We are on track with this customer after some miscommunication early on in his training He has agreed that he wants to stay in the training and move forward! We look forward to him getting over the learning curve and joining the majority of our customers as happy with our service!

We reached out to the customer to clear up his misunderstandings He now realizes that he does in fact still have access to all of the training Everything is now resolved

We had been unable to reach customer until one day ago Everything is now fully resolved

We are more than happy to resolve customers complaint and process a refund This customer has not contacted us and will not return our calls so we can get this settled As soon as customer communicates back with us via phone or email we will process refund In addition, we never
claimed that this was work/job Customer agreed to all terms and conditions when enrolling with us

We have addressed all of MrC***'s concerns and are moving forward to continue to help him in his training We take several steps to let our students know there will always be additional services and tools they can purchase but that they are completely optional As our track record
shows, we are confident that MrC***'s experience with New Beginnings will end positively because we always do everything in our power to help each individual with their specific needs

Below are the terms and conditions that the customer agreed to by electronically signing his enrollment agreement when enrolling with
our company In addition we have fully refunded this customer to maintain our superior customer service. I agree and warrant to Company that I have not been lead to believe (by any express statement or in an implied manner) that I will make a significant amount of money, any specific amount of money, accomplish specific financial goals, or that I will make more money than my purchase priceNeither the Company's representatives, nor its marketing materials have made any such representations at any timeI understand that Company cannot guarantee me any level of incomeMy success depends entirely upon my own efforts, diligence, competency and on uncontrollable market factorsI have investigated the services and applicable law and I certify that the same do not constitute an "assisted marketing plan," "franchise," "investment" or "business opportunity." Drop shipping is proven not to make thousands of dollars a month but considerably less as advertised, even if it would succeed which has proven to be a failure and as far as I am concerned ripping people off.
