NETTALK BEWARE CONSUMERI reason I am posting this information is because I want everyone to know exactly what absolutely record setting bad service is
If you look up the definition of WORSE in the Merriam-Webster dictionary this is what you would find
1: of more inferior quality, value, or condition
2a: More unfavorable, difficult, unpleasant or painful
b: more faulty, unsuitable, or incorrect
c: less skillful or efficient
3: bad, evil, or corrupt in a greater degree: more reprehensible
4: being in poorer health: sicker
ALL OF THESE DEFINE NETTALKAND NETTALK CUSTOMER SERVICE
If you were to sit on Nettalk's live chat from am to pm without ever logging off , do you think you would get a support person? NO! chances are you will notThis went on everyday for solid weekI sent a private message as they requested with complaints or concernsI received an empty reply and still no helpThis is why according to the Revdex.com they have an F rating

All I can say is read the alert, ignore Nettalk's reply as liars and read the reviews
DO NOT BUY OR USE THIS PRODUCT, THEY ARE CRIMINAL !!!!

First of all I would like to say that your customer service is non-existent in most of the timesAnd I have been reviewing the details of all the customers of Nettalk on Revdex.comWhat urged me to write this appraisal was the service provided to me by one of your SrTechnicianLet me start (it's boring in the beginning but gets awesome in the end).I have Nettalk DUO devices since and have been using them since and I must tell I was very happy till of the DUO were at my home(One connected to router and other to the firewall , was at my mother's home and the last one was at my office and this DUO had been sitting idle since I purchased because on my desk there is nowhere I can connect the DUOAlthough I am an IT manager but even though I was not granted the permission to bring a cat-cable from the server room to my desk) It was then the DUO went bad and was dead due to storm and lightening (that's what I thought) I called and called while I difficulties reaching NETTALK.COM, Incfor customer service or tech supportMy claim service tickets go unanswered, and calls dropped leaving issueI mean really? The worst service I faced in my whole lifeI tried to fix the device myself I almost gave up and it was then in mid-when I was answered by a agent MrLee F., well I shouted at them but hey I had been without the service for yearsThis guy was patiently hearing me and at last he said that he would try to troubleshoot the DUOHe took the remote and diagnosed the unit and declared faulty, he said that he would issue a replacement for free but I had to wait for few daysOkay, I waited for few days and the DUO arrived and was pre-configured and was ready to plug and playIt started working but....for few days and it was dead againI called them again and Lee Fsaid that I had to buy you a new one, I said okay but what confirms that the new one *** work? He said with the new unit you *** get year warranty and replacements and that he would assign a senior technician as soon as any problem aroseI bought a new one and called them again to transfer the subscriptionThe DUO worked again and it was dead after few days and this time I was so frigging *** on Takis for making these BS devicesYes, that's for you Takis, the devices which were made way back in had a great build and great quality comparing to the 2014-devicesI called and waited for few hours and then I asked where that LIAR is? They transferred me to Lee and he requested me to calm down as we *** fix the issue on and for all as I am transferring you to the SrTechnician on the floor but it would take some time for me to explain the situation to himI waited and the Srtech support MrMike K*** called and apologized for the service and the reliability of the DUO deviceThe technician was very convincing and assured me that he will fix the issue but before we go ahead we need a new DUO device, so he sent me a new one with expedited delivery this time and asked not to plug the DUO but call and ask for himI called and received the callback from him within an hourHere the game begin, he took the remote control of the PC and opened the Juniper appliance interface and browsed through the settings and configurationsHe requested me to keep the remote open and that he *** call me back after an hourHe browsed through the settings of my router, appliance and the PCIt took him minutes to figure the issue out and he called me againHe explained that the port that I was plugging the DUO in wsa a potential PoE portI said that is where all the Voip phones are plugged and he explained that the DUO doesn't work that wayThe DUO is getting power from external source and the PoE is as well that due to exaggerating caused the DUO to crash and ultimately die I was so stupid to understand that and somehow I gulped that in myselfHe said that he can help me but I would have to purchase a splitter or a switchFortunately I had one old switch, till the time I went in and found the switch he already configured one of the ports in DMZWe did some more tweaks and the DUO was working again alreadyI was so surprised by the knowledge of this guy that I was still standing there like a foolWell, there was one more thing to do but I wasn't sure if this guy could fix thatNow, we had to do something that we can get the office's DUO fixedHe asked to give him a day while he researchedNext day he called again and asked me to buy one NICI did that and I sent him an email and he called me again and asked me to plug that in the PCI-e portBy the remote of the workstation and he did some twitches and downloaded software and to my surprise it was all working againI mean wow, this guy did it in minutes what could had taken months for meHere is my message to you Takis: You may have seen people doing trick on stages but this, this guy is a magician and knows real magic

I have had Nettalk for years, as I bought into this lousy company with their TK There have been many "challenges" with the product over the years, but they always responded to trouble tickets in a timely fashion and/or had a number I could call to get support NOW THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR TECHNICAL SUPPORT! Literally NONE
I have been having trouble calling certain numbers, and get error messages I tried a trouble ticket and have gotten NO RESPONSE for over a week....I also tried their supposed customer service/tech support number, but it tells you to visit their website for help!! Well I already did that and you guys DID NOT RESPOND!
Suffice it to say that I used to recommend this company for their cheap prices and reasonably good tech support I will never recommend them again! I encourage everyone to stay far away from this shady company!

I am not sure how they are still in business with such a pathetic customer supportLet me correct myself, there is no customer support whatsoeverIt is months and still waiting to connect to support either by chat or email or ticketNothing worksMy phone is still working......it is the only satisfaction for meOnce my service period ends, bye bye net talk.....unless you learn about customer service!

Horrible experience with Nettalk! I have been a customer for about a year
While the service is inexpensive, it is extremely unreliableLive chat customer service is horrible and seems to be mostly automateThe automated customer service phone numbers are "not assigned" as of Dec I have been trying to renew the service for about days now and the system is not working one way or another

This company has the worst customer service. No phone contact and never get back to you. I paid for 2 years and haven't had service for about that time because I can't get ahold of no one. I can't get a refund either. [redacted]

My point is easy to understand : my nettalk device isn't working from ten days ago and I realize that customer service phone does not exist , only a "chat" where you have always thirty persons before you that never "move" , so after one hour waiting I dropped the call .
Then I submitted a ticket with no answer at all !! , so as a customer I am on my own . The best thing that I can do is to trash the Nettalk device . No hopes with this pirate company !!

My experience with Nettalk is they offer an Unlimited servicebut that not thruth, this is a prepaid service. I paid $70.00 for calls to the caribean and at six month the service was reduce just to receive calls but not make them. I tried to transfer the number to another company but they said I am not in there records. Keep out of this people.

It's true that Nettalk's customer service is practically nonexistent. It takes a long time to get any response. It's true that even when they fix a problem, they don't communicate well about what happened. BUT they do supply a super-cheap service that works well most of the time (assuming you are competent enough to set it up and ensure that your router's firmware is up to date, etc.). If you can live with occasional outages and solve your own internal issues, it's a well-priced deal.

Absolutely horrible customer service, or perhaps I should say NO customer service. Their product worked well for us, but when it was time to continue on with the service after the first year, it was like they just did not want our business. Could not get them to respond. Moved to another provider. Very Dissapointing NetTalk!

Stole my money! No confirmation email or cust svc response.....[redacted]!!!

Bought a netTalk duo phone adapter. Set up my account, then found out there were no local numbers for my city, population 800,000 people. Couldn't return device to Walmart. Spent 1hr on live chat, agent wouldn't elevate my inquiry. Agent wouldn't give me a ticket number, ended chat w/ no resolution. Tried calling cust service long distance from my cell phone, gave up after 45 minutes on hold & getting cut off. Looked like a good service but its useless if everyone has to call long distance. Also the hardware device has a defect as well, never bothered trying to get that resolved. No useful customer service, can't find out local number until after buying product, defective hardware.

I have purchased an item from nettalk.com which was charged to my credit card and never shipped. Fortunately I did not pay full price but was hoping the service would work for my purposes. I am now out the money and cannot successfully contact the company. This is ridiculous.

IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT THEM. I decided to cancel my service and have attempted to contact them but have been unable to do so.
- They have failed to respond to requests for help using their web site help form.
- Emails to them are rejected
- They do not answer their phone, all you get is a message telling you to use their web site.

I would STRONGLY advise everyone to stay well clear of them.

Nettalk's internet phone service has gone downhill since we have had it for about 3 years.
For the last 6 months the service has been bad enough to try to get a hold of their service department to fix the issues. We have tried 5 times with e-mail, and their so-called help system.
We have never recived any response. The service continues to be bad with problems like dropped calls, short dial-tone times, saying numbers are not valid when we can call them from our cell phones, and non-existent customer service.

Unacceptable product quality and customer service. I have run two nettalk devices for three years. The first year wasn't so good. The hardware failed and had to be replaced. Call quality was awful. Then when the second hardware failed, there was nobody to talk to. No way of communicating with them at all. The chat service was backed up all day. I could never get on. Emailed complaints took a month to get A reply. I bought two new units from their website in a last-ditch effort to get my phones (and the numbers) back. The company promptly took my money and never sent any product.
I gave up, declared the comppany kaput and started over with [redacted]. Been happy ever since.

I have been trying to resolve my problem for over 6 days. I have been on the computer for over three hours and have submitted several Tickets. Most have been lost and I have yet to be able to contact anyone in the company. ALL I WANT IS MY PHONE NUMBER restored.....I would think this is a simple request. If they have no one to take care of this service, I suggest that they let your customer know rather than keep someone on the hook for hours. It appears that they do not want to answer any complaints or correct any problems. If you are considering Nettalk, I would suggest that you look elsewhere.

I bought the DUO unit for my phone and it worked for a year. Then I paid for the following year and it stopped working. I wrote numerous e-mails to them, try to contact them via live chat every day and each time I get disconnected. there is no customer service number to call and they do not respond to e-mails. My worst experience is with this company. PLEASE NEVER BUY THEIR SERVICE!!!!
