Horrible experience
This company is scam; they keep charging you the monthly subscriptions even after you cancel for a very small reason that they found couple of missing pieces in the return; when asked to charge for those missing pieces, the amount for few missing pieces was in excess of $35. Insane! Never work with these scammers

Never again
The advertisement misleading. I signed up for every 6 month subscription. In the add, it says that you can return anytime and once you return you get a new set. What they don't tell you is that if you delay your shipment, they will forfeit the value of the next month, since you delay the return. They dont even allow the value to be rolled over. So if your subscription ends in June, you better return everything by May, and fill in the form to cancel before May , if not they will charge you another 6 months. Hence, for a 6 months value, instead of able to getting 6 sets, it will only be 3 sets. Talking to the customer service is like talking to the wall, they will not budge and show they will show you that it is all written in the terms and condition instead of taking the responsibility for advertising misleading information. In addition, you cannot tell them not to renew the next 6 months, you need to fill in the cancellation form on the last month. If you fill in now, your account will be freeze and again loss your sets that you have paid
for in advanced. I would have to say this company scrupulous and dishonest to say the least. I dont mind this being the term but do not mislead people in signing the 6 month subscription.

Horrible Customer Service- Lackluster Lego Sets
The company has draconian service terms that have no legitimate business purpose other than to maximize their revenue. They do not have a phone number where you can call to discuss or dispute their service. Their email customer service typically takes multiple days to a week to respond FOR EACH REPLY. I asked them to pause the sets - which they said they would do, but then applied the time anyway, thereby depriving me. I believe that at least 25% of the time, I did not have a set. When a set is missing a critical piece for completion- takes a week or more to receive the missing piece. They renew automatically and require 30 days notice of cancellation. I recommend avoiding this company.

I have nothing but problems with netbricksFirst of all their system continued to attempt to charge a card that was expired rather than the new default cardThis caused a delay in our secone order being processed and required several emails and [redacted] messages to get the matter taken careAt that point I specifically asked that the order not be processed until I had decided if we wanted to continueThrough [redacted] I was told that they wouldn't charge until then but of course they went forward with the chargeThey then smoothed it over by increasing our budget fpr lego rentalsEven though I was annoyed that I was lied to we decided to move forwardBut the second order has now been in processing status since 11/Their reasoning was that the return of the first order was not received until 11/I do not believe this, but was again assured it would ship soonWell today is the 19th and it is still in processing! I would now like a refund of our last payment of $and assured the account

This is my first order with Netbricks after signing up for their serviceMy first order was shipped to my billing address instead of my shipping address even though I notified them of this issue on the order formMy first order was only partially remittedI was supposed to receive two sets as I opted for the more expensive service, but only received oneI emailed them about this issue as well and received no replyThe [redacted] set I received is missing so many pieces that it is impossible to completeI emailed them with an inventory of the missing pieces and recieved no replyI emailed three more times and attempted to call, but there is no live operatorThe amount of issues in only my first order and the lack of assistance in attempting a resolution is absolutely ridiculousThis business is a scam, and I sincerely mean thatShameful business practices for a toy company

Conflicting information on website Prior too Sept19th it clearly stated on companies website under the FAQ section that returning mixed lego sets resulted in a $fee per set I was charged $ Upon contacting the company I was told that policy states that the cost for mixed sets was $per set There are a series of emails between myself and company where I cut and paste where it states $and then where they cut and paste where it states $per set I asked company to honor the $fee per set since they had conflicting information both up on the website at the same time They denied and referred me back to the email that they sent Additionally on the website, it sates that if customer has "any questions about this policy or our site in general, please contact us or call us at ***." This is misleading as I did have a question and after calling several different times and different schedules never once did a person pick up The voice recorded

I tried this for my sonHaving read some online reviews that were not promising my expectations were not high We signed up for the $400/month serviceOur first package arrived within a week of setting up account (it comes in a cardboard box with each set in a zip lock bag color coded)It had a few pieces missing but nothing criticalMy son loved itwe then broke down to the set and repackaged it, again I was skeptical for the next sets (which you set up online by populating your "bin" which can be changed around to fit your subscriptionIt took business day to have the next package in our handamazing and very satisfiedWe will recommend to all our friends, and plan on renewing our subscription indefinitelyOnly downside is that they have not fully stocked their set and do not have a lot of the newer sets

Poor and abusive email sent by customer service Email to prove On top of that they charge your account and don't send the services provided Lack of communication from customer service with plenty of excuses No replies to email until recently When they finally did call and I verbally communicated how unhappy I was with their lack of service and they were rude and acted as if they were the victims I want my account cancelled and the refunds as promised in order to rectify thisIn had cancelled my service with them I want an appology for the uneccessary and harrassing Email from the president I only spoke the facts in my email His Email was unprofessional and harrassing They have no business running a business

This company has charged my credit card, not delivered my order, and refuses to respond to any emails I have sent them at least emails in the past two weeks requesting a status on my account/order and recieved NO response Their customer service is beyond horrendous, it is non-existent, and they should not be allowed to be in business

Do not give them your business and do not even think of giving them your credit cardThey will be changing you every month even if you cancelled year agoYou will never hear back from them as no one answers their phone and only occasionally you may get an email from themI used them for about months and every single order was screwed, ether the picked out set were unavailable/moved to the bottom of the queue or other reasons, I cancelled my membership in and they started charging my card again in march 2017, without any explanation, simply whacked the card, I tried to call/email with no responseNow it is in the hands of my credit card companyAVOID!!!

Worst company and customer service ever

Since January of this year I have made several attempts to contact this company through the means they request (email) for two reasons 1.) The product shipment I had received did not include a return address label and I was requesting one to send this back2.) I wished to cancel the service prior to renewal I never received a response back from their emails and every effort I made to call I was unable to speak to a actual representative Since this time my subscription has renewed, even though I have not received any future shipments (due to still awaiting a return address label to send the product back) I cannot cancel on the website due to me not being able to send the shipment back still I am now approaching another renewal period in a couple of months

This company charged me $for a two month subscriptionIt has been three weeks since I placed the order and we have received nothing I have called, emailed, and sent messages through their websiteThere has been no responseDO NOT order anything from this company, it is a scam and they should be ashamed of themselves taking people's money and disappointing children

I subscribed to this service in December as a gift for my sonI paid on December and the money was taken out of my account promptlyI did not receive any *** setsI called and called and emailed and emailed with no responseI finally found the owner's information on the internet and called both of them, leaving voicemailsFinally someone named Candy called me back and told me that the shipment would be there via day air, in time for Christmas eveIt was notI was then offered a credit on my next subscription cycleCloser to the time to send the *** sets back, I emailed Candy inquiring about payment times and when exactly the legos needed to be shipped backAgain, no responseI shipped the legos back, on time and received an email (WOW!) saying that we did not send the legos back properly and some pieces had spilled out of one of the bags into the boxThey also claimed that one of the instruction manuals was not sent backI know this to be because the box was checked and double checked by my family before we shipped it backThey said that they were going to charge me $to replace the manualI find it interesting that they can't seem to find a moment in their day to respond to a customer's email but if their box comes back with every piece in every place, they are quick to let you knowI responded to this email stating to cancel my subscription immediately and that they would not be getting another dime out of meI did notice upon getting on the Revdex.com site that their accreditation was revoked, when in December, it was notIt was one the first things that I noticed when I initially visited the siteAvoid this company at all costYou're setting yourself up for frustration and horrendous customer service!
