company's compliance policies.

Net Solutions has left numerous messages at the Salvation Army, and has no notes of receiving contact back from [redacted] or [redacted]. [redacted]. If either one had done so and at any given time received a voicemail, left a message Net Solutions would have returned the call, gone over the details and made a resolution to the matter.

In a matter of resolving the matter amicably, Net Solutions has voided the invoice for a zero balance, placed the company on our No Call List. No payment has been made for all of our services rendered, and shall be accepted in the future. h is our hope that customers do contact us if there are any inquiries or questions they should have. Net Solutions values communication with. its customers and thanks the Revdex.com for bring this matter to our attention.
