I requested a refund for their erroneous charge over two months ago, citing their own written policiesThey refused, repeatedly in writing, and I informed them that I would need to report them to the Revdex.com and go through a credit card disputeThey never responded to me again, nor did they respond to the Revdex.com dispute until after the case had already been closed AND my credit card company took care reversing the charge on my behalfThis excuse is late and disingenuousUnder no circumstances would I recommend that anyone give this company their credit card number

We were excited about this service initially, but it has been terribleTheir turn-around time for sending out sets is a jokeYou pay for the service in terms of time (month, month, etc), but it takes them MONTHS to send you your new setYour kids play with the set for a week and you wait for several weeks to get a new set
Their customer service is frustratingThere's no way to speak with a representative on the phoneTheir phone number tells you to email them and then you have to wait for a response
I would NEVER recommend this serviceHorrible

Like the other reviewers here, there were tons of problems with getting the first set and then after we returned it, they never acknowledged it was returned or sent anotherAfter attempting many times to contact them, I finally had to cancel my debit card so they couldn't continue to charge me for services they were not providing!

This is my first order with Netbricks after signing up for their serviceMy first order was shipped to my billing address instead of my shipping address even though I notified them of this issue on the order formMy first order was only partially remittedI was supposed to receive two sets as I opted for the more expensive service, but only received oneI emailed them about this issue as well and received no replyThe *** set I received is missing so many pieces that it is impossible to completeI emailed them with an inventory of the missing pieces and recieved no replyI emailed three more times and attempted to call, but there is no live operatorThe amount of issues in only my first order and the lack of assistance in attempting a resolution is absolutely ridiculousThis business is a scam, and I sincerely mean thatShameful business practices for a toy company

The business has requested the email address used in for this account. The email address was in the original complaint filed, however I will provide the account email again. I am pleased to hear that Netbricks is cooperating with the Revdex.com at this point.

The customers card has been refunded the $50.00 8/25/2015.The net bricks service is a two month required service and a 30 day cancelation policy. Both are agreed upon and e-signed by the customer before the account can be established. Neither of these were done by the customer. The $50.00 refund is out of goodwill only as the customer violated two key items within the terms and conditions of the subscription service they signed up for.

Netbricks issued a refund to the customer on March 5th for $50.00. This refund reflected a charge that was done during a promotional...

time frame. Upon notification from the customer, this was immediately refunded. The conditions of the membership agreement that the customer agreed to by acknowledging the terms and conditions prior to setting up his account states that a cancellation notice of 30 days is required for the subscription service to stop. In an effort of good faith, we are waving the 30 day cancellation policy and have issued a refund on 3/26/2015 for the customer's remaining $50.00.
The account has been canceled at the request of the customer.

the customer acknowledged prior to signing up for the service. The customer did not cancel in accordance with it and was asking for a full cycle to be sent to them for half the price. The terms and conditions acknowledged by the customer clearly outlines the cost of the cycle and how the payment will be processed,
30 DAY MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION NetBricks requires a 30 day advanced cancellation of your membership. Members must have all sets returned within 7 days of membership end date. A membership can not be cancelled on the same day it is set up. Master Builder plan: For $50 a month, you have access to $400.00 of retail value [redacted] sets for a play cycle of 60 days. Your payment will recur until you cancel the plan and the last sets that were sent to you is returned to our distribution center in acceptable condition. Only one shipment will be sent during your 60 day play cycle. A two month cycle requires $50.00 for each month during the cycle which means the total cost of the two month membership is $100.00. At this time, Netbricks does not see this transaction as a refund in accordance with the terms and conditions the customer agreed too. We are happy to push the current cycle out to the customer for the second payment required to receive the shipment. An info graphic discussing the pricing of net bricks is located on the site in the event the customer believes they were mislead explaining the the per month charge for a two month cycle.
