When customer filed this complaint he had already been refunded he just did not realize it due to the fact that it takes 2-7 business days typically for refund to appear back on credit card. We have NEVER not allowed someone to exercise their 3 day right to cancel.
We spoke to customer and fully resolved any complaints that she had.

We spoke with Mrs. [redacted] and fully resolved all concerns. She was in fact confused and didn't realize that she still had access to our mentors. Also we explained that we have nothing to do with 4M global and the company that was sued by the FTC.

We are on track with this customer after some miscommunication early on in his training. He has agreed that he wants to stay in the training and move forward! We look forward to him getting over the learning curve and joining the majority of our customers as happy with our service!...
