The company uses bait and switch tacticsI tried to form an LLC and they force you to use them as a registered agentThere is one option, which is YES, despite the fact that I want to be my own resident agent and receive my own mail and not have to rely on someone who is not remotely associated with my business to have control over what is received and forwarded
When I called to inform them of this, they tried to tell me that it is free for monthsI told them that I don't careI don't want itI was told I had no choice and was transferred to someone who would "explain" whyI don't need an explanationI don't want it
First, I was told, since the paperwork had not been processed, that they could do itThen, I was given conflicting information in an email stating that they could not do itThen, I received a call from that person, is now telling me they cannotSince I said I would cancel the charge with the credit card, he said he would issue a refund
