I cannot say enough amazing things about our realtor April. She helped sell our place and buy a new home at the same time and continually went above and beyond for us throughout the whole process. She found a solution for any challenge we faced, including driving 45 minutes out of her way when we were in the hospital having our baby to look at houses on our behalf when the house we had lined up to buy was bought by someone else at the last minute. Any concern we had, she alleviated. She was very professional, friendly, and fun to work with. April Neuhaus is our buyer and seller agent in the sale of our current home and the purchase of a new home to meet our emerging family needs. As our seller agent, she completed a market analysis and recommended a listing price that would maximize our return on investment. She brought value to the sale through the use of high quality marketing materials, such as professional sales brochures, virtual tours, and pictures. She advised us on how to prepare for showings and gave us access to a mobile app to allow us to manage showings, inspections, and appraisals. April exceeded our expectations because, not only did we receive and accept an offer on the first day of showings, but the contract price was $5,000 above our asking price - and this was during uncertain market timing due to the ongoing pandemic. In addition, we closed on the sale only one month after contracting for the sale. We had fully intended to move out of the home and find a rental to move into between our sale and our purchase. This became unnecessary as April negotiated a leaseback arrangement with the buyer. As our buyer agent, she evaluated our family needs and recommended a home that met our needs at a competitive price and in a neighborhood we were interested in. In purchasing a new construction home, April had experience with our preferred builder and ensured that we got a $5,000 builders incentive that we wouldn’t have known to ask for. She also intervened on our behalf and gained some concessions from the builder. She made time to allow us additional viewings of the home in order to prepare for our move. April is the quarterback of a team of real estate professionals. She very effectively engaged photographers, graphic designers, closing agents, inspectors, builders, real estate agents, and us to create the best real estate experience we have had in our fourth purchase/sell move. Kelly was absolutely fabulous to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable about properties and worked to find one that met my criteria. Once found, she was tireless in making sure all inspections and any issues were dealt with professionally and accurately. She helped me find a broker to finalize the financing. She knew of various contractors to look at issues and make recommendations. All this allowed me to have peace of mind knowing what I was buying. I have worked with many realtors over the years and by far Kelly has been heads and shoulders about them all.

My husband and I worked with April N to find our first home, after a colleague of mine recommended her. As our buyer’s agent throughout this process, April far exceeded our expectations. She met with us for an hour-long introductory discussion before we even committed to using her services, which many real estate agents will not do. We viewed twelve different homes as this was our first time shopping for a purchase of this magnitude, and we wanted a thorough sample of options in the Berthoud, Mead, and Longmont, CO areas. Rog took me under his wing right away. Despite our purely chance meeting via Zillow, he was immediately invested in guiding me toward my dream condo. He steared me away from commitments that would have ultimately given him a faster, easier, larger commission, and towards a condo that truly fit my needs and desires in every way. As a first time home buyer purchasing a new-build condo during mid-construction, he was amazingly accessible, responsive and happy to advocate for me in every detail from concerns about the closing timeline, flooring details, legal contract wording, and mortgage complications.
