I am unable to reach a customer service representative through the number provided. As others have noted, I was put on a loop and eventually left a message. I have not been called back. I want to cancel my order but it has become apparent that this company does everything possible to make a cancellation impossible. It is very frustrating and poor customer service. I suppose if I do not hear back I will have to block the charges to my credit card?

Review: I ordered Glucocill for a trial basis. Company charged me $4.99 for shipping. I Received their product which did not helped me and so I Called to stop sending product for the next order. It was Monday I called to stop further delivery annd that was 16th day after company send me initial trial order. Saturday Sunday they were close so I called on Monday. Customer Servive told me to send package back by mail. I paid USPS mail cost to return the next month shippment. My credit card was charged three times. Once $4.99 for initial sample order, Second time $59.99 for next month shipment and third time $4.99 for next month shipment. Today I called the company for a refund. Customer Service refused to refund cost of shipment that was $4.99 plus $4.99 = $9.98. As per company'es advertisement I am suppose to receive full refund but company Customer Service refuse to refund postage that company paid. So Company charged me twice $4.99 pluse I have to ship at my cost to return the shipment which I did not order to get my reund back on merchandise only. So all to gather it cost me $15 for a junk Glucocil bottle of tablets.Desired Settlement: I would like to get refunded $15 for the cost of shipment if possible. I am not happy with the product and I will not recommand GLUCOCIL to any one. Don't buy this product.

On November 30, we had not received a cancellation request from Ms. [redacted], so she was shipped her one-month supply of Glucocil for $59.99. On December 6, Ms. [redacted] called to cancel, and the customer service representative asked Ms. [redacted] to simply write “REFUSED” on the package (along with the return code “eH8JM3,” to expedite her refund). Ms. [redacted]’s return was received on December 11, and $59.99 was promptly refunded per the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee (“If our product doesn’t not meet your expectations, return it within 30 days for a full refund of the product price.”)

Ms. [redacted] has requested $15 to reimburse her for the cost to return her 1-month supply, and although she did not follow the terms of the offer, we will reimburse her $15 via check mailed on January 9, 2014.

This product was sent to be not accepted. Causeing me hardship in finding and shipping back the Glucocil, their claims of reducing sugar and other claims for me was false. Plus they kept sending the product after I cancelled .

Review: I am trying to contact [redacted]o obtain a "RMA" RETURN TICKET # so I can send their product back for a refund. The only phone # that I see for them is [redacted] When dialed it puts you on a continuous loop. Music then recording "someone will be right with you", over and over again. I was listening to that for almost 15 minutes and then there was silence.Desired Settlement: To obtain an RMA # so I can return their product and be removed from their database

Neuliven auto-shipped product without my consent and included no contact information with product, nor procedure for returning the product. Product does not work for me and is of no value to me. Neuliven has "offered [Glucocil] for conditions that are not amenable to self-diagnosis and treatment by individuals who are not medical practitioners; therefore, adequate directions for use cannot be written so that a layperson can use this drug safely for its intended purposes. Therefore, this drug may be harmful to me. I have ceased taking this drug.Desired Settlement: Refund of $84.97 plus Neuliven to arrange for pick-up and return of product to Neuliven at Neuliven's cost.

I am a diabetic and my blood sugar was NOT controlled. My doctor had switched me to a diabetes drug known to cause bladder cancer and I didn't want to keep taking it. I tried Glucocil for the trial period and was very surprise that it actually worked for me!! My normal blood sugar range was between 267 and 326 fasting. I stopped taking the cancer causing diabetes drug the morning I received the Glucocil. I am on my last day(2 weeks supply) of the trial bottle and my fasting blood sugar has been running in the normal range for the last 5 days. I am very happy, I just received 2 more bottles of Glucocil today in the mail for a total of $84.97 which I consider reasonable. I wish my insurance would cover this product, but will gladly pay out of pocket for this product as long as it works as well as it does. Not only is my blood sugar doing great, I am also seeing another advertised benefit, not feeling hungry as much anymore. I used to have night "munchies" and now those aren't as bad. I am the original junk food junkie and could never give up sandwiches, cookies, cakes, candy and other high carb foods such as pizza and spaghetti. I hate the idea of counting carbs and not being able to eat my favorite foods. Now I can eat these again and I do most days(in moderation)and still have a good fasting blood sugar count. I take two capsules in the morning usually after breakfast and two in the evening with supper(between 6 and 8 pm usually). So far for me Glucocil has been a blessing. I am sure this product will not work for everyone but I urge you to give it a try to see if it will work for you! The only negative side I have encountered is trying to reach the customer service department. Their phone does go through that loop with a voice telling you all service reps are busy many times, after about 15 minutes on hold I was switched to a recording that asked me to leave my name, phone number and shipping address and someone would call me back. I am NOT trying to cancel autoship, I just need to change my address for the next shipment since I winter in TX.

I think this company may be having growing pains and needs to add more customer service representatives. I LOVE Glucocil!!!

Review: I ordered a "free sample" of a supplement that enrolled me in a membership plan that would send me supplements in the future and automatically charge my credit card. If I didn't not like the supplement the advertisement said I had 15 days to cancel my membership, however when I tried to call their phone number to cancel, they would never answer, I was on hold for hours after multiple attempts. Their email address is invalid. I feel this is scam and I don't want my credit card charged again.Desired Settlement: I don't want any more product sent to me or any future charges to my credit card.

Receiving massive amount of junk email from this source.

I am so disappointed with the Glucosil product and the customer service. The product neither gave me more energy or lowered my blood sugar. Before I could try the product adequately, another shipment was sent to me and I was charged for it. In the agreement, you are supposed to cancel any further shipments within 18 days--I understand this, but I did not get my product in time to try it sufficiently before the next shipment was sent. When I called, I spoke to "Brenda" who was not helpful and called me aggressive when I asked to speak to her supervisor. She said there was no supervisor there, would not give me another name to call back and speak to, told me she was "blacklisting" me from their company and then hung up on me. I called back and got the same person and she said that when the mail delivered the product was not her problem and even if I was away on vacation, that was not her problem. She said she would give my number to her supervisor and let them decide whether to call me or not. I am totally unimpressed with this company--they do not care about anyone's circumstances--nothing is their problem and if pressed, you are labeled aggressive. They don't have to worry about "blacklisting" me, I will never do business with them again--besides, the product does NOT work.

Review: I ordered a sample bottle of Glucocil and did not see that I had to call them within 18 days because it was in very small print. I called them after refusing the shipment of the product she told me it would probably be 2 weeks before I got my money back in the bank minus the shipping. If I didn't order it I should get the shipping back to. My feelings are they should put the terms in bold print so people can actually read them.Desired Settlement: That they give em all my money back and that they put the terms in BOLD print.

They were not going to refund until they received product and also were not going to refund shipping, but because of your help they refunded shipping to. My refund has been put in my account as of today 9/18/2013. Thanks again.

I have been receiving shipments by this company for several years. Initially, I had no problems with the way my calls were handled by "[redacted]", and she claims there is no one above her. On 12/16/15, I received a shipment that was a month early, as I had asked for it to be delayed by 4 months back in September. So, October, November, December, January I am counting correctly. I called her, and told her it was a month early. She has no personality, and therefore is not a pleasant person to talk with. She was abrupt and said, "At any rate" (paraphrasing), and I got pissed off at her demeanor towards me. I called back, but she was the only person answering the phones. I then asked my husband to call and ask for a label to return the product, and she informed him that "due to your wife's aggressive manner, we have cancelled your shipments".

Seeing that others have posted the exact complaint, that she called us aggressive because we dared to dispute something, there is obviously a real problem with the person on the other end of the phone. Actually, I am glad that I was cancelled because Amazon has the product at a cheaper price AND free shipping. Problem solved! Now if only "[redacted]" can resolve her customer service issues, their business will be shut down sooner that later.

Review: I ordered a trial supply of glococil from this company from a website. I received it today (6/01/2013) I was supposed to get a 15 day supply for $4.99. Then I must cancel within 18 days of order date (5/29/2013)or my credit card will be billed for autoship of product. I called today but they are not open, and the number os no longer in service. I don't want autoship and never did, but the as said I could cancel at any time, Now I can't reach them on the number given. I plan to email them, and to try calling Monday (6/03/2013) but am afraid I will go over the 18 cancel period.Desired Settlement: Cancel the autoship and don,t charge my credit card.

Review: Ordered a trial order of their product [redacted]L which they claim lowers blood glucose levels. At the time of ordering, I was enticed to sign up for autoship, but was advised I could cancel at anytime. It was indicated that I should cancel my autoship no later than 10/29/2014 if I didn't wish to continue the auto ship program. I called their customer service number to cancel today (10/29/14) and was informed they had already billed my credit card for the next autoship and I would have to pay the $ 65.00 for a bottle of their product that does not appear to work at all. I believe they are scamming people by enticing them to sign up for their autoship program and then sending out the next bottle of product before it's time so they can charge their credit card prior to them cancelling. I would have had no problem continuing with their product if it worked. However, when I called to cancel they told me I probably wouldn't see any results for at least 90 days which is way past their " try before you buy and see that it works" spiel they give you to suck you in. I don't see this as illegal, just unethical advertising and preplanned a "stick it to you before you cancel"program for a worthless product.Desired Settlement: I don't want their product and don't want to pay for it.

On October 29, customer service had not received a cancellation request from Mr. [redacted], so he was shipped his one-month supply of [redacted]l. That same day, Mr. [redacted] called to cancel, and according to the call recording, Mr. [redacted] abruptly hung up before the customer service representative could provide refund instructions. After the call, the customer service representative emailed Mr. [redacted] those instructions to the email address he had provided ([redacted]) and refunded Mr. [redacted]. Mr. [redacted] should allow his bank up to five business days to process the refund. The business (reference to complaint ID [redacted] did contact me directly and offered to credit my credit card for the full amount. It has already been submitted to my credit card company by them and I consider this complaint resolved. They responded in a timely fashion which is admirable.
