I had anticipated that this project would be a paperwork nightmare for meNot at all! NCH has created such a streamlined, easy process that literally it's delivered to your door, organized & packaged for you in advanceOnce received, you are given a compliance coach and client services representativeIn my case, Chaisson S*** & Tiffany T*** walked me through the paperwork and followed up with me to make sure I had everything I needed to complete the process They were on top of everything, including making sure I had accomplished my deadlinesLisa S*** another of their client services magicians, took my calls and handled all of my questions post-set up
Now that the process is complete, I can say without exception, this was an excellent choice on our partThey expedited this so quickly, the quality was superb, the price was very fair, and the customer service was EXCEPTIONAL, and continues to be I still occasionally have a question or two, and when I call, I always get an answer quickly, and no question is ever too small or remedialI really do feel like I am part of the NCH family now, and I actually feel like I have a valuable partner to my business
